There are two core truths in critical role.

The first is that if you create a character or see yourself as unromancable Laura Bailey will take that as a challenge and romance you. Examples: Percy, Fjord(Travis) and Laudna

The second is that if you create a character that can fly you must romance Marisha Rays's character. Examples: Vax, Yasha and Imogen.

Disabled people don’t owe you explanations or their time and mental energy to give you answers to your questions. Point blank.

“You are welcome to ask questions but don’t expect a response” no. If you ask, you’re putting us in a very difficult situation to escape from and hold our boundaries.

Literally just don’t ask. If you see a disabled person in public, just leave them alone. They’re just another person. We don’t deserve to have to constantly feel on guard about people commenting or asking questions. Leave us alone.

M9 Reunion thoughts:

- I was woefully unprepared for Beau finding Imogen attractive. I am deceased.

- Fearne and Laudna would love the Blooming Grove so much

- Beauyasha in an open relationship discussion feeds fanwriters for moons to come

- I need a convergence of all three parties bc: Beau, Yasha, Imogen, Fearne. Jester and Fearne. Fearne and Caduceus. Fjord and Chet meeting. Scanlan and Jester meeting. Vex being endlessly amused. Percy being endlessly annoyed. Keyleth and Caduceus and Pike meeting. Yasha and Grog arm wrestling.

- Just imagine how worried all the regular Sending receivers are rn at the sudden peace and quiet in their minds :(

- Beauyasha moments for the win!

Final thoughts: now that the M9 knows of the threat ruidis poses, I hope we get more cameos in campaign 3 with them. Imogen deserves the chance to meet Beauyasha. And so does Fearne. I hope we get a wedding oneshot sooon! I’d also love to see more of Luc. I was hoping we’d see the Wildmother send both Fjord and Caduceus the same warning the Changebringer and Dawnfather sent FCG and Deanna, hopefully that’s expanded soon.

Im re-watching cr2 and I cannot believe in episode 110 jester/laura predicted forjester, and also just how well those two cards speak to Fjords character in general. She pulled the eye and the hand and home and traveler for fjord. I mean folks that shit is crazy.

Starting with a very new addition to the roster, started playing this march and got hooked to a lot of characters but i can't put all of them on this list so i'm putting Emu because she's my colorful little decora gremlin princess. I love her energy and think she should have more extravagant outfits in the game 😤

Goemon Ishikawa XIII from Lupin the 3rd. I am a weak woman, i see a stoic samurai and i fall in love. I just, he's so [incomprihensible screaming]. He's cool and collected and dramatic in the stupidest of ways and his banter with the rest of the gang is amazing. Once again I would put other characters from the series here but i can choose just one so himb

Jester Lavorre from Critical Role, my girlfail cleric <3 I would literally put all of the Mighty Nein here if i could but alas. I love her whimsy and her style is on point. Laura is an amazing actor and how multifeceted Jester is is just a testament to that. Cant wait for the eventual forjester wedding one shot lol

Mitsuri Kanroji from Demon Slayer. My wifeeee, i love her. Just, her!!!! Witness her you fuckers!!!! Cutest and strongest girl just love her and her whole thing

Kurloz Makara from Homestuck. Had to waiit til the middle to put in the homestuck lol. My stupid dubious clown man. He's the worst and i love him for it, like go king be horrible and religiously delusional. Dancestors were so underutilized and i hate it they were all so cool. Tbh this whole list could be full of homestuck characters but i cant do that so yall get my delusional clown.

Rin Hoshizora from Love Live. My whimsical cat girl <3 fun fact i once cosplayed her. She's adorable and i like her personality a lot, also orange/blue girlie love her

Mipha from Breath of the Wild. Fish. I love the zora and Mipha hits the spot i my angst healer soul, good shit good shit. Her design is also so good!! I have the making a champion book an all of her concept art is just <3!

Karamatsu Matsuno form Osomatsusan. Fail man. That's it that's the post. Not the most pathetic out of the group but he's my pathetic little blue man. Originally didn't like him, then i just grabbed him by the neck and didn't let go. Stupid flashy man, i love him.

Man. As Not The Biggest M9 Enjoyer finding out next year's CritRole NYC Live Show is gonna be the Forjest wedding is...a bit of a bummer. Like, I have no issue with M9, but they just...didn't connect with me the same way Vox Machina did, and seeing the other live shows get a Daggerheart special, or a mix and match team up...bit jelly. Hello!

Just a small note to all those critters out there (minor spoilers relating to in game relationships)

I know some of you may be disappointed with what happend in the most recent episode with Fjord and Jester

Can i just share something with you all platonic relationships as fucking awesome not every relationship needs to be romantic or sexual.

As someone who values platonic relationships more than any other relationship I think Caleb and Jester and Beau and Jester relationship is amazing, yes it started as romantic from Caleb and Beau's side and yeah i understand why people want it to be romantic. But hear me out some of my best friends are people who i would read stories with or run to to talk about what or who I love. Sharing something you love with a friend is one the greatest feelings ever seeing them experience something you love for the first time and watching them fall in love with like you did. I don’t love them romantically, that doesn't mean I love them any less.

I often think that the English word for love doesn't often cover everything we want it to mean for example in Greek you have 7 different ways to love

Eros: this is your type of romantic passionate sexual love between life partners in the early stages of a serious relationship. if you need an example think Vax and Keyleth before they told the rest of VM

Ludus: this is an infatuation or flirtatious type of love more casual with little responsibility. Think of Beau with Keg or Reni

Pragma: This is Love that is built on commitment and is long term think married for 30 plus years. My first thought for this is Allura and Kima there may have been a break in their relationship but they became each others halfs while still being their own person.

Agápe: this is universal Love. A love for strangers, showing compassion to those less fortunate being empathic towards humanity. Caduceus displays this love the most I think.

Philautia: Love for yourself. Caleb and Yasha definitely need more of this one. But I think Pike represents this one the best she loves herself and this comes across in the confidence she has in her abilities.

Storge: this is a strong protective kinship kind of love. Like the love Caleb and Beau share yeah they argue like siblings but when shit gets serious they come together and protect eachother

Philia: this is an authentic friendship some described it as knowing eachother so well you know the other persons soul. You want the best for the other person and will do everything in you power to help that happen. I saw parts of this in Molly and Yasha's relationship in the beginning of the campaign 2 or a better example is Percy and Keyleth. Each one wanted the best for the other and they also counseled eachother on their world views and worked together on projects to help eachother

Now often relationships involve not just one type of love and will be combined with eachother to make each relationship unique so based on this technically you could say all your ships are happening its just not all romantic. And you guys could probably tell me more kinds of love this is not an exhaustive list feel free to add to this list if you guys know of others.

I view the word love like that with many different meanings not just one because thats boring, and that story has been told enough already. I’m not saying this it invalidate anyone’s ships but everyone’s focus on the sexual/ romantic side of characters relationships is creating devisions in a fandom I love dearly and I feel like if people one ☝️ respected other people views and the decisions of the cast there would be so much less drama which would be nice and two ✌️Love is never just romantic it is such a wonderful and complex emotion that it should never have just one meaning so any good healthy relationship between characters is an extension of the casts love for each other and we should be happy with that, and the complexity in those relationships in testimony to the cast amazing acting skills.
