A song that I’ve loved for YEARS but honestly couldn’t ever find a decent version of it online to keep. For all ya ‘Trigun’ fans out there, this song shares a familiar name, after the lead character from the series ‘Vash The Stampede.’ I’ve looked around for anyone who might have talked about this song and it’s meaning and only ever found a short reddit post where someone mentioned they didn’t understand the reasoning for the title when the song never references the manga/anime. I’d beg to differ. If you take the time to listen to the lyrics there’s actually a LOT of symbolic reference to the series. It’s a little vague at some points and then in your face at others. It’s almost like the entire song is a life’s anthem of wanting, longing, striving. I could get detailed and point out specific lyrics that reference the series but I think I’d much rather ask tumblr, if anyone here sees what I see in the song? what references/inspirations do you pick up on? (P.S. if anyone happens to find a better version of this song, be it video, mp3, whatever, PLEASE SHARE WITH ME. I love this song and still cannot find it anywhere except for this music video. It’s honestly nuts that I found this when I did. It was taken down for a short while and then reappeared a year ago)
