Here's an idea that just popped into my head:

Fran Fran encounters Sakura Haruno. I've come up with a couple variations.

Fran is (somehow, given that she's really hard to kill) reincarnated into Sakura Haruno. This could just be a case of Fran in Sakura's body or the two of them sharing a headspace. Either way, the world of Naruto is going to end up traumatized.

Sakura gains Fran as a mentor.

Fran somehow end up in Naruto and continues her job of fulfilling people's medical desires in the worst way possible. Eventually, Sakura runs into her.

Regardless, things are going to be crazy.

Frankenstein's monster girl

As your head sat separated from your body, you began to wonder why you were still with her. She definitely had her priorities wrong, but she was such a softie and a sweetheart, and you had a mutual love for stories about romance that you bonded over and eventually you fell in love. On the other hand, she loved medical malpractice and terrifying experiments about as much as she loved you, which meant with all her heart, and you were one hell of a willing test subject. You knew she'd have you put back together in the end, so you kind of let her do whatever, which at times you almost regretted. Your head was being supported by some medical machinery you couldn't quite comprehend, but somehow you were still alive, and you were watching, unable to do anything, which turned you on. If you currently had a dick, it would be hard. However, currently, your lifeless body sat naked on an operating table, the part of the neck that she made the cut at not visible to you, and she stood in front of you. Your eyes lingered on the metal piece on her head, or maybe going through her head, you weren't quite sure. You couldn't imagine it being anything but heavy and in the way.

All you could do was watch as she stalked around your body, eventually stopping on the other side of your body from your unmovable line of sight. Giving you a wink and blowing a kiss, she began touching your body, or perhaps it'd be better to call it your corpse? Regardless, she teased you, knowing you couldn't feel it, knowing that you desperately wanted to feel it. From bottom to top she touched you, starting with your toes. She sucked them while making eye contact with you, batting her eyelashes as she played with each one. You really wanted to feel it. Moving on from your toes and kissing her way up your leg she stopped at your dick, pausing to make eye contact and smile at you. You couldn't feel any of it. All you could do was look at it happen from your vantage point. Being completely flaccid, you were pretty sure there wasn't much to suck, but she seemed plenty happy. You weren't sure where the air came from, or what sort of artificial respiratory device you were hooked up to, but you were way beyond caring.

"Surprise me," you said, which was the boldest thing you could ever say to her, considering she might decide to put you onto something experimental that fucked your head up forever but hey, she probably already had by now.

"Oh, good girl! Let me knock you out as I decide." She said. As you lost consciousness you vaguely saw her put on a surgical mask and declare "Commence the operation!"
