I love abandoned places. Call me crazy but I feel like part of my soul is attached to some properties. I feel so connected and like I had a history with some places. Especially hospitals.

I recently visited abandoned barracks and absolutely loved the whole exploration. I have lots more photos if anyone is interested in seeing more! (yes that's me :))

Returning from my beach walk and taking a different route back to my #airbandb I came across a disused lot and abandoned structures, with thrown out furniture and other debris. More graffiti donning Cliftonville's surfaces. I did find it aesthetically pleasing, however, thus the collection of arty snaps. Also, discovered a cat den of inequity on one side with a small aperture surrounded by overgrowth. First eve still of my Thanet getaway. Overcast, but, continuing my explore, I get to the coast and the old Cliftonville Lido. Nice old seaside architecture, but now empty, run down and covered in graffiti. Not that I have anything against graffiti, but this the kind which spells decay rather than a vibrant urban culture.
