Friendly Lies
A/N: This is my first post/story, I’ve written before on Wattpad but never committed to writing but I feel like this is something I can actually commit too. Let me know any NCIS requests and I’m hoping to open up my writing to other fandoms soon too. This is definitely a testament to my ability to yap. Apologies for any mistakes :)
Also, I know the timelines probably don’t match up in terms of Gibbs knowing Tobias etc and Tobias having another daughter, or maybe they do, I don’t know but I thought it was a fun idea so belief will just have to be suspended. ;)
NCIS y/n fanfic, slight y/n x tony dinozzo, tony dinozzo x reader
Word count: 1969
Summary: Fornell’s daughter, Gibbs' Goddaughter, is an FBI agent working a case with her father and Godfather and decides to help get her dad to leave McGee alone after he found him asleep on the sofa with his ex-wife (I loved that episode so much) at Tony’s expense.

____________________________________________
You’d only known Tim, Tony and Ziva for a few weeks but already you knew you’d be great friends. After only knowing them for 5 minutes the day you ended up sharing a case with both your father and godfather, you were making plans to hang out with them. Your godfather, or your Uncle Gibbs as you preferred to call him, was of course more than happy to see you and be working with you, although the protective dad act from the NCIS and FBI agents had driven you slightly insane. Although you loved the rare times when you and your father shared an FBI case, that time had made you nearly want to quit, which had driven you straight to Gibbs’ team, who were more than welcoming and friendly to you.
Now, you sat on Ziva’s desk, chatting to her and McGee while your father and godfather interrogated a suspect and Tony watched.
‘And that’s why your dad hates me’, concluded McGee after explaining to you what he described as the ‘incident’ between your dad and his ex-wife Diane.  Both you and Ziva had been laughing the entire time he told the story.
‘I’m sure he doesn’t hate you, Tim’, you smiled at him ‘he’s only mentioned it a few times.’
‘A few?’ Tim asked in horror, causing Ziva to snort in laughter. This topic had taken up a good 20 minutes and it had clearly been playing on his mind for a long time before that.
‘Look if you want me to talk to him I can’ you offered, trying to ease Tim’s obvious panic, but your offer only seemed to send McGee into a further state of pure anxiety.
‘No, absolutely not, that would only add to it.’ He spoke moving his chair slightly as it was currently situated next to Ziva’s desk where you were congregated. As Tim moved you gaze shifted to DiNozzo’s desk and an idea popped into your head.
‘McGee, I’m sure y/n’s right, Fornell can’t be holding on to a grudge for that long.’
‘He brings it up every time we see him!’ Tim insisted.
‘Hang on’ you quickly said jumping up from Ziva’s desk and captivating both agent’s attention, ‘I think I know how to get my dad to forget about you and Diane.’
‘First of all there was no me and Diane’ Tim quickly insisted, causing the pair of female agents to roll their eyes as they failed to hold in their laughs ‘But what’s the idea because I will do anything to make him stop bringing it up?’. Both agents’ gazes were fixed on you as you moved from Ziva’s desk to sit on Tonys.
‘Oh you wouldn’t have to do anything McGee, it would be all me’, you smirked as the two agents watched eagerly, ‘this isn’t entirely selfless though, remember when Tony told Gibbs and my dad that I’d been sleeping with an NCIS agent to try and piss them off? And it took me weeks to convince them he was just trying to mess with me and them?’, the two NCIS agents nodded, smirks growing on their faces as they pieced together what you were planning to do, ‘well I think it’s time I get Tony back for that, don’t you?’.
Just as you said this your father and Gibbs reappeared into the room and as they did, you got up from Tony’s desk and made a beeline for them, meeting them just in front of Gibbs’ desk.
‘Dad, Uncle Gibbs I need to talk to you’ you said, grabbing their attention in the most serious and anxious voice you could muster, grabbing one of their hands in each of yours, ‘I know this is really important and I want to be honest with you both’ you took a deep breath to highlight your nervousness. At this point you had captured your father’s and Godfather’s attention, squeezing their hands as you raised your eyes to meet theirs you finally said, ‘I’m pregnant.’
Now Ziva and Tim were clearly shocked and impressed by your lies, hiding their laughter surprisingly well and instead adorning looks of shock and intrigue. Your father and godfather on the other hand, with hands still held by yours, were looking at you with such pure shock your father had turned slightly white. Before they could even utter a word, you quickly continued, ‘and its Tony’s’.
At this revelation, McGee and Ziva quickly turned so that Gibbs and Fornell couldn’t see the laughter that was daring to burst out. The silence was quickly broken by a synchronised ‘WHAT?’ from the two men who held your hands. Their gazes had turned harsher, but you knew that if you wanted this to have the best effect you had to really milk it.
‘I know we haven’t known each other long’ you stated looking them both in the eyes, but were quickly interrupted by your father half shouting, ‘How did this happen?’, quickly followed by Gibbs’ ‘I’m sorry what?!’
Before you could think of an answer though everyone’s attention was diverted in the sound of a voice, Tony’s voice, ‘hey boss. Fornell.  You look like you’ve seen a ghost, what did y/n do? Tell you she’s pregnant? I told you she was sleeping with an NCIS agent.’, as he Tony laughed at his own joke, Tony sauntered towards his desk, but only for a second before Fornell was on him, pinning him to the wall. Tony’s face quickly shifted to panic and confusion, his eyes scanning the room.
‘You got my daughter pregnant!’, Fornell shouted.
‘What? No’ DiNozzo squeaked out as Gibbs removed Fornell from him, freeing him from the wall. You quickly shifted your eyes to where Tim and Ziva were still at Ziva’s desk, attempting to contain their laughter. You knew you didn’t have long before the two of them blew the prank, but you also knew that the damage would be done soon enough and you would have got Tony back and your dad would definitely forget about finding McGee and Diane on the sofa asleep together.
Suddenly Tony rushed over to you seeking some sort of explanation or help but before he could squeak out another word, you grabbed his arm hugging it slightly and turning the pair of you to face Gibbs and Tobias.
‘Me and Tony are in love, dad, you can’t stop our love’ but as you got to the end of your sentence McGee and Ziva had burst into full belly laughter, causing you too to crack and lean on Tony as you couldn’t stop laughing. As the three of you continued to laugh, Gibbs only rolled his eyes at your antics, shaking his head slightly and letting out a slight chuckle. He knew that DiNozzo had told Tobias that you were sleeping with someone at the agency to piss him off and he also knew that your dad had practically become a helicopter parent for a week after he had done so.
As Gibbs moved back towards his desk, you patted tony on the chest before calming yourself enough to say, ‘you should have seen your face’. Quickly, McGee walked behind you both to return to his desk, slapping Tony on the back as he continued to laugh at Tony’s expense. He stopped by your side quickly whispering to you how he was now free from any comments about Diane. Your gaze then shifted to your father who still stood in front of you both, surprisingly quite but glaring at you both.
‘Gotta keep you young dad.’ You smiled at him, kissing his check and moving back to Ziva’s desk, the pair of you still giggling and smiling. Your dad however, kept his gaze on Tony, glowering at him, as Tony seemed to continue to shrink under his glare, still looking stunned and scared. Finally his gaze shifted as Gibbs called him telling him to go down to autopsy to see Abby with him.
At first he didn’t move, continuing to stare, before finally moving when he heard his name shouted by Gibbs. ‘I still don’t trust you DiNozzo.’ Tobias said, finally moving towards Gibbs’ desk, his gaze remaining on Tony until they were out of site.
At this point you, McGee and Ziva all began to laugh again with the same force you did when your dad had pinned Tony to the wall.
‘I did not think you would take it that far’ commented Ziva, ‘I admire your commitment’. You smiled at her amongst the laughter but couldn’t respond as tony too moved towards Ziva’s desk, where McGee had now joined you and began to stare at you all.
‘Not funny guys, I thought I was going to die!’, Tony’s statement only caused more laughter though, as his hand reached his neck, fiddling with his shirt collar even though your father had only grabbed his shoulders. Finally you spoke through the laughter, ‘I told you I was going to get you back Tony and McGee needed by dad to lay off him about the whole thing with my ex stepmother, so really I was just helping a friend’ you smiled a sickly sweet smile at him before the phone at his desk began to ring causing Tony to quickly scurry over to his desk, grabbing the phone before answering.
‘Yes boss?’ he questioned into the phone, as you high fived Tim and Ziva, ‘right away boss’, followed by him quickly grabbing his things after he put down the phone. ‘Gibbs says Abby’s matched the ballistics from the gun, wants me and Y/N to bring in the suspect.’ He stated as he continued to gather his stuff. As you listened, you quickly grabbed your bag that was sat next to Gibbs’ desk, but before you could leave Gibbs and your father returned, arguing as they walked.
‘I’ll go with DiNozzo Gibbs’ your dad argued, his gaze landing on Tony, at which point Tony swallowed.
‘No you’re not’, Gibbs deadpanned.
‘Then, I’ll go with them both’ he stated as he moved towards the pair now standing together with their bags, but not before Gibbs grabbed his shoulder directing him towards the director’s office and repeating ‘No you’re not’.
As you and Tony turned and began to walk towards the elevator, he quickly began to argue with you. ‘You know your dad is going to kill me, right?’ he questioned as you pressed the elevator button, your gaze shifting to him.
‘No he won’t’ you dismissed, ‘but he won’t trust you for a while, just like how he’s been hovering over me for weeks after you told him I was secretly sleeping with someone at your office, or like how he constantly brings up that time he found Diane and McGee together asleep. I guess it’s just time for you to get a taste of what we’ve been putting up with for years now.’ You smirked as the elevator reached your floor and you stepped inside, turning slightly as you watched Tony’s face change from looking like he was about to argue, to just giving up.
‘You know’, he turned to look at you, smirking, fully grasping your attention, ‘if you were to sleep with anyone in this office, I’d be the perfect guy. You’ve already told your dad and although he’ll keep glaring at me and probably wanting to kill me, he’d never suspect that we were actually sleeping together.’ He said, waggling his eyebrows at you as you chuckled, and he reciprocated your laughter.
As the elevator doors, reopened on the ground floor, you turned away from Tony, shaking your head slightly and rolling your eyes , before simply stating, ‘In your dreams DiNozzo’ before walking out of the elevator, not missing Tony’s whispered reply, ‘oh you bet’, before he followed you out to find your suspect.

Summary: Alden mistakes your relationship with Tobias Fornell for something it is not
Warnings: talks of grief, mentions of Emily Fornell's death, attack by a frame, wound, blood, jealousy, NCIS normal stuff
Author's note: I still think Emily's death was unnecessary but that's another debate. I had to give Tobias love bc damnit, he deserves the world. Based on ep 19x17 'Starting Over'
Permission ~ Alden Parker
Seeing Tobias Fornell walking into the bullpen brought some familiarity that instantly warmed your heart. You rushed to him, arms extended and hugged him pretty tight. "Hi sweetheart," he whispered, kissing the side of your head and returning the hug. He then greeted the rest of the team, included Alden, whom he hasn't seen in a long time. You smiled seeing them being friendly with each other and wished to see more of that.
Tobias started to talk about the victim, whom he sponsored in the grieving group, but it wasn't any help as Tobias thought Thomas was making progress. Eventually, the team got back to their desks to keep investigating while your favorite person said he was going to say hello to Jimmy down in Autopsy.
"Permission to go with?" You asked Alden.
"Um, yeah, sure."
You immediately grabbed Tobias's hand and the two of you walked towards the elevator, unaware that Alden stared until you were out of sight. In the elevator, the former FBI agent pulled you in for another hug. "How are you today, T?" You asked softly.
"I feel like I failed Thomas." He sighed. "But I'm glad to see you. I miss you."
"I miss you too. I'm sorry work has been crazy lately,"
"Hey, hey, don't apologize. I know how it is. I guess I miss having you at home."
After Emily's death, you made the choice to move in with Tobias without asking for his opinion. He was a mess - fairly so - and you didn't like the idea of him being alone. So you had grabbed your essentials, and made yourself at home in his spare bedroom. To be fair, Tobias hadn't had the strength to fight you on this, so he just let you. He even let you when you took a few days off to stay with him, try to get him out of bed even if it was just for a walk around the block. He let you feed him, hug him as he cried, take care of the house. You also took care of Emily's funeral and all the paperwork as Tobias couldn't bring himself to do it. He was dead inside and if it wasn't for you, he probably would've done the irreparable.
"You literally packed my stuff and brought them back to my place." You reminded him.
"Because an amazing woman like you shouldn't be living with her old ass broken friend." He kissed your cheek. "Alden wouldn't understand." He softly smiled.
"We are so not doing this again."
Luckily the elevator's doors opened immediately after.
The case was moving forward, and Tobias stayed around. He clearly wanted to be a part of the case, probably out of guilt and also perhaps he missed working cases. However Alden wasn't giving him anything to do, which makes sense when you think about it - he wasn't a federal agent anymore - but that frustrated you. Seeing your friend walking around the office like a lost puppy hurt.
"I can give T my laptop and he can help me with my research." You offered.
"I said no, Agent L/N." Alden answered firmly. "You're actually coming with me to see this other woman."
You sighed but grabbed your stuff anyways. You kissed Tobias's cheek before leaving, "Sorry I tried." You whispered.
Throughout the elevator ride and the walk to the car, you could feel Alden's frustration. He wasn't speaking to you like he usually is, he wasn't even looking at you. "T could use the distraction." You said, as you got into the car.
"It doesn't have to be our case. He's not an fed anymore and he knew the victim."
"And he feels like he failed the guy! Helping us would actually help him."
"Wow." Alden chuckled dryly.
"What?"
"For years I've heard about this girl who would protect Fornell with her life, go after anyone who went after him. I honestly thought she didn't exist, but boy was I wrong."
"Do you have a problem with my relationship with Tobias?" You asked, slightly offended.
"As long as it doesn't interfere with your work and our cases, I honestly don't care."
You switched from offended to hurt. How stupid were you for thinking that Alden may reciprocate your crush. He clearly wasn't, he couldn't care less about you on a personal level. You stayed silent the rest of the ride, looking at the city through the window. Alden didn't talk either.
The silence treatment didn't stay on for long, as Thomas's other girlfriend threw a frame at Alden's after he told her about his actual wife. You jumped from the couch to check on him. "Alden, hey! You okay? Can you hear me?" He was holding his forehead but you still saw some blood dripping. "Let me see." You gently pulled his hand away and check at the wound. "Yeah you're gonna need some stitches."
The woman was still crying and shouting at you two to get out of her house. For a moment, you consider arresting her for assaulting a federal agent, but Alden simply said 'let's go' and you were walking back to the car.
You started to fish inside his coat pocket. "What are you doing?"
"Looking for the car keys." You checked the other one.
"Pants." He said, leaning against the car. "Tell me you have a tissue or something?"
After looking at him for a second, you shrugged and searches for the keys in his pants pockets. You knew it was highly inappropriate but your hands behind so close to him and his crotch, did something to you. You took a deep breath before opening the car. Once inside, you took your knife and cut a piece of your shirt. "Again, what are you doing?"
"You need some tissue."
"Well yeah but not from your own clothes."
"I don't have anything else, so it's either that or your fancy suit."
He sighed but didn't argue. You pulled his hand away again, and started to clean the blood that dripped out of the wound. You were so gentle, and so close to Alden, it made him uncontrollably blush. When you brushed his hair away, he closed your eyes for a second, enjoying the feeling. "I'm not hurting you?" You asked softly, making his heart go faster.
"N-no. It's okay."
"It's going to be fun for you to explain this scar." You giggled.
"Better than explaining the one I have on my thigh."
When he saw the curiosity on your face and your grin, he regretted every word. "Don't--"
"What happened to your thigh, Alden?" You asked, still grining. "Hold this until you get back to the office."
"I won't tell you."
You settled back into your seat and started to drive. "I can be pretty annoying and stubborn."
"Yeah, I gathered that."
You gave a death stare but a few seconds later, you were both laughing.
You didn't bother going to the bullpen but instead took Alden immediately to Jimmy in Autopsy, where Tobias and Grace were.
"I got an patient for you, Jim!" You announced almost cheerfully.
"Oh wow, what happened to you, Parker?"
Alden sat on the chair Jimmy gave him. "He got attacked by a frame." You told them, after hugging Grace.
"Aaah, those nasty things." Tobias chuckled. You moved close to him, as he was leaning against an autopsy table. You grabbed his arm with yours and leaned your head on his shoulder, and started to tell the full story while Jimmy was patching up Alden. He barely looked at you or Tobias.
Alden really tried to avoid you after that, but it was almost impossible. He hated how you told the story of his wound, not because you were saying it with a smile, but because all he could think about was the after, in the car. He could still smell you from up close, he could still feel your minty breath on his face. He's never been into a friend's girlfriend before and he had no idea what to do. All he knew was how he hated whenever you hug, kissed or touched Tobias, how jealous he felt when he heard you and Tobias making plan for the evening. Clearly you were spending the night at T's place, and he wished it was him. He almost found an excuse to make you stay but realized how petty that was. This case couldn't end fast enough.
The next day, Alden was relieved to see you coming in without Tobias. You stopped at his desk, to grab a pastry and leaned a little to have a closer look at his wound. "It's good you don't have a bruise or anything else. It is hurting?" You asked. He wished you weren't this sweet and thoughtful with him.
"It throbs at times but it's okay. I'll live."
"Good, would be a shame to lose you to a framed picture." You smiled and walked to your own desk.
A minute later, a text popped on his phone. 'What happened to your thigh?' he read. He looked up to you and you were looking all innocent, concentrating on your computer.
'None of your business. Stop thinking about my thigh and get to work.' he answered, and regretted it immediately. Was he flirting with you through texts? God, Tobias was going to give him a matching wound on the other side.
'Can't help it. Is it a big or small scar? Where is it exactly?'
Were you flirting back? Alden's head was exploding. What kind of woman were you to do something like this? And why couldn't stop himself from answering.
'Want me to show you?'
'Bet.'
It was official, Alden Parker was going to hell. But he was happy cause he knew he would take you with him.
It wasn't a Tobias Fornell free day. He showed up in the afternoon to check on the team and the case. Alden agreed for him to have an update, which you happily gave him. Tim and Nick were out of the office to interrogate your other suspect, and Jess was in the lab, checking things with Kasie. So, Tobias simply grabbed a chair and settled next to you. Alden felt extremely uncomfortable, especially when he noticed how your behavior towards his friend was the same. Like there hasn't been some speakable texts between you two earlier. He felt bad for Tobias. The man has been through so much over the years and now this.
At some point, Alden couldn't take it anymore so he excused himself and walked away. Almost immediately, Tobias kissed your cheek and said he'd be right back. "Fornell, don't do whatever I feel like you're gonna do!" You exclaimed.
"I love you." He mouthed and disappeared at the same corner Alden did. You sighed and your heart started to race.
When Alden saw Tobias coming in the bathroom, he expected to be punch soon enough. Should he prepared himself to duck or should he let Fornell hit him? After all, he did deserve that punch and maybe more. But Tobias was smiling.
"You okay, Fornell?"
"Are you?"
"I-huh? Yeah?"
"How long are you going to beat around the bush, Parker?"
"Um, what? What are you talking about?"
"I know that Gibbs had the rule 12 about dating a coworker. And Y/N learned the job through his rules, but come on. This one has been broken many times, even by Gibbs himself."
"Look Tobias, I'm sorry, okay? I know I shouldn't be interested your girlfriend, and it'll go away. I promise you, nothing--" Alden stopped when he heard a laugh coming from Tobias.
"Wait, you think she's my girl?"
"She's not?" Alden exclaimed, a bit to intensely.
"Okay, let's go get a coffee."
In the breakroom, they sat at a table, cups of coffee in front of them. "I'm gonna be honest, if my life has been different and if I was significantly younger, she would have a ring around her finger and I'd have kicked your ass." Tobias started.
"Fair enough."
"My relationship with her is--special, to say the least. A while ago, she named us 'platonic soulmates' and I guess it fits." Alden nodded. "And if you want to date her, you're gonna have to be okay with that."
"Obviously." Alden chuckled. "Clearly if she had to choose, it'd be you." He took a sip of his coffee. "But even though I'm slightly younger than you, I'm still much older than her."
"And does it seem like something she would mind?" Alden shook his head no after a few seconds. "Look man, you will not be able to help a better partner than her. We're talking about someone who moved in with me after my daughter passed away to support me. She even used her vacation time for that. She handled everything for me, even though she was hurt too cause she knew Emily for almost ten years. I literally had to move her out of my place, and honestly, I only did after she told she had a crush on you."
Alden was extremely moved by what he was hearing. He knew you were someone very special, someone who would give and do everything for the ones she loves, but this was another level. It made him fall for you even more.
"I don't even know what to say." He answered honestly.
"She deserves to be happy and loved. And as much as I love her, it's a different kind of love. Not the kind of love, I know you can give her."
Alden stayed silent. "However, if you just want to hook up cause she's insanely hot, find someone else."
"That's not the kind of man I am."
"I believe you. But never forget that I still have a gun, and you saw me use it a few times."
The case finally came to an end, and you were all very happy and relieved. Alden has been distant from you since his conversation with Tobias and T refused to tell you what they talked about. It was driving you crazy, and even making you feel uncomfortable whenever your team leader was around. What did he know? What did he think?
After coming back from the lab to the bullpen, you were surprised to see everyone was gone except for Alden, who was still typing at his computer. "Where's everyone?" You asked, avoiding looking at him.
"I sent them home."
"Oh, okay."
You started to work on your paperwork again before Alden spoke up again. "You can go too. Tobias is probably waiting for you."
This time, you did look at Alden who was still focus on his screen. "Wait, what do you think my relationship with Toby is exactly?"
Alden finally stopped typing and looked up to you. "What is your relationship with Tobias exactly?" He asked.
You sighed. This was taking you back a few years back when the guy you were dating was getting jealous of Tobias, accusing you of having an affair with him, being in love with him. And you hated that. "Like I said, if you have a problem with--" Alden stood up from his chair and walked over to your desk. He leaned against it, his body fairly close to you.
"I don't have any problem with it. It's obvious that if I want to have you, I need to accept him."
You looked at him, all lost and confused. "Wait--what? What do you--? What?"
Chuckling, Alden crotched down and made you chair spin so you were facing him. "Would you allow me to take you on a date? I've got Tobias's permission." He said with a huge smile.
You stayed silent for a moment, mouth opened. "Are you serious, right now?"
He stood up just enough so that he could grab your chin and gently pressed his lips against the corner of your mouth. You melted under his touch. "Very serious."
"Will you show me your thigh and tell me the story?" You whispered making him laugh.

Imagine...
Being Gibbs’ girl and going to visit him at NCIS during a break in your work day. You hurry out of the elevator, excited to see your man, your grin faltering at the sight of a brunette with legs for days perched on the edge of his desk. She’s skimming her fingers around the lip of her coffee cup over and over, and even from your vantage point at the edge of the bullpen you can read her like a book: the open body language, the attention-grabbing red lip, the clear fuck me eyes as they leer over your boyfriend’s form. She stands to brush an invisible piece of lint off one of his lapels, and you tamp down the urge to snarl. Instead, sweet as honey, you sing, “Jethro!”
He turns at the sound of your voice, a slow smile spreading across his face when he spots you, and warmth radiates throughout your body. With a few strides of his long legs, he’s standing before you, inquiring, “Who let you out of the psych ward?”
You toy with the hem of your scrubs and roll your eyes playfully. It’s his favorite joke when he sees you in uniform- and much to your chagrin, it’s become your favorite, too.
“Who’s your new friend?” you ask, inclining your head subtly in the unfamiliar woman’s direction. You can see over Jethro’s shoulder that she has a case file in hand, but she’s clearly assessing your interaction.
“Ms. Hart is a lawyer with a vested interest in this case.”
“Of course that’s her name,” you scoff, and he chuckles before supplying, “There’s no e, sweetheart. More importantly, mine belongs to you.” He presses his lips to your hairline and you hum, closing your eyes and muttering, “I don’t think that’s the part of you she has a vested interest in.”
He lets out a genuine laugh at that, chucking your chin affectionately. “Green’s a new look for you, babe.”
“Oh, shut up, Jet.” You tuck your fingers into the lapels of his suit jacket, intentionally brushing your thumb over the spot she previously touched, and growl, “Mine.”
“All yours,” he confirms with that sexy little smile in his arsenal that only you get to see. You curl your fingers tighter around the fabric, drawing Jethro down towards you and pressing your lips soundly against his. Your tongue sweeps past his lips and he gasps softly, surprised by the sudden show of dominance from his normally sweet, deferential girl. You let a respectable amount of time pass, ensuring that your little act hasn’t gone unseen, before pulling back and licking your lips with a gleam in your eye. You raise your thumb to the corner of Jethro’s mouth and swipe at the smudge of nude lipstick you’ve left behind.
He gives a gentle yet firm squeeze to your hips, his voice low when he says, “We’ll pick this up tonight, yeah?”
“If you’re good,” you grin. Using his broad shoulders to turn him back toward his team, you tap his ass and bark, “Back to work, Gunny!”
You meet Ms. Hart’s gaze with a sly smile, calling your goodbyes to the rest of the team. Passing Fornell on the way out, you shoot him a flirty wave, then turn to make purposeful eye contact with Jethro before the elevators doors close.
Tobias approaches Gibbs, eyebrows raised and a smirk on his face, and mutters, “Me-ow. What was all that about?”
Your boyfriend narrows his eyes, twinkling with mirth, and responds, “Down, boy. You can’t have that one.”

Birthday Blues | Alden Parker x f!reader
Tumblr media
Summary: When Parker's birthday arrives he starts to feel self-conscious about the age gap between you
Warnings: fantasizing (not detailed), age gap
Word count: 1545
[A/N] I wanted to post this on my birthday last week but my brain took the weekend off 😂
'Oh great, another year older' Parker thought as he woke up on the morning of his birthday
It didn’t used to bother him as much as it does now. But it does. Why?
You
A 30-year-old woman who for some reason he can’t begin to explain, fell in love with him. But you did. You fell in love with your new team leader. Parker shook his head with a sigh as he got out of bed and went into the bathroom to get ready for work. The two of you have been dating for seven months. You actually met through Fornell, and you fell in love with him before he joined NCIS. When he first started, you two decided to end your relationship and just remain co-workers and friends. That didn’t last long.
You couldn’t concentrate every day, knowing what it felt like to be in his arms. Waking up next to him or to the smell of whatever pastries he popped out to get for you.
The two of you met at one of Fornell’s poker games. You weren’t a pro but you were still good enough to win some pocket money. Fornell was like an uncle to you, Gibbs too. Gibbs was also there and despite telling you that he’d never play poker with you again, sure enough he got sucked in every time. Director Vance was there too, which was always weird for you because you rarely see him outside the office or without that stern look on his face.
This time you lost repeatedly, and they were starting to get worried about you because you made some very rookie mistakes. These mistakes were caused by the incredibly attractive man sitting opposite you. All your attention was going to not staring at him and making it obvious.
What made him so attractive to you? Was it the way his hazel eyes focused on the cards in his hand. Or the way his eyebrows knitted together as he anticipated his next move or was it the way his long fingers curl around the small cards. You couldn't help but imagine what those long fingers could do to you. How they’d feel against your skin. You shuddered just thinking about it and hoped no one noticed. Despite your efforts, the dirty part of your mind betrays you. Your heart races as your fantasies run wild and you take in every little detail, each mesmerizing move he makes.
His voice didn’t help either, it was deep and melodious. It just made him more attractive, sexier.
What you didn’t know was that he was going through the same thing as you. It’s his first time at Fornell’s poker night and the last thing he expected was a beautiful girl. When he first arrived, he was immediately captivated by you. You were absolutely stunning, with long dark hair and piercing blue eyes. As the night went on, he realized that he couldn't concentrate on the game. He was too busy watching you, and it was starting to become a distraction. He was content to watch the plays of the others, drinking in the beauty of the woman across from him. During the game, he stole glances at you, admiring your every feature, from the graceful curves of your body to the enchanting dimples that lined your cheeks.
When the night ended, everyone started to head home, or in Gibbs’ case, crash in the spare room. You and Alden walked to your cars together in silence. Being so close to him made you nervous.
The only thing that could be heard was the light noise of cars in the distance. At least until Alden broke it.
“Did you go on easy on me?” Alden smiled, a twinkle in his eye, God that smile, “Because it was my first time?”
For a moment, you were confused but then it dawned on you. Fornell must have warned him about you. You felt your cheeks heat up as you’re reminded of the real reason you tanked tonight. It was less embarrassing, so you said ‘yes’
“Well, I appreciate it, I’m not that good at poker,”
You smiled and decided to jump at the opportunity in front of you. You smiled at him and shrugged, “I could teach you if you like. Take all of Toby’s money,”
He took you up on your offer and that’s how your relationship started, a couple of innocent games that turned into something more.
The age gap didn't seem to bother you and it had never concerned Parker either, but as the day of his birthday approached, he couldn't help but feel a little self-conscious about the age gap between the two of you. You could see the worry etched on his face and it broke your heart.
The man was a pastry aficionado. He loved to bring you and the team exotic pastries to try. So, you decided to make some of your own. You used to bake all the time but, due to your hectic work schedule, you hadn't had the chance to bake anything in a while. To do this, you chose to do the one thing you hadn’t done since you were a teenager. Play hooky. A few days before, you had been dropping subtle hints that you were not feeling well. You expected Parker to be suspicious, especially considering the timing and the fact that he was a trained investigator, but he didn’t seem to catch on. But he was really worried about you.
He had been worried about you ever since. He had spent countless hours by your side, making sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed. It made your heart swell because of how much he cared, but also made you feel a little guilty as you weren’t sick. As he prepared to leave for work that morning, he couldn't help but express his concern once more.
"You sure you are going to be okay?" he asked you, his voice filled with worry.
You smiled weakly at him, grateful for his concern. "I'm fine, Alden, just need some rest. I should be okay later," you reassured him.
He gave you a gentle nod and closed the door to your bedroom as he left for work. As soon as you heard his car drive away, you got up from the bed. You quickly got changed, ready to head to the store to pick up the ingredients you needed. You grabbed your purse and car keys, throwing on a sweater to keep warm from the chill in the air.
When you arrived home, with your arms full of grocery bags that filled with everything you needed, you put on some music and got to work. You quickly put it all away and started rolling out the dough and beating together the filling, the smell of cinnamon and vanilla filling the house.
With the help of some online videos and a few of your grandma’s recipes, you had the perfect pastry dough. You spent the next few hours baking each piece, trying different recipes and attempting to combine flavors. Hours later, you were overwhelmed with excitement. After all that work, it was finally time to taste your creation. You grabbed a tray of the perfect golden-brown pastries and went to the team’s headquarters.
You took a deep breath as you exited the elevator, knowing that you would be seen as soon as you did. McGee was the first person to see you.
“Hey, you okay?” he asked concerned. Obviously, they knew why you weren’t at work but not why you were there now. At McGee’s voice, everyone looked up and followed his eyeline.
Immediately, everyone stood up, looking at you and wondering what’s going on but they quickly noticed the tray in your hands.
Torres, being the curious one, was the first to make a move towards the tray. He reached out his hand, only to have it smacked away by you. You couldn't help but chuckle at his reaction.
"Happy Birthday, Alden," you said, your voice filled with love and affection. You could see the surprise and happiness in his eyes as he looked at the pastries on the tray.
“You aren’t really sick, are you?” he asked as you stopped in front of him.
“I’m sorry, baby, don’t be mad but I wanted to do something special for you,” you smiled nervously as you gestured to the pastries in your hands.
As the rest of the group gathered around, you began to explain how you had spent the entire day baking these treats for Alden. You had tried out a new recipe and had even decorated them with his favorite color frosting.
It had been a long day, and everyone was exhausted and starving. You gave everyone a pastry, carving out some extra slices for Parker. Everyone took a bite of their slices and a satisfied “ahhh” went up in the room. Everyone exclaimed how delicious your pastries were.
Parker walked over to you, kissing your temple, 'Thank you, beautiful,” he said, finally managing a smile.
You kissed him on the lips, lingering for just a moment and whispered, “No matter how many birthdays come and go, I'm never going to love anyone more than I do you.”

Sometimes I just imagine after Sergei’s death, Anton, Gibbs, and Fornell just get drunk, talk about trauma, and sleep on the couch while drunkingly cuddling.

NCIS OneShot: Gray Area
Summary: Two men walk into a bar. You are also in that bar. Both men try to show you why one is better than the other. Also, they're drunk. There's a punchline in here somewhere...
Word Count: 1.4k
Warnings: None, that I can think of...
Notes: Two years later, I finally got around to finishing this.
Tumblr media
You adjust the strap on your dress a bit anxiously. You have never been to this bar before, but DiNozzo had suggested it to you when you first joined the team. It’s taken you a full year, but you finally managed to find yourself a free night to yourself amidst the busy nights bringing murderers to justice.
It wasn’t like you were complaining though. You have really come to love the little family you had made at NCIS. Despite DiNozzo’s nosiness, you looked up to him like you would a big brother. And McGee’s timidness had made you adopt a protective aura around him, often serving as a barrier between him and DiNozzo in the numerous squabbles they seem to share. Abby was really welcoming and fun the second you stepped into the building, and she spent every free second of her time asking if you wanted to hang out with her.
You smile, thinking of her as you call the bartender’s attention.
“What will you have?”
“Scotch, neat, please.”
He nods his approval, and you watch him pour the amber liquid into a fancy crystal glass. He slides it on to you, and you pay for it.
Taking a sip, you’re quite impressed with the class of the place. After all, it had been DiNozzo who suggested this place to you, so you felt as though you should have expected a little hint of sleaziness to the place. You feel bad about your apprehensions about the bar, and you chase the feeling away with another sip of Scotch.
Gazing around, you can see that the bar was pretty popular, especially with cops. At least you didn’t need to feel on guard in this place with  the amount of trained people in the room . For a moment, you allow yourself to get lost in the chatter of people, the light music playing in the background, the sound of glasses being set back on the table after a couple of sips, the ding of the cash register, the clatter of the ice machine with the clinking of ice into glasses, and the sounds of the bartender taking drink orders.
And then there’s a sound you really didn’t want to hear at the moment.
“I don’t see why we had to come here, Tobias.”
You force yourself not to turn. Instead, you glance at a mirror angled above the bar, and you see your boss, and his friend from the FBI. They walk into the bar and take a seat at a corner booth instead of at the counter like you were.
Much to your relief.
It’s not that you didn’t like your boss. Gibbs seemed like a decent man, and if he came to over to you to talk, you’re sure it would have been fine. He just made you a bit flustered, that’s all. It was just that he was a bit...odd. Gibbs was very private, and you respected that, but in the entire year of working under him, you know next to nothing about him that the team didn’t tell you themselves. On top of that, he was acting off around you lately. And meeting him after work in a bar? That would be a disaster. He wasn’t ever rude to you of course. But you've come to notice that he’d find any excuse to leave the room if it was just the two of you alone. It was almost like he couldn’t stand you.
To distract yourself from that thought, you take another gulp of Scotch and focus on its slow burn down the back of your throat. Should you leave?
No, if you stood up now, you’d be in direct line of sight. It was a miracle that they didn’t see you yet.
Perhaps it was because you were in a dress instead of the usual work clothes you wore. Or maybe your hair seemed a lot different as you had done something different to it this time. Whatever it was, you were glad for the sudden invisibility that seemed to have been granted to you. You’re not close enough to hear their conversations, but you can see waitresses giving them food and drinks over the course of an hour. You order another glass.
You sit there nursing your new Scotch, wondering how your free night turned into this. This waiting game that you never wanted to be part of. It was almost like you were prey, just waiting for the predators to walk by and see if they notice you or not. You sigh and set your glass down.
“[Y/N]?”
You nearly jump out of your skin. In your effort to not be seen, you had forgotten to keep an eye on the mirror, and Gibbs is now standing beside you.
Great.
“Yes, boss!” you blurt out.
“Boss? You make her call you ‘boss’ outside of work?” Fornell’s eyebrow was quirked at his friend.
“I didn’t tell her to call me anything.”
You tilt your head, you can feel your heart rate picking up, but you noticed the smallest slur in their voices. They must have been drinking for the entire hour.
Gibbs turns to you. “I didn’t tell you to call me that, did I?”
You shake your head. “No, sir.”
Fornell gazes at you. “How’ve you been liking working for Gibbs? Heard he can be a bit rough on the newbies.”
You shrug, feeling your ears redden under the men's’ gazes. “He’s a good boss.”
Fornell laughs. “If you say so, but if you’d rather work for someone more interesting, you’re welcome to come work for me.”
Gibbs cuts in before you have a chance to respond. “Ignore him, he’s all talk.”
Fornell looks offended. “I am not.”
Gibbs leans against the bar counter, and you’re completely bewildered by the two men talking more than you’ve heard either of them speak all year. You can smell Bourbon on Gibbs’s breath.
He throws a crumpled up napkin into the trash from where he stood. “Talk is cheap, Tobias, and so are you,” he says off handedly.
Your eyes widen. “Uhm, I think-”
Fornell lets out the smallest growl from deep in his throat. “That’s a lie, [Y/N], don’t listen to him. He’s a liar. You know how I can tell?” You chew the inside of your cheek, unsure if Gibbs would get mad if you responded. Lucky for you, Fornell doesn’t even wait for your response. “I can tell, because his lips are moving.”
Gibbs gives his friend a growl back, and you wonder of you’re in the Twilight Zone. There’s no way this could be happening right now. “I’d back down if I were you, Tobias.” His hand closes around your arm, and you have no idea why.
Fornell’s voice gives away a confidence that should not be there. “Why should I, Jethro?”
“Because you’d be stupid not to.” Gibbs turns to you, voice a bit lower, but not by much. “He’s not completely stupid, but he does have bad luck in thinking,” he says, as if Fornell wasn’t standing a foot away from him. “Lucky for him, stupidity isn’t a crime so he’s free to go.”
Fornell looks outraged. “I’m not stupid. I’m just not stubborn like you. This is who I am, no one said you had to like it!”
“You said that right.”
“Okay!” you cut in. “I think it’s time to go home.”
Fornell turns to you. “Want me to give you a lift home? I have a new car.”
Gibbs scoffs, “That he bought after a divorce.”
What the hell is happening here? You shake your head, pushing both men to the street and hailing a cab. You sit them inside, and force them to tell the driver one of their addresses. You pay the driver in advance and watch until the cab becomes a dot in the horizon.
You pinch the bridge of your nose at this whole surreal night.
Damn, work on Monday is going to be awkward.

Tobias cuddles? 🥺🥺
Alright, I’m convinced…it took a whole lot of twisting my arm to get this…clearly…😂 jokes aside, hope you like it!
Tobias cuddles:
Tumblr media
•oh this man. Not only does he give good cuddles, but he has great need for them too! He’s a little touch starved bless him.
•so catch him greeting you every single day with a huge bear hug! And on days when he’s a little tired, or a little low, he’ll linger in your arms, taking strength from your warm hug.
•he’s a little bit like a cat, in that he’d enjoy nothing more than to curl up in your lap and enjoy your attention. I’m sure if you were to scratch gently at his scalp that he’d even start to purr, oh yes, he’s definitely the cat that got the cream in that situation!
•you hardly ever have to ask for a hug from Tobias. He can read on your face when you need some touch and gentle loving. But if you do have to ask you can either just meekly bleat out the single word ‘hug’ or you can hold your arms open without a word and he’ll silently take the hint and slide into your welcoming embrace, returning the love just as ardently.
•so when he can see on your face that you’ve had one hell of a trying day, or that you’re feeling somewhat unwell, he’ll pull you into his arms, tuck your head under his neck and hold you close. His chest is surprisingly strong, and you feel safely enclosed within his arms. He’s warm and radiating peace and comfort. And he grins- though you can’t see it- when you begin to nuzzle into him fully. You go totally limp in his arms, you know he’s able to hold you up! He’s got you.
•he doesn’t mind if you cry, sometimes he cry’s too. Hugs just bring it all out of you. And he’s always got a tissue if you need to dry your eyes! If you do start crying though he’ll hold you closer, he’ll guide your hand between your bodies to rest over the top of his heart so you can feel the steady, reliable beat. The comfort that brings you…it’s untold, but Tobias knows, he’s got you.
•and that is always the meaning of his hugs: he’s got you safe. Whether it’s a fleeting embrace of excitement when you celebrate good news, or a long, much needed, sometimes tearful hug, you can feel his devotion to you. He’s got you.

Oh, you're jealous
You met Leroy Jethro Gibbs a couple of years ago. You had just started as an FBI Agent, and you were Tobias Fornell's partner. The case with NCIS was your first interagencies encounter, and not on your life would you have thought about meeting the most amazing man.
But you did and you spent the next year hoping something would happen with him. Every time you heard about NCIS through a case, you made sure to be involved. It's only after Diane's wedding with Victor that things finally took the turn you were waiting for.
Tobias had a hard time seeing his ex-wife and mother of his daughter getting married again, especially after he learnt that she had cheated on him with that Victor. After the wedding, you invited him for drinks but he told you he already planned on getting at Gibbs's house and he told you to join.
You did, and by the end of the night, Gibbs and you were making out in his basement while Tobias had passed out upstairs on the couch.
That was a year ago and since then, your relationship with Gibbs has been amazing. Unfortunately, you don't see each other as much as you'd liked to. You're both committed to your jobs and you knew about your boyfriend's past. You don't want to pressure him into anything, it may scare him away.
There are actually good sides of not seeing each other much; when you and Gibbs manage to get together, you just enjoy one another's company and there are no fights. What would you two argue about anyway?
You can't say you and him are clearly dating, since you never used that word and actually, you never talked about what the relationship is and where it's going. Eventually, you'll have the talk, but not for now. You don't want to ruin it by asking it to be serious or planning a future.
Finally, a new joined case came in. Gibbs called Tobias and quickly, you two were driving to the NCIS headquarters.
Of course, Gibbs's team doesn't know anything about whatever is going on between you two. To be fair, Tobias was suspicious, but you - or Gibbs - never told him anything.
When you arrive in the bullpen, you can see Tony DiNozzo's face lighten up. He greets you with a huge smile, clearly avoiding Tobias. "Y/N, it's nice to see you again! This case just became very interesting," he winks at you and you chuckle. Tony has been very flirty with you for the beginning, and if you hadn't had a crush on Gibbs at the very first second, you probably would've hooked up with the Very Special Agent.
"Nice to see you too, Tony. I like working with you, guys," you smile and your eyes finally settle on your 'boyfriend', sitting at his desk, already talking with Tobias. He doesn't greet you at all, instead he just asks his team to do a sit-rep.
As you're staring at the screen and listening to McGee, you can feel Tony's body on your left and Gibbs's on your right. Gibbs's fingers are gently brushing yours and you can feel shivers running down your spin.
"You cold, Y/N?" Tony whispers in your ear. "Want my sweater?" he offers and before he knows it, a hand slaps the back of his head. "I'm just being nice, boss," he complains. Boss doesn't answer.
Tim finishes the sit-rep, and orders are given. Of course, Gibbs asks you to be with him and the two of you are on your way down to Autopsy. As soon as the elevator's doors close, Gibbs's mouth is all over you.
"Hey," he finally greets you.
"Took you long enough," you say between two kisses. He smiles against your mouth, ready to kiss you one more time but the ride is over and the doors open.
After that stop in Autopsy, Ziva tells Gibbs that the BOLO they sent gave results and they need to get going. He tells her to go with Fornell. As you need to check a few things in the FBI database, you settle at an empty desk with your laptop and get into work.
Quickly, you notice someone putting a coffee next to you, "Latte, two sugars, am I right?" Tony asks.
"Wow, no one brings me my coffee at the FBI. I'm gonna need Fornell to steal you," you smile at the Agent.
"I'd rather have you joining us. I'm sure Gibbs would be okay," he says. "Although, if I break rule 12 again, I'm a dead man,"
"Wait!" you think for a moment, "Rule 12 is--never date a coworker, right?" Tony nods. "Very presumptuous of you, Tony DiNozzo," you grin at him.
Not that you enjoy flirting with DiNozzo - even if it feels nice that a handsome man like him is hitting on you - but you can see Gibbs's pissed off face in the corner of your eye and you do enjoy that. "Well," as he's practically sitting on 'your' desk, Tony leans over you and whispers, so no one can hear, "You're pretty, I'm pretty. We can make pretty good things together, don't you think?"
You only have time to softly laugh, since Gibbs got up and headslaps DiNozzo again. "Quit flirting at work, got it, boss,"
You watch Gibbs walking to the elevator while Tony puts his hair back in place, "We'll continue this tonight, if you want to join us? We're celebrating Ziva's citizenship at a bar,"
"I'd love that,"
Gibbs comes back half an hour later with a fresh coffee. You can see on his face he’s clearly pissed but you decide not to do anything about it for now.
* * * * *
The rest of the day went smoothly. There was no big breakthrough in the case, for a moment you thought that the celebration might be canceled. But to everyone’s surprise, Gibbs and Fornell decide to call it a night. “We won’t be able to get anything done before tomorrow morning anyway,” Fornell says.
The NCIS team didn’t need much to start packing their things. As you’re putting your laptop in your bag, Abby, Jimmy and Ducky appear in the bullpen, “Celebration night!” Abby exclaims, “Gibbs, Fornell, you’re joining?”
“What are we celebrating?” Your boss asks.
“Ziva David, being officially a citizen of the United States of America!” Jimmy explains, wrapping his arm around Ziva’s shoulders.
Fornell looks over his shoulder, down to Gibbs. “You going?”
“Pass,”
Then, Fornell puts his eyes on you, “You?”
“Yup, Tony offered me to join. If anyone minds,”
“Of course not!” Abby happily grabs your arm and walks you to the elevator. You don’t have time to give one last look at Gibbs, as you’re all taking off to the bar.
Only Fornell and Gibbs remain in the bullpen. “You sure you don’t want to keep an eye on DiNozzo?” Fornell teases his best friend.
“Fornell, if you want to go, just--leave,”
“Fine, I’ll protect her myself,” he says, “Unless I get too drunk and don’t see them sneaking out to the bathroom,”
Gibbs growls before standing up, “I hate you,”
* * * * *
At the bar, you and the team got into a booth in the back. Of course, Tony made sure to be right next to you and Abby was on your other side. You all ordered your drinks and when the waiter brought them, you toasted, “To Ziva!” everyone says.
You have barely swallowed the first sip of the Champagne when you see Gibbs and Fornell entering the bar. Abby sees them too and calls their names. “I don’t know what you told him, Fornell, but I’m so glad to convince him to come,” Ziva confesses. It really means a lot to her that all of her team - her other family - is here to celebrate.
Even if he joined, Gibbs is being himself and doesn’t talk much with anyone, except some quick exchanges with Ducky. He’s sitting across the table from you, and you can see his eyes darkening as Tony whispers something in your ear that makes you giggle. He drinks his second bourbon in one swallow and goes to the counter to order another one. You excuse yourself to Tony, and join Gibbs.
“You okay?” you ask him, innocently.
“Perfect,” he mutters.
“Wanna spend the night at my place, tonight?” you whisper in his ears, gently nipping his lobe.
“Why don’t you ask DiNozzo?” he answers.
"Oh, you're jealous!" you exclaim with a chuckle, as the bartender puts the glass in front of Gibbs. His hand grips on the glass hard, his knuckles are turning white.
“Why would I be jealous? We’re not dating,”
This sends you off, you bit your bottom lip to avoid shouting in the middle of a bar. You take one deep breath to remain calm and answer, “Of course. I wonder what you’ve been doing for the past year, if not dating,”
Even with the dim light, Gibbs can see your cheeks turning red from anger. He shouldn’t have said this, because obviously, he has strong and deep feelings for you, but he hates to admit that he’s indeed...jealous. “Maybe I’ll indeed ask DiNozzo. Or maybe I’ll ask a stranger. Or--Or maybe, I’ll ask DiNozzo and a stranger,”
You’re about to leave him here when he grabs your wrist, ever so gently. You can see that his face had softened a bit. Then his hand moves from your wrist to your hand and his fingers intertwine with yours. Gibbs starts to walk away, taking you with him. He doesn’t say a word until he reaches his car. He opens the door for you, “Are we really sneaking out?” you ask.
“Just get in,” he orders, along with smack on your ass.
This gesture sends something right down to your core. You smile and get in his truck, shortly followed by him.
The parking lot is dark, the car is only facing trees and bushes. But you don’t have time to overthink what’s going on, as Gibbs’s lips crash on yours. He immediately asks for access with his tongue, which you happily grant him. One of his hands gets under your top, feeling your skin under his fingers. It keeps getting higher, until he cups one of your breasts and squeezes. You moan in his mouth, and your nails scratch on his scalp. He growls at the feeling, and quickly grabs your hips to make you sit on his lap. “You seriously want to do this in the car?” you ask, but it seems obvious as you can feel him getting hard.
“I want you to make yourself forgiven,”
His blue eyes are dark with lust. You know exactly what that means. You haven’t experienced the dominant side of Gibbs yet and god, is it turning you on. You can feel yourself getting soaking wet in your panties. You approach your lips to his to kiss him again but he only lets them brush. “Your mouth should be busy somewhere else,” he says.
“Yes, sir,” you agree and work on his belt.
You don’t know if he’s ever done something like this before, but his painful erection lets you know how turned on he is. You give him a few strokes, feeling some precum on your hand. He groans under your touch and then, you bend your head over to lick the head of his cock, tasting him. “Fuck!” he mutters. You play with the head for a moment before taking him inside your mouth.
As you blow him, Gibbs has one arm stretching over the seat and his other hand is settled in the back of your neck, guiding you. You can feel him grabbing your hair into his fist from time to time. “You’re so good at this, sweetheart,” he praises you and you hum in response, with his cock still inside your mouth. It sends shivers down his spine, and he bucks his hips, making his length go as deep as possible inside your throat. When he hits the back of your throat, Gibbs lets out such a huge moan, people in the bar may have heard him.
“Who does this mouth belong to?”
You relish him briefly, “You.” you answer.
“Good girl,” he growls. “Now, make me cum in that pretty mouth of yours,”
You go back to your oral ministrations and quickly, Gibbs is coming inside your mouth, shooting his load inside your throat, as your name leaves his lips in the most erotic sound you’ve ever heard. You couldn’t be any more turned on at this very moment. As he’s catching his breath, you make a big show of swallowing every drop of him.
Finally, he grabs the back of your neck a bit roughly to make you kiss him. He can taste himself on you and from the sound you’re making, he understands that you love that side of him. “I’m not done with you,” he says, brushing his lips against yours. “We’re going back inside, like nothing happened, but if you keep flirting with DiNozzo, or anyone else, I’ll deny you for such a long moment, you’ll beg me to shot you,”
You may be crazy, but this makes you want to piss him off a little more.

It's funny how the episode in which Kayla is abducted on her first day training with NCIS airs on March 7, 2022.
Guess what episode aired on March 9, 2021, so pretty much a year before this one? Winter Chill in which Emily Fornell died off-screen (I still hate everyone, btw).
I swear to God if the writers fuck this up AGAIN, I'll... Well, I don't know what I'll be doing and I'm actually not that intimidating but I'll be so mad. Not that they care but still.

Birdman Part 10
Gibbs and Tony walked back into the command center; Dante and Brandon were smiling from ear to ear at having watched Tony take a suspect. All they kept muttering was too cool, Tony with a badge and gun.
Vance just shook his head before he spoke to Dante and Brandon. “You both have seen him with a gun before, unless you’re telling me he heads into a combat zone unarmed. He turned to DiNozzo. ”Do you think you could have waited for a bomb squad? I really don’t like my agents dealing with explosives.”
‘I could of, but it is my specialty after all. Gotta use the degree occasionally, and hell! It was my baby that was in danger and no one messes with my baby.” The look on Tony’s face was horrorstruck.
“Point taken.” Vance tried to hide a smile. “I’ll see you both back at NCIS. Dante and Flash it was nice to see you both again. I’ll see you Saturday?”
“Yes sir. We can’t let Tonio have all the fun!”
Tony and Gibbs packed up their gear and were ready to head out. Tony looked over at Dante and Brandon. “If you want head to my house and I’ll catch up with you both after I finish up, or I call you later and let you know the details on Saturday.
Brandon spoke for the two of them. “We’ll see you at your house when you get done. Don’t worry about us.”
“Later than guys.” Tony headed out the door followed by Gibbs.
“You boys behave tonight, understand?”
“Yes Gunny.” Dante and Brandon tried their best to put an innocent look on their faces.
Gibbs just shook his head and headed out the door.

I'll consider requests for any Raúl Esparza's characters too.
I love(d) writing for Joel Miller from The Last of Us, but since the series came out, there's so much more writers for the show, and I feel insecure about my writing, so...
Same thing for Aaron Hotchner, from Criminal Minds.
As a reminder, @navalcriminalimagines is me. I just wanted a fresh start.

Wait. What? - NCIS
Tumblr media
Pairing: Just read it.
Warning/Note: I don’t know what this is. This is Chaos in written form.
***
Tony kept glancing up from his work to watch you digging through paperwork. You were new to the team and this was your first case with them but you were no stranger to field work. Gibbs himself had recruited you from the FBI convinced you would be a better fit at NCIS. So far you seemed competent though you were a little quiet for Tony’s liking. There was also a weird dynamic between you and Gibbs he hadn’t figured out yet.
Gibbs was in MTAC while the rest of the team dug through evidence that had already been gone over twice trying to find what they needed to arrest the man they were all sure was guilty of the crime. You hopped to your feet grabbing Tony’s attention once more. You snatched a file off your desk and hurried over to sit in Gibbs chair while you sorted through the paperwork on the boss’s desk.
Oh God. Tony kind of liked you. He didn’t want you getting killed on your first case. “Probie, what are you doing?”
You ignored him as you continued to dig through files.
“Y/N,” he hissed again.
You marked your place with your finger and glanced up at him clearly annoyed at the interruption.
Were you nuts? “What the hell are you doing? Get out of Gibbs’ chair.”
You rolled your eyes. “It’s fine, Tony.”
No. No, it wasn’t.
“Um…you know how much I hate to agree with Tony, Y/N, but I really wouldn’t sit there if I were you,” McGee added.
“They speak the truth. Gibbs is very protective of his chair. And his desk,” Ziva whispered from beside you. “It would perhaps be in your best interest to return to your desk with the papers you need.”
“Noted.” Your voice was little more than a mumble as you yanked a stack of papers out of the middle of the pile and scanned through them before grabbing the sheets you’d carried over with you. It appeared you were comparing the two documents. And you’d found something if the expression on your face was any indication. Tony winced as Gibbs stepped into the bullpen. Your grin wasn’t going to last long.
“Hey, boss. We tried to tell her, but she’s new, you know? Take it easy on her would you?” Tony stammered out.
“It’s fine, DiNozzo,” Gibbs answered and you glanced up.
Tony’s gaze narrowed as Gibbs handed you a cup of coffee before grabbing you chair and wheeling it over to sit beside you. “What’ve you got?”
You slid the papers toward him. “His financials. Two accounts. Business and Personal.”
“We already went over his financials. It was a dead end,” Tim argued. “It only backed up his story.”
You shrugged. “You didn’t look back far enough.”
“Lay it out for me, Y/N. What am I looking at here?” Gibbs instructed.
“Two weeks before the murder both cards were used within an hour of each other. 300 miles apart. One at a gas station, one at a restaurant.”
“Lincoln said he was the only one with access to the accounts,” Tony added.
“Are you implying the suspect lied to us, Tony? I’m appalled.” You placed your hand to your chest in faux surprise.
He glared at you. This is what you did. You were always so damned quiet but when you talked, it always seemed to be a smart remark directed at him. “Ha, ha, Y/L/N. You’re a riot.”
“Y/L/N, McGee, go pick him up.”
You hopped to your feet and went over to grab your gear.
“Nice work, Y/L/N,” Gibbs said as he pushed your chair back to you.
You grinned as you snagged it and shoved it under your desk. “See you when we get back, boss.”
Tony waited until they were out of sight before looking at Gibbs. “Does this mean we can all sit in your chair now, boss?” The look the other man gave him had Tony wishing he could disappear. “I’ll take that as a no.”
“Get back to work, DiNozzo.”
***
You and McGee managed to bring the suspect Jonathan Morgan in with no hassle. He still seemed to think he could talk his way out of trouble. The team stood in the observations room watching Gibbs getting nowhere with Morgan. Tony had seen Gibbs pull some incredible tricks in his interrogations, but he didn’t think any of them were going to work this time.
Tony noticed you pull out your phone and type quickly. Almost immediately Gibbs’ shoulders went tight in irritation as he glanced at his phone. Surely you weren’t that stupid, but he was at the wrong angle to see the screen of your phone.
“Did you just text Gibbs during an interrogation?” Ziva, who was in a much better position, asked looking between you and the boss.
“Yeah. What of it?” you shrugged and stepped out of the room.
Tony’s chest actually went tight at that. He wondered if there were any spare boxes in the copy room for you to pack your stuff in. There was no way Gibbs wasn’t firing you now. “Rule 22. Never bother Gibbs during an interrogation,” Tony said with a grimace.
Ziva frowned. “I thought that was seventeen.”
“No. That’s never interrupt Gibbs during an interrogation. Two different things. At least she didn’t break that one. Could you imagine?” Tim said with a laugh of disbelief.
Just the thought was enough to send a chill up Tony’s spine. Texting was one thing, but actually going in and interrupting his interrogation? You’d be fired on the spot even if Gibbs did recruit you himself.
Less than five minutes passed before the interrogation room door opened to reveal you with your hands full of food. Tony smacked McGee on the arm and pointed. Tim’s mouth dropped open in a mirror of his own.
You placed everything in your arms on the table.
“What do you want, Y/L/N?” Gibbs snapped.
You shrugged and chomped a piece a gum. “Boss says he’s got to eat. I’m here to feed him.”
Gibbs huffed in irritation. “Fine. I’m taking a break. Let me know when he’s done.” He stormed from the room, slamming the door behind him. Almost immediately he was in the observation room with the rest of them.
Tony’s eyes never left you. In the short time since you’d left his presence, you’d changed into heels, a skirt and a men’s button up shirt. You’d tied the shirt at your waist and left the top three buttons undone. The skirt was far shorter than what would be considered professional and he turned his head to get a better look.
A sharp slap to the back of his head had him jerking forward. He cringed and frowned at his boss.
“Quit looking at her legs, DiNozzo. And pay attention. You might learn something.”
***
Tony leaned back in his chair and played with a pen as his gaze ran between you and Gibbs. The two of you had to be dating. There was no other explanation as to why you weren’t only still employed but Gibbs was praising the information you’d gotten from Morgan. And not one comment had been made about you interrupting his own questioning.
Only good sex would make a man act like that Tony decided. He grimaced at the image that flashed through his head. Ugh. Yeah, he wasn’t going to think about that again. Tony watched as you signed off on some paperwork and reached for your coffee. You frowned when you found it empty and tossed the cup in the trash. Heading to Gibbs’s desk, you handed him the file before grabbing his coffee and taking a swallow.
Tony dropped forward, his eyes wide as he waited for the retaliation. You placed the cup back on his desk and grinned. Gibbs simply smiled back and gave a shake of his head. Tony was on his feet before he could think better of it. “Okay, what the hell is going on around here? This is chaos and I won’t stand for it.” Everyone turned to look at him with various levels of confusion. “I won’t,” he repeated pointing his pen in the air for emphasis.
Gibbs licked his lips as he stood as well. “DiNozzo, what the hell are you talking about?”
Tony stepped out from behind his desk to the middle of floor and counted offenses on his fingers as he named them off. “First, she sits in your chair. Then she texts you during an interrogation. Then she physically interrupts the interrogation, wearing clothes no one else would get away with, might I add. And now she took a drink of your coffee. All of these are killing offenses Gibbs and you just smiled at her. You smiled.”
As he took in the looks of those around him, it occurred to him that perhaps he’d been a bit more excitable than necessary. He cleared his throat and straightened his tie. Gibbs blinked several times before tilting his head in consideration. “You can wear the skirt if you want to, DiNozzo, but I don’t think you have the legs for it.”
Before Tony could voice the protest on the tip of his tongue another voice interrupted.
“Would you really kill someone for drinking your coffee? I feel like you might,” Tobias Fornell said as he stepped into the bullpen.
Gibbs simply frowned at the FBI agent but Y/N grinned at him. “I’m sure that was just a vicious rumor.”
“What are you doing here, Fornell? She works for me now, remember?” Gibbs grumbled.
Fornell lifted a brow. “I heard she finished her first case with NCIS. I thought I’d take her out to dinner to celebrate.”
“And convince her to come back to the FBI?” Gibbs crossed his arms and shook his head. “I don’t think so.”
Tim and Ziva came to stand beside Tony. “What is going on?” the female agent whispered.
“I have no idea,” Tony replied. And if he was honest, that terrified him.
“You can’t keep me from seeing her just because she works for you now, Gibbs.” The FBI agent stepped forward, his frown deepening.
Gibbs stepped forward as well bringing them within swinging distance of one another. Tony’s shoulders went tight as he watched this scene play out. A glance at you showed you to be extremely irritated but otherwise at ease. If Tony didn’t know any better, he’d say you’d seen this before and often. Were you dating both of them? Really? You?
“I can keep her from seeing you because I’m her father,” Gibbs snapped.
“Well, so am I,” Fornell snapped right back.
What just happened?
You sighed. “Are you two finished?”
The two older men turned to look at her and she shifted her attention to Fornell. “Pop, Dad and I were going to have steak and beer at his house. You’re welcome to join us.”
The men eyed one another before Fornell nodded. “Yeah, that sounds good.”
Gibbs nodded as well. “Okay, then.” And like that the tension dissolved.
Ziva stepped forward. “Excuse me, but what just happened? I’m afraid I don’t understand.”
Gibbs and Fornell both smiled slightly as you shook your head with a roll of your eyes. “Gibbs married my mom. After they got divorced, Tobias married her. I kept the step-fathers in the divorce. So, Dad and Pop.” She gestured to the respective men in turn.
“Wait, so Y/N’s available?” Tony knew the moment the words left his mouth they were a mistake. He grimaced as you and your fathers all yelled his name in unison. “Yeah, sorry.”
After the three of you gave him a glare for good measure you moved toward the elevator. The last thing Tony heard before the door slid shut was your voice. “If you two don’t knock it off I’m transferring to the CIA.”
