Now let's take at a few shots from the extremely trashed 1971 building as well as few more from the 1919 building!

When the site had first closed the city had budgeted about $100,000 for the maintenance of the building during the first twelve months of vacancy.  But in actuality, they had spent closer to $175,000 and the property had been referred to as a "Money Pit".

welcome to umbra boulevard of forgotten hollow—a realm of charm shrouded in mystery. sip coffee at the local café, explore hemlock's books and antiques, or grab a bite to eat at winslow's. But tread carefully; whispers of locals vanishing into the night have cast a shadow over this once-bustling spot. as darkness descends, the dive bar, fledermaus bend buzzes with nervous laughter, while the abandoned hotel harbors forgotten tales. every corner holds a secret, and trust is a fleeting shadow.

guys i'm finally building some more. got some good inspo recently from @folkbreeze and their forgotten hollow builds as well as salem's lot (2024) that i just watched and wednesday (netflix). i'm genuinely excited for the new gp and the romanian inspired build mode. wednesday was actually filmed in romania. essentially, looking to build a small new england-esque town. my goal is to share this build as part of simblreen. i've actually never shared a treated before so wanted to change that. see older version below. also very minimal cc is used. stay tuned!

Old Church

When Forgotten Hollow was a prosperous town, this Church received visitors every day. Now there is breakdown here - a beautiful family crypt has long lost its greatness and turned into ruins and so many graves are overgrown, however, still someone visits this place, bringing fresh flowers to the graves…

And finally to wrap this one up, let's take a look at the rest of the home including the main floor and the basement!!

A heritage designation for this home would be great and everything but that wouldn't stop the owners from completely gutting the inside and leaving the house as a shell of its former self.  Personally I would like to see this building completely preserved by turning it into a museum but I highly doubt that would ever happen.

it's finally here! thanks for being super patient considering this was suppose to be a simblreen gift...smh! tbh i did hit a creative wall for a bit but the new pack did help me get some much needed inspo especially for the vampire lounge. also i still hate the restaurant but i'm letting go of my crippling perfectionism...
