Oh hi!! I'm back at work today, having spent the past 7 days soaking up all the sleep, food, and social time I could manage, and it was glorious! 💖 . I'm still a wee bit groggy from the past few months, but have renewed my commitment to *not* working 80-90 hrs per week anymore, and will be spending time over the next few weeks developing a new plan involving: lab renos, a new production/shipping cycle, and a job description for a someone to join me 30 - 35 hrs per week starting in August 😊 I still have some other behind the scenes things to get sorted, but as soon as they are, I can post a call for applications. This is a huge shift for me/JTG but I'm feeling good about it 👍 Looking forward to sharing details as soon as I can 💞 .
