In working on The Storyteller, I get a little sneak peak at Forest Devils every so often. It’s great. But also confusing. I song know what order this is being written in, but it sure ain’t chronological.

Having a bad day. Passing the evening painting with my gouache to settle down. And playing with TAD. Here is the fox for Madeleine, the "hidden" deer for Joey. And the spirit of the forest for both of them.
I am currently inspired by their gig in the forest.

Daniel and Armand
This week my partner converted me to liking this ship and then sent links of @graygiantess 's fanfics. I haven't been the same person after 48 hours of reading almost all of them. Now I am enlightened & obsessed, thank you very much. I hope my little drawings delight someone here.

Lark finding out the hard way to watch his darn mouth, and that not all of the Folk are out to get him, and not to assume because now he’s such a jerk one of his best friends vanished into thin air. So he’s searching for her, calling for her, etc.
“Lucia!” She’s up in a damn tree, arms crossed, she got her feelings hurt. “I thought you said that you wished you never met the Folk in the first place.” “Lucia, I didn’t know-” “No! You didn’t know! You’re badmouthing people you know nothing about, careless of whether or not you hurt anybody!”
So, Lark didn’t think about that. Which, he’s like eleven.

XV The Devil - Tigerstar
The Devil card represents your shadow (or darker) side and the negative forces that constrain you and hold you back from being the best version of yourself. You may be at the effect of negative habits, dependencies, behaviors, thought patterns, relationships, and addictions. You have found yourself trapped between the short-term pleasure you receive and the longer-term pain you experience. Just as the Lovers card speaks to duality and choice, so too does The Devil; however, with The Devil, you are choosing the path of instant gratification, even if it is at the expense of your long-term well-being.
