my newest foster, georgia o’keefe bush. i found her in a bush on 9/11, so george bush. she’s a girl, so georgia bush. her middle name is o’keefe after the artist georgia o’keefe who is known for painting suspiciously vaginal landscapes. my finest work naming a baby.

This is Fancy

She’s our latest foster kitty and is staying with us for a few weeks til she can find a furever home.

She’s a year old, spayed, and microchipped already. A super friendly and cuddly girl, they pulled her from Pet Smart cuz she just wasn’t doing well there and was hunkered down in her cage not showing off what a beautiful little cat she is. So scared and anxious! But get her in a house and she’s a completely different cat.

We’ve got her settled and she’s in the guest room where she can relax but she’s already come out for pets, head bumps, and purrs. She even jumped up onto the chair and sat down beside me!

They tell me she’s really good with other cats too. But we’ll give my cats some time to get used to the fact there’s another foster before we introduce anyone.

I locked the babies in my bedroom because they were running and zigzagging for the Xtienth time today and Marcel was getting stressed out, and because they had just eaten anyway and I know Kotelet doesn't like to hang out with them when they're going wild either, I let her stay in the living room, thinking she'd complain when she wanted to go back to them, and instead she's just very actively and passionately participating in the communal nap, big fan of Baby Containment clearly

Our darling Penny has ✨finally✨ found a home, leaving just this sweet little doofus up for adoption. 09/27 will be a full year of trying to find his forever home. 😞 He’s such a sweet boy. Please keep sharing him, especially if you haven’t before. His family is out there, we just haven’t reached them yet!

Braden has made himself well at home. Strawberry is still nervous and hiding a lot. They're both such great cats.
