i’ve been cookin low and slow with this one and i mean real slow like. too slow . as in 2 weeks later whoops
this one’s a real doozy so grab a snack
FIRST PAGE ON THE GOSUKU TAG WHEN YOU SORT BY KUDOS LETS GOOOOOOO major rweiser W

ch 24
thinking abt yuuji flying down the sidewalk and megumi becoming the equivalent of a flag whipping behind him pls yuuji not everyone can keep up 😭
fred says fuck
mmmmmm crunchy cookies i love me some egg shell
yeah with cooking, you can play around with the measurements and adjust along the way, but baking is whole different beast :[ i made creme brulee for our new year dinner, my first time baking actually, and i was terrified the entire process cus one wrong step and its over (they turned out good in the end, though i wanted to leave it in the fridge longer)
sukuna and uraume on the same wavelength love that
daww megumi just be a kid its okay
gojo’s nicknames for toji PLS father-fushi and fraidy-guro
hehehe he technically called sukuna pretty ,, i agree
LMAOOOOO AINT NO WAYY OFC HE SABOTAGED HIM
i feel like toji would actually do well in getting sales (if he had the proper cookies) considering he’s “a pro at freeloading off women” which leads me to believe he’s got hella charisma .
“Fushiguro stops just before the table, one hand balled into a fist so tight, the muscles of his arm are easy to see, flexing dangerously beneath his skin.” uwwheheheerhfbud sorry
OH SHT THE GIRLIES ARE FIGHTING YOOOOOOOO AND SUKUNA JUMPING IN FOR GOJO ???? in front of the kids in a school fundraiser is crazy lmao
pinky
gojo taking bets on who’s gonna win reminded me of mei mei betting on the gojo-sukuna fight
i had a crazy amount of secondhand embarrassment going thru that hhhhhh yknow that feeling when you just wanna curl up and cover ur eyes and you’re fighting to even look back ? yeaaaaa
“Hurting people is bad. And you’re not bad!” ohh yuuji ughhh he has no idea of what sukuna was before, that he’s done more than hurt people .. children really only see the side of their parents that they’ve allowed to show them. it’s why kids usually think the highest of them, so yuuji saying that sukuna’s not bad gets me cus he’s known and seen only the best of him. but it makes me feel gooey inside cus, while everyone else sees the former king of curses, yuuji sees his dad and when he does eventually find out, he’ll still always be his dad before anything else (does this make sense i hope it makes sense im trying to make my thoughts coherent)
oh hey they’re talking abt it !
I GASPED OH MY GOD PLEAS EOLASOE APLEAS EPLAS EPALEAPSLEAPSH NOOOOOOOOO FFGGHGBBVV HITTING MY BED GRFGHJVNGRRAAGGHHFEG

they called on uraume for help too LOL poor them
yuuji being a snitch HA i can’t help but think of my siblings
you can’t be serious gojo, not after that? people also don’t usually sleep and cuddle the homies cmon man
mother is mothering and mother is leading the herd (no but i love how he adapted to the role very easily, likely to prior experience)
whuh the fundraiser was last year ? am i overthinking the timeframe … ok im back after going thru the calendar that makes sense 👍 carry on wait hold on first semester of first grade ended so they’re on break ... summer break ?? unless this is going off of a different schooling system (oh yeah duh japan lol)
ohhh please let them meet mama-guro i can imagine the absolute shock on their faces trying to comprehend how someone like toji managed to marry someone like her 😭 bonus points if toji is much more softer around her too and the sheer whiplash of seeing him having ANY sort of loving side is enough to send gosuku into a spiral
“It’s exactly the type of thing Sukuna would never be caught dead wearing, which means Satoru must do all in his near-infinite power to make him wear it.” real
THESE THREE ARE RIDICULOUS LMAOOOOOO sorry kids your fathers are busy trying to one-up each other
“But, then again, these are just go-karts; how much damage could he really do?” famous last words before disaster
oh no
hey sukuna’s living life at least he’s having fun and that’s all that matters 🥰
not the pyramid projectiles
CONICAL AMMO !?$&7)-)26 MARIO KART IRL GONE WRONG oh my god its too late for this i need to sleep
OH MY GOD ??????

post chap notes:

the amount of times i’ve said oh my god throughout the entire go-kart scene i was clutching my pearls
he recreates his reign in the silliest ways, all while wearing nice little red bow :3

i LOVE your nsfw writing. It's mind blowing. How do you do it? can you share some tips? coming from someone who's never had any experience in that department
First off, I am thanking you, cherishing you, offering you freshly baked muffins and the drink of your choice 🥺
And I’ll actually try to get a little more in depth than usual with my process so I’ll put it under the cut! (Spoiler: I am rambling as usual)
Disclaimer that sometimes I just bang shit out lol, especially for characters I feel more “comfortable” with (Mista from JJBA, Ijichi, and ones that are now more solidly “my interpretation” like Fight Night Sukuna). In those cases I just go with my gut first and foremost and have a fairly fleshed out NSFW scene then touch up after.
I also used to maybe write one thing a year, never had outlines, felt like everything needed to be as much of a final product as possible when it hit the page and the biggest thing that helped me with my writing flow is to start where I’m interested. Inspired to write something because of one random image or action in your head? Don’t worry about how to get there just yet. Throw down some points or a random sentence or line of dialogue. Suddenly get inspired for something to happen later? Don’t leave it til later, skip ahead (or back) and put down whatever is in your head! I basically never write a scene from beginning to end. I jump around and flesh it out as I go, then make sure it’s cohesive/flows well once I have something more substantial written.
Remember, no one is seeing that page until you’re good and ready to show it so it doesn’t matter what it looks like, it’s just a little boost to jumpstart things!
(And if you need help getting that boost or sudden inspiration for NSFW and find it’s not coming on your own, what I either do is find people who like that character or maybe are on the same wavelength about them and “thirst” I find talking with others really gets your brain working. That or I just daydream! Daydream and then pull things that work from that to put on the page.)
So, I’ll use the first chapter of Fight Night as a concrete example, because that could be (and was originally) a standalone. I knew I wanted a few things happening in the scene: semi-public sex in a club, a little size difference there with Sukuna’s monster hog, a blow job, and reader riding Sukuna (not all of these things happened in the final product, the flow and opportunities to develop the dynamic changed it as I wrote/edited).
Tumblr media
This was a starting point for me actually writing rather than “outlining” (or what could be considered outlining in my process). From there I skipped around. Noting things like “reader tells sukuna to get his cock out,” then going back before the above bit and noting “reader makes out w sukuna in front of others, not so much with going further in front of others” then jumping back later and writing a little of reader adjusting to how big Sukuna is, etc etc.
Sometimes I can piece a whole scene together like this, but anytime I get stuck and am not immediately moved to write another part of the scene, I read through from the beginning. This is where flow comes together for me. I fill in gaps (is there foreplay? What kind of foreplay? Position changes? What kind of mood is there in the sex? Slow and sensual, playful, rough? Are the characters the type to talk during? Moan? Whine? Groan?)
Another thing that helps me flesh out NSFW scenes is thinking of the specific people in these scenarios. I try to make my scenes specific to the characters present, if I feel like you can easily swap out Toji for Gojo or Gojo for Choso etc etc, I don’t personally feel like I’ve done my job. Gege has given us enough to make these characters distinct, the way they fuck will be too.
Basically, I do a lot of thinking (or even writing) that never ends up in the final product. It’s so much easier for me to write NSFW scenes when I feel like I have a grasp on a character or characters. Even if it’s straight porn without plot, I’ve still got the plot in my head - what is the dynamic here?
Do they know each other already? Are they in an established relationship? A budding relationship? A situationship? Etc etc
Have they done whatever is happening in the scene before? Or is it the first time? Is anyone nervous?
Are the characters gentle? If they are, are they gentle because they’re nervous of hurting the other person? Or because they’re nervous since it’s their first time with that person? (Or first time in general - or first time trying something) or are they gentle in a slow, sensual way?
Are they rough? Rough and playful? Rough and mean? Etc etc
These types of questions and considerations add color to the basic actions. From there the questions can branch off again and again to flesh things out.
Going back to fight night as an example: the sex is a little rough, but not because Sukuna doesn’t care about the partner enjoying it (which could be a feature in a different story or dynamic), but because he enjoys rough sex. I try to convey that it’s not out of carelessness via Sukuna considering foreplay and expressly telling reader “I didn’t stretch that cunt open for nothing.”
There’s opportunity to show the dynamic between characters and the personality in these things too. We see banter between them, and a little back and forth (that they both enjoy) in the lead up to the scene, and that can be shown during the scene too - like when reader finally gets their bearings riding Sukuna, but he purposefully throws off their rhythm by thrusting up. It’s playful, a little teasing, there’s so many little actions that can communicate a dynamic like that and make a NSFW scene fun!
In the end I always do one final read through to check for errors and flow, this often leads to adding things here and there, swapping things around, getting rid of things, etc etc, but I read through until I feel like there’s nothing else to add or change (or until I’m sick of looking at it and ready to thrust it into the world lol).
I hope this helped or was at least interesting in some sort of way 💛

— bar!au w/ nanami kento, gojo satoru, toji fushiguro, sukuna ryomen (a/n: this is kind of ooc but i’ve had the idea in my head forever, so here we are) – spotify playlist | main masterlist
— warnings: attempted sexual assault (it does not actually happen, but some of the language could still be triggering), sexual harrassment, drugging, violence, cursing
Tumblr media
the bar is a small, hole in the wall biker bar that caters mostly to regulars and locals. sukuna and toji are bouncers, nanami is the manager, and you and gojo are bartenders
before nanami took over, he worked as a bartender himself under the less-than-adequite management
the previous manager was fired by the owner, mei mei, for harrassing his employees. mei was quick to recognize nanami’s capabilities as a businessman, and a promotion came quickly after
nanami cleaned house and hired his current staff all at once, keeping it small and doing minimal pr. the bar was an integral part of the small community, and two bartenders was more than enough to handle the patient and familiar crowd who came for the company as much as they did the drinks
nanami knew toji and sukuna from his gym, where they worked part-time as personal trainers. he heard them mention that they were looking for other jobs, something low stress that would have them on their feet instead of sat behind a desk for eight hours. nanami’s offer may not have been the best thing they could’ve found, but they were semi-regulars at the bar and seemed to like the environment
he met you and gojo in college. he’d never admit it, but without the two of you he would have spent his college years holed up doing work, miserable every day of the week. you and gojo forced him to go out and, at the very least, stop working for a few hours
(he was more than satisfied that the roles were now reversed, and he was forcing you two to work)
the five of you had the bar running like a well-oiled machine, and despite mei’s constant begging that nanami hire a third bartender, nanami’s profits were enough proof that you and gojo managed the bar just fine
you two were much louder than the previous bartenders. while it did take some time for the regulars to adjust to the new energy you brought to the bar, you quickly became an essential part of the experience. you had no problems pulling out your joint charisma on the clock
but that made for something of a depressing atmosphere when one of you was missing. the other would just mope around as if there was no purpose in life without a partner to bicker with. nanami would have talked to you both about it, but the customers found this just as amusing, so he let it slide
he was nervous to introduce the two sets of employees to one another. you and gojo had a tendency to be blunt, and oftentimes condescending when talking to new people. he knew you didn’t mean to be; you two just said the first thing that you thoughtabout people, even if that thing was insulting. sometime you did’t even realize it. just thinking about introducing you to toji and sukuna had given nanami a headache
his worries were somewhat justified
Sukuna and Toji watched their new coworkers approach them. Toji glanced at Sukuna and grinned at the look of mild disgust on his face. You and Gojo were in the middle of what could have been an argument, as Gojo had you in a head lock and cackled loudly when you tried to sweep his legs. The laughter continued until they heard a timely oof sound, and Toji couldn’t help the huff he let out at your triumphant smirk. Nanami looked like he wanted to throttle both of you.
“Y/N, Gojo, if you could be professional for more than thirty seconds, I’d like to introduce you to our new bouncers,” Nanami yanked Gojo off the floor by the arm, and the man took a moment to adjust his glasses before looking the two men up and down.
“Gojo,” his introduction was simple, a complete change from the man they’d just seen. Sukuna just scoffed, giving Gojo a quick once over. Toji continued to observe, watching you as you watched him. You looked like you were about to say something, but kept thinking better of it. Eventually, after a few seconds of watching you try and fail to speak, he rolled his eyes.
“Got somethin’ important to say?”
“How much do you lift?”
Nanami’s dissapointed sigh didn’t make you falter. You held Toji’s gaze with narrowed eyes, waiting in silence for his answer.
“300.”
Your eyes widened only a fraction, and before he could ask why you wanted to know, you were leaning over, whispering something in Gojo’s ear. It only took a second for Gojo to started cackling again, bent over double and practically wheezing as he tried to control his breathing. You had a matching grin on your face, and Nanami considered firing you both for a very long moment.
“I’m sorry about these children,” Nanami sounded tired. Toji didn’t blame him, “and I understand if you want to rethink your decision to work here.”
“Nah,” Sukuna shrugged, “they’ll stay at the bar, right? We won’t have to deal with ‘em.”
“Please don’t say that, they will take it as a challenge.”
despite their best efforts, toji and sukuna did start to become more acquianted with the two of you. it was a slow moving friendship, of course, but after a few months of mostly keeping to themselves, they stopped passing up on nanami’s offer of free booze and joined the three of you for drinks after your shifts.
the bar was empty and quiet after hours. it seemed like a different place without the hustle and bustle of customers moving this way and that. sukuna and toji were able to sit at the bar without being on guard (though incidents were rare) and you and gojo seemed tired enough after a shift of constant charisma that your personalities were slightly toned down (slightly)
the two bouncers never admitted it, and likely never would, but it was hard not to become friends with the people they spent time with almost every day. and you two weren’t all that bad when you were paying attention to other people. and every now and then, one of you would crack a joke that would make sukuna huff (and quickly scowl again when toji jabbed him, saying something about him getting soft)
after four months of working in the bar, they finally introduced you all to their families. well, each only had one family member to account for, but it seemed like a big deal. toji’s son, megumi, was similar to nanami in many ways. gojo took an instant liking to bothering the boy, and despite megumi’s outward disgust with the man, toji knew that he secretly enjoyed talking to gojo
sukuna’s younger brother yuuji became a third thorn in nanami’s side. sukuna would always take great joy in inviting himself and his brother into nanami’s office and leave the boy to have a very long and very one sided conversation with nanami
nanami tried very hard not to take a liking to the boy, but it was hard when yuuji didn’t seem to have one bad bone in his body. it was refreshing, and somewhat reassuring to see
like sukuna and toji, he would never admit this to anyone, but sukuna saw and took full advantage of nanami’s weakness. the itadoris had a death in their family about a month after yuuji started coming into the bar. sukuna had thrown nanami’s office door open with wild eyes. nanami looked down at yuuji’s tear-streaked face and immediately put the peices together. for all that sukuna cared about his brother, he wasn’t the type to know how to comfort someone
so nanami had unwillingly become fond of the boy, who spent a lot of time with megumi in his office since they technically weren’t allowed in the bar. he wasn’t sure why they liked it so much, but he never said anything. the company was nice. it was something he never really asked for but appreciated when he got it. it was the very reason he got so attached to you and gojo
both boys came to you when they needed advice, particularly for things that they did not want to ask the others for. sukuna was shit for advice, and toji’s was always a bit too intense. gojo couldn’t hold a serious conversation to save his life, and nanami was too serious for his own good. you were a good neutral between them all
you were the first person that yuuji told when he realized he was crushing on megumi
and vice-versa
you and gojo played matchmaker, much to the continued chagrin of toji and sukuna
“i will show no mercy if your brother hurts my son.”
“fuck you. don’t talk about that to me, shitface.”
friendship? they don’t know what that is. they forgot.
nanami took a lot of pride in his job. he was running a bar that was more successful than many others in the area, and there was minimal conflict between coworkers and among the customers. however, that didn’t mean there were no incidents
usually, he was the one to come out and calm things down when you or gojo made an off-handed comment to the wrong person. that’s why he liked keeping the customer-base contained to regulars who were used to your and gojo’s humor. new customers (especially those who expected and sometimes demanded respect from employees) did not appreciate the unprofessinal nature you and gojo brought to the bar despite the fact that you were both excellent bartenders
those were the incidents that didn’t require sukuna and toji stepping in. they just watched carefully from the sidelines as nanami talked to either the customer (explaining that there was no policy against joking with customers and that his employees truly meant no harm) or to you and gojo (telling you both to tone it down when you didn’t recognize someone, which wasn’t often)
nevertheless, these incidents were short-lived and easily handled. the more intense incidents were the ones that initially pushed nanami to hire sukuna and toji. he wasn’t dense; he was a bartender himself once, and he’d had his fair share of drunk customers hit on him. the knew that if someone was brave enough to approach a very intimidating, very unapproachable nanami with a proposition, than they’d see you and gojo’s open and bubbly personalities as invitations
it was surprising that it took nearly three months for one of these incidents to occur. the regular customers at the biker bar were often enough intimidation to ward off any unwanted harrassment, but sometimes not even toji and sukuna’s constant presence near the doors deterred people.
the milder situations only required an escort out of the bar, whether that be gentle or, every now and then, a bit more forceful
Gojo was having a good night. A great night even. He was skipping drinks with you and the others after work to go on a date with Geto, who he’d been on and off with for a couple months. You were constantly throwing him looks when you caught him smiling to his phone, smirking at the blush that covered his cheeks when he recieved a particularly sexy message from his on-again off-again boyfriend. the one time he recieved a nude at work, he’d quickly slammed the phone face down on the counter, attracting the attention of you and the customers in front of him. you were quick to put the peices together, and fell against the bar in a pretend faint, grinning wildly.
The customers in front of him whistled, ignoring his glare as they pointed out his gaping mouth and red face.
“Is she a looker, Gojo?”
“I’m gay!”
“How big is it, then?”
“How’d you like mine in your drink?” Gojo asked with a scowl, quickly turning his phone off and shoving it in his pocket. All he got was a cackle in response from the customers.
Your loud laughter carried across the bar, even drawing Sukuna and Toji’s attention to see what had caused such an uproar. Unfortunately, it also attracted some unwanted attention towards Gojo, who was still defending himself to the grinning customers. Gojo was bent over the bar, back to his usual joking despite his still red face.
“You’re just jealous that I’m getting fucked while you’re all going home horny and alone.”
“Bet I’d be better, pretty boy!”
The voice was unfamiliar, and both you and Gojo turned to the man who’d spoken. The stranger grinned at Gojo, raising his drink with a shaky hand. You winced. You’d served him more than a few drinks; in fact, this was going to be his last one before you cut him off. His flushed cheeks drew back as his smile widened at capturing Gojo’s attention, oblivious to the sudden silence in the bar as everyone eyed the newcomer.
“Yeah?” Gojo said, testing the waters. This could be harmless. People flirted with you and Gojo all of the time, but there was an unspoken agreement that it never went farther than harmless jokes. You both considered your regulars friends, but there was still an acknowledgement that harrassment was common in your line of work, so people tended to avoid outright propositions.
“Mhm,” the man smirked, leaning heavily against the bar and almost shoving a woman out of her seat. She leaned away, giving him a once over before getting up and walking to the other side of the bar. That wasn’t exactly a good sign, “how about I take you home tonight, hm? There’s enough room for both of you.”
His eyes moved to you now and you scoffed, turning back to the customer you were serving, though you kept quiet to hear if things got out of hand.
“Whatever,” he rolled his eyes, turning back to Gojo, “I don’t like prudy bitches anyways. So, what’dya say? I promise I’m worth your time.”
“Right, I’m gonna have to pass. Why don’t you call a cab and jerk off when you get home.”
He turned from the man as chuckles erupted from the other customers. Face red, his anger at being rejected overpowered his embarrassment at being humiliated in front of the other customers. He seethed as you laughed and knocked your fist against Gojo’s, muttering something that made him grin.
“Hey!” the man snapped, leaping over the bar and grabbing hold of Gojo’s shirt, “the fuck are you laughing at, huh?”
Gojo’s eyes widened in surprise, but he only stumbled back a step before he yanked out of the man’s grip. The man fell back, bracing to hit the floor. Instead, two hands gripped his shoulders hard and began dragging him back to the door. He looked up, eyes wide as he took in the scar running jagged over Toji’s lips and the muscles that strained against his shirt.
“Hold on, man– it was just a joke.”
“We don’t tolerate assault here,” Toji scowled down at him. “Either get the fuck out or I make you.”
“Wha- assault? I didn’t assault anyone, we were just havin’ a conversation!”
Toji smirked, standing the man up near the door and shoving him through, watching him stumble to his knees with a grunt. The door was slammed and locked behind him. Sukuna and Toji watched him try to open it a few times, let out a string of curses, then huff and walk towards the cab that Nanami had called for him.
“Thanks!” Gojo called from across the bar, signiture grin back in place. Toji nodded back, a smirk on his face as he watched the two of you laugh with the customers about how sad it was to have to resort to harrassment to get some dick.
unfortunately, not all situations were resolved so quickly, and without some lasting effect. nanami appreciated the consistency of having so many regulars come in, warding off most tourists. however, sleazy people in bars was unavoidable, despite nanami’s best efforts to prevent it
You’d been on for much longer than you’d originally planned. Despite your insistance that you’d break your shifts up with an hour lunch break, sometimes time just got away from you. You loved your job, and hunger came second to entertaining and serving your loyal customers. After all, who were you to tell them that you couldn’t serve them because you needed something as unimportant as food?
However, this also led to situations like the one you found yourself in now. You’d been bouncing on your feet for half an hour, trying to find a time to run back to the bathroom in between drink orders. The day was busier than most; the holiday weekend always brought in a lot of newcomers, some family of regulars, some complete strangers.
After an hour of complaining to Gojo that you had to pee, he finally got a break from his orders and took over one of yours, allowing you to rush to the bathroom.
You sighed as you made your way back to the mass of people at the bar, groaning as you watched the continuous flow of people in and out of the bar. You’d almost made it within sight of Gojo and the front door, but you were stopped by a hand jutting out in front of you, almost hitting you in the forehead.
“Hey,” the man staring down at you smiled, leaning in close and breathing in your face. You coughed, probably more theatrically than necessary, at the strong smell of liquor and smoke. This was exactly the type of person that Nanami tried to drive away from the bar, but it was busy nights like these that gave them the opportunity to slip in unnoticed by all five of you.
“Can I help you?” you deadpanned, holding his gaze and glaring. He faltered, not expecting your resistance to his towering figure, but it only took him a second to recover and continue on undetered.
“You most certainly can. My friends and I here are looking for someone pretty to bring home with us.”
You waited with a raised brow for him to continue, but he just stared at you. He had probably imagined that you would yourself at his feet and beg to be the chosen one.
“Cool,” you deadpanned, “are you trying to give me an application or something? I’m not interested.”
Hoping that would be enough, you tried to shove past his arm and get into sight of your coworkers, but another one of the group that you hadn’t noticed gather around you yanked you back by the arm. He held your waist so that your back was pressed against his chest, locking his hands against your abdoman. You looked up, nerves starting to build when you saw that this man was even taller than the first one, and his leer was twice as unsettling. His smile was distustingly wide and eager. You gagged.
“No application necessary, beautiful,” the first man grabbed your chin and squeezed, forcing your jaw open, “we’ve already picked you.”
Someone behind you yanked your head back by your ponytail. Before you could process what had happened, a bitter drink was being poured down your throat. You choked, knowing full well what was happening, but your shocked body betrayed you. A good amount had already gone down your throat, burning as it tried to reject the unexpected drink. You kicked your leg out, finally gaining some attention from a customer, who ran out to get Sukuna and Toji.
“The back, open the door,” someone said above you, holding your jaw closed despite your best effort to spit out what was left of the drink, “someone’s gonna come soon. Hurry the fuck up.”
Your eyes widened in panic as they began to drag you towards the back door, conveniently located next to the bathrooms. You grunted when one of them pulled your head back again, a warning to stop struggling. You kicked back at him, using what strength you had now before whatever they spiked you with kicked in.
“Jesus– fuck,” you heard as you made contact with something behind you. You took the opportunity to gather your strength and flailed as hard as you could, surprising your attackers enough that they dropped you. You scrambled, anxiety spiking as you realized your movements had slowed. Where were Toji and Sukuna?
You knew from experience that these things only took seconds to happen. You’d seen it too many times, having to give statements to the police in the aftermath of an assault. But this was the first time you’d been on this side of things.
Meaty fingers wrapped around your ankle and pulled you back again, heaving you up and back where you started. “C’mon, you don’t have to do any work, baby. Just sit there and look pretty.”
On the other side of the bar, Toji and Sukuna watched as a panicked boy rushed towards them. They recognized him as Inumaki, a mute kid who had just turned twenty one and always came in with two of his friends. He was waving at them and pointing frantically in the direction of the bathrooms. Both glanced back and broke into a frantic run when they saw you attempting to crawl out of the space. You disappeared just as fast as they’d seen you, mouth open in a scream that they couldn’t hear over the crowd.
“The fuck?” Sukuna grunted, pushing through the crowd until they reached the back hall.
“Shit! The bouncers are here, run! No, you idiot, leave them–”
Sukuna was less than a foot from the speaker in three long strides. He stepped over you carefully to let Toji take you back to Nanami’s office. He could hear Gojo’s panicked questions as Toji carried you through the crowd, as well as Toji’s quick retort that an explanation would come later.
Sukuna zeroed in on the man in front of him, watching as his friends scrambled away without him. Cowards.
“Either you start talking or I knock you out and let you wake up in a jail cell. Your choice.”
The man struggled, but Sukuna had him lifted against the back door. His feet brushed the ground in a pathetic attempt to run.
“L-listen man, we just saw them at the bar and wanted to, you know, get a piece ‘a the action. I mean, can you blame us? They come in here flaunting around like they own the place, disrestpecting people and shit. Jus’ wanted to put ‘em in their place. Shit, you should probably thank us. I bet they’re a pain in your ass–”
Sukuna followed through on his second promise.
The man crumpled to the ground at his feet. He turned to the crowd and spotted Todo looking over someone’s shoulder at the scene. Sukuna pointed at him, then at the man at his feet.
“Watch him until I get back and call the police. If he wakes up, kick his face in.”
Todo nodded curtly, stepping around Sukuna with a rough clap to his shoulder. He put a foot on the man’s shoulder and pulled his phone out, expression hard as steel.
Sukuna worked through the crowd until he reached Nanami’s open office door. He closed it behind him and looked over Nanami’s shoulder to you. You met his eyes, barely lucid and mumbling out incoherant answers to Nanami’s questions.
“Y/N, were you drugged?”
“Mm.”
“Y/N, I know it’s hard right now, but I really need you to stay awake. Did you hit your head?”
“K-kinda.”
“Gojo, call an ambulance.”
Gojo’s eyes were wide as he watched you struggle to speak, something so unlike you that it physically hurt to see. He pulled his phone out with steady hands despite his racing mind.
“Toji, Sukuna, did you see what happened?”
“There was a group of guys pulling them towards the door. Probably drugged ‘em somehow, they were completely limp,” Toji grit his teeth. He should’ve been there earlier and stopped this from happening. Shit like this never happened at Nanami’s bar, and the one time it did, he couldn’t do shit to stop it.
“Sukuna?”
“Jesus, I dont know! I saw the same fuckin’ thing he did.”
“Suk’na,” you mumbled, trying to reach out to the man. Your hand fell uselessly over the side of the couch, and Nanami placed it carefully back over your stomach, “s’fine.”
“Goddammit,” Sukuna grumbled, turning and walking through the office door. It slammed shut behind him and you winced as your foggy mind tried to process the sudden noise. Nanami would have to talk to him later about dealing with the aftermath of crisis situations.
“Drug,” you muttered, “was drug’d.”
Nanami nodded, turning to Toji with worried eyes. Toji just stared, guilt now all-consuming. His bartender got roofied in his fucking bar. This happened on his watch. How could he not even do his fucking job the one time he was actually needed.
“Stop,” Nanami said firmly, “whatever you’re thinking, it’s not going to help now. Come down here.”
Toji knelt down carefully, watching you as you watched him. You tried to give him a small smile, but it seemed like you were too tired to do much else. He smiled back, a rare occurance, and something that would have made you giddy in any other circumstance.
“Why so s’rus,” you grumbled, and he laughed despite himself. You weren’t lucid enough to tell Nanami what had happened, but you could still give him your Joker impression?
“Don’t be a dumbass.”
something like that rarely happened, but it was the one thing that seemed to keep sukuna and gojo from wanting to go at each other’s throats. toji and sukuna both talked big game, but when it came down to it, they knew that their job was to take care of anyone who entered the bar, and they took that very seriously
(it definitely did not have anything to do with how much they had grown to care about you and the others. no, nope, not that at all)
in summary, nanami is very tired, but he never once considered changing his decisions when he hired the four of you. eventually, mei stopped bothering him about a third bartender, content with her ever-increasing profits

JJK Men x Insecure chubby Fem!reader
Today has been hard to think of myself positively, and I have friends who struggle with the same thing, so I thought I could indulge some people with some very loved characters reminding us that, no matter our size, we're perfect.
Characters: Satoru Gojo, Toji Fushiguro, Choso Kamo, Kento Nanami
Warnings: Insecurities, body dysphoria, Toji's gets spicy (sue me), suggestive at the end of Nanami's, tooth rotting fluff.
Satoru Gojo
- Let's be completely honest here, this man rarely feels insecure, if he ever does.
- He wouldn't be able to sympathize, but that doesn't mean he doesn't care. In fact, it makes him care a lot more.
- His comfort methods aren't for everyone either, so be prepared. He's trying, give him that.
- Humor. That's what this man knows. Iykyk, this man deflects any form of trauma with his humor.
- If he notices it isn't working, then he'll come up with something else because he loves you. That love tells him that he has to try.
"Oh sweetie pie, I'm home!" Satoru's voice carries easily through the house, but you can't seem to care at the moment. Your cheeks still feel somewhat sticky from the tears that have fallen the past thirty minutes.
"Honey bun? I said I-" His voice cuts off, and you know you're caught. The bed shifts where your boyfriend lowers himself beside you. "Y/N, why are you crying?"
"I-I don't want to talk about it, Satoru." He removes his blindfold with a small chuckle. "Did your favorite anime character die?" "No." "You sure? You tend to sob when-" "I said I don't want to talk about it."
He freezes at the way you lash out at him. Yeah, something is actually wrong.
"Love," his voice softens in a way that shows how worried he is, "is there anything I can do to help? Anything at all?" You're quiet for a minute, but you eventually scoot closer to him.
"You want me to hold you?" All you manage is a nod before more tears slide down your cheeks. His long arms encase you securely against him. "I can do that as long as you need. I'm here for you, Y/N."
The two of you stay like that, you crying softly into his uniform while he runs his hand up and down your back.
Eventually, your sobs turn into small sniffles, and you finally speak. "I.. I'm sorry for snapping at your earlier, Sato." He smiles at the loving nickname. "No, baby, I'm sorry for joking around. You wanna talk about it now?"
"I just... I was thinking about.. how many girls looks so much better than I do." He scoffs. "You're kidding, right?" "Sato.." "No, I mean that. It isn't a joke. Baby, we've been through this since day one. I. Want. You."
You hide your now blushing face against his chest. "But.. I just don't understand.." "Look at me, baby." When you do, his bright blue eyes seem to shimmer. "You're the love of my life. You're gorgeous, stunning, beautiful, and every other synonym to those that I'll have to get Nanami to teach me because I will remind you everyday until it gets through your thick ass skull."
His hand comes up to rest on your chubby cheek, where he starts to wipe away the drying tears. "I. Love. You. So. Freaking. Much. Y/N." Each word is punctuated with a kiss on a different part of your face, until he eventually meets your lips.
The small giggles you let out makes him smile. "There's that beautiful laugh! Come on, why don't I pop some popcorn and we go watch whatever you want on the TV?" Your shit eating grin makes him snort a bit of laughter. "Even if it ends in a favorite character dying?"
"I don't mind having to hold you a bit longer."
Toji Fushiguro
- This is also someone I don't think can really empathize with you and your insecurities.
- However, when this man falls he falls HARD
- He will do anything in his power to make you feel better.
- Well
- Anything he can do while still seeming nonchalant about it
- Lets talk about how this man would take matters into his own hands, with his own hands, to make sure you know how loved you are. (You couldn't have expected just fluff with him, give me a break y'all.)
"Y/N," Toji kicks his shoes off carelessly at the door, "I'm home." He raises a confused eyebrow when he looks around the house. Plates from your movie night yesterday lay strewn about the coffee table, still.
'She never leaves dishes out. That's weird.'
He starts to walk around the house, worry filling his chest. It just isn't like you to leave a mess, or to not greet him at the door. There's no way someone came and did something to you, right? No one is THAT dumb, surely.
When he hears the small sniffles coming from your shared bedroom, he breathes a small sigh of relief. "Y/N? I'm coming in." He pushes the bedroom door open to see you cuddling his pillow while laying on your side.
His eyes widen at the sight of your body trembling from the small sobs. "Y/N?" He walks around the bed to kneel in front of you. "What happened?"
"N-Nothing Toji. Sorry, I-I know the house is a w-wreck." "Shut up about the damn house. I don't care. Why are you crying?"
You finally sit up, which lets him sit beside you on the bed. "I just.. Bad day." "Who do I need to stab?" "T-Toji?! You can't solve everything by stabbing!" He shrugs a bit. "You can try."
He smiles sweetly when you slap his arm. "That isn't funny." "Hmmm, but it made your cheeks flush." "Toji Fushiguro!" "Alright, alright. You wanna tell me what's wrong now?"
"I just.. looked in a mirror for too long, babe. Don't worry about-" "I'm lost. What do you mean you looked in one for too long?" You sigh, knowing he hates vague answers.
"My body is disgusting me today, Toji." He scrunches his eyebrows and leans in a bit closer to you. Your face heats up from the slight glare in his eyes.
"Looks the same to me." "Toji, I-" "Correct yourself." His already deep voice seems to drop even lower. Your entire body trembles. "S-Sir."
"Good girl. Now, let me get this straight. You don't think you're attractive." You shake your head, suddenly feeling the tears come back to your eyes. "Why not?" "J-Just.. my body.. it isn't.." "Skinny?" The word hurts your heart, but you nod, knowing he expects some sort of answer.
"So? You're exactly what I need, Y/N." You glance up to meet his loving gaze. "N-need?" "Don't play dumb. You know I need you. Now, we have to fix those insecurities."
He stands, offering his hand out to you. When you take it, he pulls you to your feet.
"Now," he groans as he lays back down on the bed, "I've had a tiring day at work. I want you to strip and come take a seat." "A-a seat?" His smirk tells you what you need to know before he elaborates. "I AM rather starved. Come on, I'm pretty impatient."
"To-Sir, I'm too.." "Heavy? Try again. You aren't getting out of this." He snaps his fingers, and the sound runs deep into your core. His eyes watch you hungrily as you start to get out of your pants.
"Now, for every one of your orgasms, I want to hear 'I'm Toji's pretty princess.' Understand?" "Y-yes sir."
You have no idea what posses you, but you finally let out you own witty comment. "You could at least take me to dinner first."
"You cheeky brat, don't worry. I have plans for your meal."
Hope you don't mind being hoarse for a while. You had to repeat just how pretty you were a number of times.
Choso Kamo
- SWEETEST MOTHER FUCKER I SWEAR
- He doesn't see a single flaw in you, honestly.
- Plus, he doesn't really understand beauty standards. All he knows is he loves every inch of you.
- Nothing goes unloved by this big ass baby.
- You crying would probably bring him to tears because he feeds off your emotion.
- But there is no doubt this man will do anything and everything to see your smile again.
- A true king who just wants his queen as happy as she makes him.
He left you for maybe an hour. Maybe. Choso just had to run and pick up a movie from Yuji.
"Angel, Yuji said that we have to-" He drops the movie the instant he sees tears in your eyes. "L-love? What happened?"
He rushes to your side and wastes no time wrapping you in his strong embrace. Your hands grip his shirt in a feeble attempt to pull him closer.
"What happened? Do you need something? A doctor?" His eyes are scanning your body for any signs of pain. His hands running gently over your back, arm, sides, but everything seems normal.
"I-I'm okay, Cho." "No, you aren't. Please, angel, don't lie to me." His own eyes start to fill with tears, but he tries to will them away. He knows he shouldn't be crying, but seeing you in any pain hurts him just as much.
"Cho, I just.. It's stupid." His large hands cup your face so you're forced to meet his eyes. "Nothing that makes you cry is stupid. Absolutely nothing, my love."
"I.. I tried to put on a hoodie of yours because I was cold." He blinks in confusion. "Was.. was it dirty?" "No I.. I stretched it out.." he tilts his head.
"Is that all?" You nod, but even more tears come to your eyes. "I just hate how big I am.. I thought you would find it cute to come home and see me in your clothes but.. I just messed them up.." He stands, suddenly walking into the kitchen. "C-Cho?"
"I bought some of your favorite ice cream. You know, the kind you always crave on your period. I figure we can cuddle and you can enjoy it while we watch a movie."
"I- I don't really want anything to eat." He smiles, still grabbing it and a spoon. "I know, but just in case. Listen," he places the carton on the table next to you, "you're gorgeous. Every part of you just screams beauty. Nothing could ever change that. Not your size, not you stretching out a stupid hoodie, not you crying, nothing."
He opens the carton, only to get a spoonful out and kneel in front of you. "Open up, angel." You do as he says and allow him to feed you the ice cream. You can't help but smile as you eat it.
His index finger wipes a few old tears from your cheeks. "There's that smile I love. Now, I think we need a movie and some cuddles. How does that sound?" You can only nod, absolutely floored by how much Choso truly loves you.
No more negative thoughts came to your mind while you laid against his chest. He even took a few times to feed you more ice cream throughout the movie.
Oh yeah, he totally bought new hoodies in a bigger size so you could wear them around the house without fear of stretching them.
Kento Nanami
- KING ENERGY
- You can't tell me this man doesn't want someone who acts as his pillow. Come on.
- That being said, Nanami knows how it is to be insecure.
- Whether it's over body insecurity or not, that can be argued either way. Still, insecurities aren't something he's ignorant about.
- On days where you can't seem to like your body, he'll do whatever you need.
- Need to be alone? No problem. Need someone to talk to you? Covered. Just need to be told you're loved? He'll tell you as many times as it takes.
- However, he can't help but be blunt. That's just who he is.
- He does it out of love for you, though. He never wants you to believe something that isn't true.
It's really hard for you and Nanami to get the same day off of work, and today was no different. Since you were the one working today, Nanami decided to take up cleaning the house and preparing dinner. He would also insist on doing the dishes, but he knew better. You never allow him to do all of the work.
He watched the clock hit five thirty and smiled. No doubt, that was your car he heard pull into the driveway. Now that you were home, he could surprise you by telling you that he managed to get the next five days off, which matched your schedule.
The front door opens, and he's quick to call out a "Welcome home, dear. Dinner will be done soon." He turns his body, preparing to catch you in his embrace as usual. However, all that happens is you call back, "Thanks, Ken."
His eyebrows furrow, and he quickly takes dinner off the stove so he can go check on you. He's not one to forget anniversaries or anything like that, so his mind is going through any possible reason you just called him Ken.
"Bad day at work, dear?" He wipes his hand on his apron as he comes around the corner. You were already sitting on the couch, eyes on your phone. "Yeah, I guess." "Okay," he sighs and sits beside you, "would you like to talk about it?" When you finally look at him, his eyes widen. Your eyes are puffy, as if you had been crying.
"Y/N.." "It's just coworker drama, Ken, don't worry too much about it." He scrunches his face. Those women you work with always pissed him off. He's noticed them staring at him whenever he brings you lunch. "Well, humor me a bit. What happened today?"
He just knows you can't resist gossiping with him after a work day. "I-I don't want to repeat it, Ken." The worried look in his eyes makes you whimper. "What?"
"I'm not used to you calling me 'Ken' at home." "Sorry, honey. It's nothing you did." He smiles softly and reaches to cup one of your cheeks in his hand. "Are you sure you don't want to tell me?" You do. God, you do because you know you'll cry again and he'll be here to hold you through it.
"They started talking about you." "Me?" "Yeah," you look at your hands, already feeling your chest tighten, "and started laughing at how you're.. settling for someone who is as big as I am.."
Nanami's soft looks suddenly turns harsh. How dare they say stuff like that? What's worse is he's sure they knew you could hear them!
"Really?" When you nod, a tear falls onto your lap. "It just.. really hurt knowing that I'm not the only one who thinks that." "Y/N.." He pulls you into a hug with a soft sigh.
"Don't think like that. Dear, if I wanted anything different than what I have now, you would know it." You sigh and cuddle into his warm embrace. "I know, but-" "But nothing, my love. I love you, only you, forever you. Do you understand?" You glance up and he places a soft kiss on your forehead.
"Yeah.. I love you too, Kento." "I have an idea." "Uh huh?" His smirk has you worried. "Well, we both have the next five days off.." "We do?!"
The excitement in your voice has him chuckling. "There's my pretty laugh. Yes, we do. I'm thinking on your first day back.. you go in with a ring on your finger."
You blink in confusion. "K-Kento, you don't-" "Oh I do. Am I the person to joke about wanting to marry you?" Your eyes start to fill, yet again, with tears. However, these tears make Nanami also tear up a bit.
"Are you... asking..?" "I have a ring just for you in my suit jacket, Y/N. Just say you'll marry me." He isn't really expecting you to jump on him, so when you do, he falls from the couch to the floor. "You know I'll marry you, Ken!"
The two of you share a long kiss, complete with tears and laughter. "Well, now that that's decided. I think we should get a head start on something." "What would that be?"
He stands before securing you in his arms bridal style. "The Prehoneymoon." "That isn't a thing, honey." He smirks before playfully smacking your ass. "For you, Mrs. Nanami, anything is possible."

Up til the recent chapter 14, I’ve come to the conclusion Sera will never win; regardless whether she “has” Gojo or not. Like with how many people now knowing what she’s really like and as if people won’t talk about her behind her back and then her reputation will be even more slandered than ever.
That moment when she tired to introduce herself to mama Gojo, like even if she was able to say “yeah I’m your sons ex gf/mistress 🤪” everyone and mama Gojo gonna be mad and confused as heck 🤭😑 and imagine her trying to justify to Mama Gojo about her being a mistress; to a woman who’s been cheated on too 🧍🏻‍♀️
As if anyone would wanna sympathize with that vindictive, leech of a human. Cry me a river miss thang 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was soooooo happy about the ending of chapter.14 but then I realized that Y/N’s heart condition and the pregnancy ain’t gonna be a good match at the end, or am I wrong, I can’t help but be worried 😥…anyways I hope you’re doing well Saint, take care and keep up the good work, your doing great!👍

so worried for her yn and her health :'( she's honestly a trooper for having braved all this while being in the early stages of her pregnancy. peep how "motherly" she was when she was taking care of gojou 😭 she would be the best mom. i hope her angina attack was just that, and isn't a sign of her conditiong turning unstable.
(kinda scared for how sera will react if news comes out about the pregnancy?)
i'm also quite worried for gojo? i know he wants to do whatever it takes to make it up to yn, but i fear that the news of her condition and pregnancy on top of nana's death (+ the pregnancy scare w sera, trauma of abuse resurfacing, potential divorce) is going to take a toll on him. and knowing gojo, he probably won't rest until he knows he's made things right. it's in his nature. i'm scared for his wellbeing right now
as it stands right now, they both need to take a step back from this relationship before they start anew and give each other a second shot at love. they both just aren't in the healthiest position rn

the amount of yn x gojo fluff we got this chapter was so amazing omg. it gave me butterflies. the way they were actually acting like a true married couple for the first time since their marriage was so heartwarming for me.
despite all this fluff i couldnt help but start crying when gojo asked,“would it make you happy if i let you go?”
i know how desperate he was to keep yn in the last chapter and this was a moment that really showed his development as a person overall. hes been selfish since the beginning and even in the last chapter when he was begging yn to not leave him.
gojo asking that question is the first time (as i recall), that hes being selfless.. and its for the sake of yn’s happiness.

can we just take a moment to praise the zenin family in this chapter? toji for his damage control? mai for not tolerating sera's unwelcome presence? naoya (hopefully) bringing sera down a peg once his intentions come out?
if gojo and yn were never in the picture (let's pretend they had healthier lives and relationships), would sera and toji ever had worked? or would sera always turn into this green eyed monster?
additionally, since the sn!verse features two of the big jujutsu clans as these business hotshots, is it safe to assume that the kamo clan also has that presence in this story? or did yn's family serve as a replacement for them?
(also gen scares me in a i-want-her-to-walk-all-over-me typa way)

seeing gojo's instinctice reaction to sera clenching her fists has my heart hurting for him. he had to endure this so many times with his own father, and now with sera's he's just submitted himself to be at the receiving end of such mistreatment. i hate to think that gojo just lets this happens because he thinks he deserve it.
also, sera needs to realize that gojo isn't dumb. no matter how much she tries to muddy y/n in her own eyes, gojo will always know her better. she can't seriously think that gojo, the same gojo who was repulsed at the possibility of her carrying his child, would take her back?
especially after these recent events, i think he's beginning to have clarity over what he wants out of life, and what he wants is either something sera can't provide him or isn't going to be very sustainable with her if they continued.
sera can't do the bare minimum expected of a partner and regard the validities of his trauma. no one's asking you to be his therapist? yn has already filled that spot lol, just comfort him when he needs it most. does she think she can be the better choice for him when she can't even do that? when she's already showing red flags of abusive behavior towards someone who is especially sensitive to it? even yn at her worst point during her relationship with gojo could do no harm, and she was enduring so much that it caused her health complications. she placed her boundaries, but not once did she act outta pocket when it came to gojo.
it's true when gojo thought how only yn, his wife, was capable of enduring everything for the both of them. sera just isn't capable of that. she might think she's this selfless enigma, but she's quite the opposite. her projections are so obvious, it's almost laughable how pathetic she is.
it's going to be so satisfying when she comes out of denial has that realization. and as much as i hate sera, she needs to set some healthier standards for herself. being together with gojo would just be settling for less.
it terrifies me how sera could just as easily end down the same path as eula if given the chance.

SAINTTTTT YOU HAVE DONE IT AGAIN!!!!!! you always manage to have me screaming, crying, or clapping whenever you update. this is so well written and all of your updates never fail to have me pondering for days. U truly are a gift💘
A few thoughts:
-Dis bitch Sera can really get in the gloves w me. she’s so stupid and selfish. like why would you think a memorial service for your ex’s grandma is the best time to win him back😐. ik you’re dumb but….. actually nvm this is to be expected from you.
- And our sweet baby Y/N is pregnant!!!!! This def threw me for a loop but I’m so excited to see how this plays out.
-I also feel so bad for Yuuta. He’s gonna suffer from this for a really long time and I hope he gets the courage to tell someone so he can start getting help
- And Yessssss The Entrance of our fav Bad Bitch Gen😛. the way she has the Mc’s back always has me doing a little happy dance
I also have a few questions:
When did Y/N conceive? bc I can’t remember how long it was before Bora Bora.
Will Sera be present in part 2 of SN?
Thank you for feeding us so well Saint! and plz get as much rest as you need on your break. Take longer if you need to bc we’ll all still be here when you get back.❤️

YN PREGGO AHHHHHH
my eyes were already wide when i began reading the conversation between the doc and gojo… but when i got to that last line i literally went 😀
poor gojo.. he’s already been beating himself up for how he’s been treating yn, he’s still mourning over nana’s death, and now THIS. imagining what must’ve been going through his mind at the end of the chapter is literally breaking my heart. he’s gonna start thinking about yn’s condition and reflect it back onto all of the things he’s done to her and how it’s affected her more than he thought it did /:
imagine how he felt hearing that yn is carrying his child.. something that’s all he’s ever wanted. but with this situation i can’t imagine how he’s feeling and how hard it is for him to try and wrap his head around this. i’m also definitely scared for yn’s reaction to hearing that she’s pregnant. pushing back the divorce to help gojo mourn- and now this. she’s definitely gonna have a hard time processing all of this.
idk how the next chapters will go or how the story will end but ☹️ i’m scared and excited at the same time! also very intrigued with what you’ll do with the sequel. thank you again for the chapter saint 💗 normally i don’t send asks or talk in the server- but this chapter had me !!!!! i just had to say something JEKCKDKD
please be sure to rest up and take care of yourself saint! <3

Worlds Away JJK AU / Chapter 22 - Familial Ties 🔞
w/c - 5,892
           Choso is on his way to Itadori. He could create a portal but found that he wouldn’t mind using the time it took completing the distance on foot so he could arrange his thoughts. He’s planning on bringing Itadori into the understanding, giving him all the knowledge he’s idly kept to himself over the years. He’s not even sure where to begin but only hopes that he’ll be able to properly explain everything to him.  It seems that even with a slowed pace and shortened steps, Choso ends up in front of the door before he knew it. He takes a moment to collect himself, breathing in deeply. ‘Maybe I should start off with the good news about Elska…’. He knocks on the door lightly and announces that it’s him.
           “Ummm…come in?” Itadori sounds confused that he’d be treated with the courtesy of the warning before entry.
           Choso opens the door with a nervous demeanor, eyes primarily looking at the shabby floor as he turns to shut the door behind him. He’s so anxious that he forgets all of his words completely and upon raising his eyes, sees an agitated Itadori. He wishes maybe he would’ve taken after Naoya in preparation of his room, it being dingy and plain in comparison to Elska’s.
           “You’re Choso, right?” Itadori’s arms are folded into his shaman uniform while he sits in the cushion of the yellow couch that was placed in the room. “I thought you were on our side, you helped us rescue Gojo didn’t you?”
           “I did, yes.” Choso is struggling to find his confidence as he sits in a chair across the couch from Itadori, his black suit feeling uncomfortable. “I know you have a lot of questions…and I plan to answer them all.” He’s now relaxing into his seat as he studies Itadori’s face to judge where to go next. “For starters, Elska is going to be alright. Naoya’s with her now.”
“Naoya? I was told he’s one she needs protection from!” His body language is slightly tensed to this but finds relief in knowing that she’s alright after he was told that Getou attacked her. “She wouldn’t have been put in that situation if you’d left us alone.” He’s not sure what to make of this situation yet, nor of Choso but something is telling him to listen.
           “He’s not a bad man at all, he’s actually one of the greatest I’ve ever met.” He sees Itadori frown to this as he’s not convinced. “I’ll show you in a little bit but first we have to talk…I’ve been waiting for this moment for a very long time.”
           Itadori remembers Toji once saying that he would want to converse with Choso and this causes him to become more interested. There was something they knew that he definitely didn’t and feels even less alarmed about the visit now. He’s not sure how Choso would show him what he means about Naoya but he decides to let that go and so he can continue. “Ok, I’m listening then…”
           “Itadori… have you ever found your inhumane strength odd?” He asks rhetorically before proceeding, “It’s because you’re not exactly human.” He waits a moment to take in Itadori’s reaction but is kind of relieved when he sees he’s not dismissing him yet.
           “I’m still listening, I really have wondered about this…” Itadori leans in to where his elbows are now placed on his knees and face resting on fists as he lets Choso speak.
           “To put it simply, you’re half cursed spirit in origin, like myself.” He holds his breath for a moment, “To put it even more directly…I’m actually your older brother.” He chooses this instant to hold courage in his expression as he informs Itadori of their familial ties. “I’m gathering you haven’t any memory of this though…”
           “This doesn’t make any sense. How? I had a family…a human one.” Itadori is clearly puzzled and having a hard time understanding how this could be. He looks down to his hands after removing them from under his chin and asks himself, ‘There’s no way, right?’. He’s searching his brain for some kind of excuse but finds it difficult to deny Choso’s words, ‘There is something super familiar about him now that I think about it…’
           “We have more brothers, others like us born of the same Kamo blood.” He sits back up in his seat as the ease of Itadori’s reactions settle him into a more composed way.
           Itadori’s eyes widen to the mention of the Kamo clan, the third of the three major ones. “I still don’t really understand but that’s alright.”
           “Some of our brothers are scattered around the globe, a few still sealed as I was for so long. You were too until the family that raised you in this life found you.” He smiles sadly and softens his eyes, “They seemed like good people, I’m sorry that they’re not with us anymore…” He see’s Itadori’s confusion after that statement, probably unsure of how he was able to know that. “Due to you being Sukuna’s vessel, I was tasked with keeping an eye out on you and so I have for a  while now, even before you were forced into being so.”
           Itadori’s brow furrows as he thinks of his past. “I did actually feel like I was always being watched.” He lightens his tone, “Not in a creepy way but it’s more like I never felt alone!” He smiles now as his mind is trying to churn all of this information at once. “Why am I here though? Is it because I’m your brother?”
           “No, I would probably just approach you normally if circumstances were different.” Choso almost chuckles at the end of the statement, laughing to himself as if he knew what normal really was. He looks around the room further, ashamed that Itadori’s quarters were so plain and barren. “Getou needs Sukuna to help him defeat Gojo. He needs Elska more or less for the same thing, except she’s also been promised to Naoya by the elders.” He leans forward, closer to Itadori and lowers his voice, “But neither Naoya or myself trust Getou. I specifically aim to destroy everything he is.”
           “I really don’t get it…why are you here working for him then?” Itadori is calmer than he thought he would be given the situation of his abduction. He finds this uncanny urge to trust Choso. His gut hasn’t failed him yet, more like the other way around so he internalizes these thoughts as he listens further to what he has to say. ‘…my brother?’
           “Getou murdered two of our siblings.” Choso stops for a second and brings his hands together slowly as he inhales deeply. The sadness he experiences to this day is clear as the humanity within him longs for salvation of his younger brothers. “I don’t even know why but before I could intervene, Kechizu, the youngest, was killed. Shortly afterwards Eso, the middle one, perished while trying to avenge him.” His hands start to shake as he recalls how close they all were, how Choso was supposed to protect them like he swore he always would. “I’m here to ruin Getou from the inside out. He has hurt so many people and will continue to do so if he remains unchecked.” He thinks about the black-haired woman now and how he failed to save her too. He clenches his fists on his knees while looking down to the cement floors.
           Itadori can’t explain why but an uncontrollable sadness washes over him as he hears Choso’s words of their family. It’s almost as if he found a part of himself that was lost for so long, only to lose it again instantly. ‘Could this really be true?’  Instead of communicating this he asks instead, “Why wait to take him out? Are you hoping he’ll fight Gojo too?”
           “I actually do not care one way or another about Satoru Gojo. The only time he will concern me is if he gets in Naoya’s way with Elska. That’s also why I haven’t harmed Getou yet though, I want to help Naoya be successful in his venture.” Choso’s words trail as he remembers the golden light that cascaded over Naoya before, the sheer power that was emitted from him at that time. “There’s something strange occurring in our cursed energy world Itadori.” He looks to him with complete seriousness, “I have a feeling Gojo isn’t the only complete member of his clan.” He sees Itadori’s raised eyebrow. “I can’t say for sure how much but I can tell you Naoya has unbelievable strength that he’s yet to show anyone. I can’t figure out why he would be so intent on hiding it though. Getou claims to be an orphan with no particularly profound background but he’s so incredibly strong himself that I can’t help but wonder if that’s completely true. That power comes from somewhere at least.”
           “What do you mean by a complete member?” Itadori is still struggling to keep up with everything but is trying his best to wrap his mind around it. His mind takes to different instances where he’s seen Gojo in action and is unsure about how he feels knowing there’s a possibility that Naoya or even others could posses the same realm of strength.
           “Gojo is revered and feared for being the first six eyes user with all other inherited techniques in 300 years…but I have a feeling there may be other clans with the same awakening…like the Zenin’s. Naoya has unwavering power but refuses to let anyone know and I’m beginning to wonder if his desire for confidentiality is due to him possessing the Zenin’s ancient techniques as well.” He leans back further and crosses his own arms as he thinks out loud. “Getou’s strength in itself would hold as a full fledge member but I don’t know which clan his techniques stem from…I’ve never seen or heard of gravity manipulation branching form a lineage.” Choso’s eyes widen in a moment of clarity. “Sukuna might recognize it though, he’s around 1,000 years old!” His eyes shift back to Itadori, “I don’t want you to worry about that right now though, keep your body for yourself.”
“So you’re saying there are others that could potentially be as strong as Gojo sensei?” Itadori’s mouth drops as he thinks of that and fears what that could mean. “Even so, you want to help Naoya but what if I told you that Gojo will stop at nothing to get her back?”
           “That’s partially why the elders have concocted this atrocious plan…they’re hoping for him to attack and initiate the proper means for the elders to vanquish him. If killing him is out of the question I’m sure they won’t hesitate to have him sealed once more.” He sighs as he relives the scene of Naoya holding the dying Elska. His heart shivers at the echoes of his cries that rang through him. “Naoya truly cares about her and I believe him when he says he would never cause her harm. When she was hurt, he fell apart…I’ve never seen him so emotional before…”
           “Sukuna isn’t the most cooperative you know and I also would never give him control to fight Gojo sensei. Not ever.” It’s not often that Itadori speaks so coldly but he can’t help but frown internally about some of the information received. “You would have to fight me and I doubt Elska would ever be convinced to go against him either.” He knows Elska and Gojo love each other and although he oddly trusts Choso, he can’t help but disagree about her being better off with Naoya.
           “I don’t want you giving control to Sukuna either. I detest the thought of you being used like that to hurt the ones you love, regardless of how I feel about them.” He sees Itadori’s eyes light up to this and gives a shy smile to emphasize he was being truthful. “Is there no way that Sukuna would work with us temporarily?” He asks Itadori know more than well enough it was unlikely. The curse is not exactly known for being reasonable.
           “I can try and ask him but I don’t think so…there would have to be something in it for him, probably something terrible.” He throws his arms up in the air to stretch while still sitting, “Plus, Gojo sensei had to suppress Sukuna yesterday so I don’t think he’ll be out for a while.”
           “What do you mean ‘suppressed’ him?” Choso looks distressed and wide eyed.
           “He came out when we saw… something strange and he tried to attack Toji, Gojo and Elska. I think he was trying to take Elska, wanting to…umm…breed I guess with her…” His expression is of embarrassment as he considers he would’ve had to sit front row for that show. “I remember enough but when I woke back up, I didn’t even feel the usual strain from keeping him at bay all of the time like I usually do. It made sense when Gojo told me he locked him down.” Itadori places his hands in his lap as he goes to rest back against the cushion, feeling very casual with Choso and finding himself to respect the honesty he’s receiving.
           “That doesn’t make sense…you can’t just suppress Sukuna…” Choso has brought his hands together, palms flush against each other while the tips of his fingers nudge into his chin.
           “What do you mean?” Itadori is perplexed at this statement as he’s living the proof that he definitely could be subdued. He has to do it all of the time.
           “It just doesn’t work that way with an outsider…he would have had to made a deal with the curse.” He’s now staring at Itadori with concern, not understanding fully what took place. “…and you’ve not felt any issue with him since the occurrence took place?”
           “I mean I still hear him in my head but he’s not trying to overthrow my consciousness.” He’s now finding it odd too, although not wanting to doubt his sensei. “I trust Gojo did what he had to…” Itadori speaks with conviction but now is seriously starting to wonder what it could have been if there was indeed a pact involved. He said it himself just moments ago, in order for Sukuna to cooperate there would have to be some kind of reward or benefit…something awful more than likely. He thinks of everyone back at the academy and wishes he had everyone’s brain power to help him sift through all he’s learned. His expression lights up as he raises to his to face Choso again. “I need to let the others know we’re ok!” He’s now overcome with haste to prompt the others as to what’s going on.
           “Toji has been calling me nonstop but I’m afraid to bring anyone else into the fold. Getou is extremely lethal and he needs to be handled prudently.” With regret in his eyes he asks, “We can make contact with them soon, just not yet. Please, try to understand…”
           Itadori still thinks it’s best to let the others know that they’re ok but also isn’t in the best position to make demands. “I don’t like that part but I’ll wait just a little while.” He’s still looking at Choso, “As soon as it’s ok though, please tell them…I know they’ll worry about us.” He hopes Megumi is doing alright and that Gojo sensei hasn’t lost his mind at them disappearing. “Everyone is against her becoming a Zenin though too, you should know that.”
           He feels terrible for having to ask Itadori to wait to inform his friends but knows it’s absolutely for the best. He’ll probably have a lot of explaining to do when this is all over in order to keep it amicable with Itadori’s party. “I’m grateful that you’ve been so understanding about all of this, I appreciate your willingness to learn about the situation before acting.” He smiles to Itadori again, “As far as her and Naoya go, like I said before, it’s better if I just show you.” Itadori nods to him slowly and can tell he was waiting for that to be explained. “This is how I was able to watch over you for so long.”
           Choso moves to the couch next to Itadori who gladly scoots over to see what he meant. He draws the oval into the air and maps the path to Elska’s quarters. He opens his eyes abruptly when he hears her and Naoya moaning loudly into each other.
“Ahhh!!! WAIT… This isn’t what I meant!” His eyes widen and he becomes red in tint as he embarrassingly moves to look to Itadori for assurance that he doesn’t think he’s a freak. Itadori’s eyes blare open as blushes immediately. He rips his gaze away from the window and stares into the floor awkwardly. It seems like Elska and Naoya were at the end of their sexual floundering but he was still nervous about what Itadori would feel about that and goes to wipe the technique until he hears Getou’s voice.
“No…not again…” Choso is fluster free as he waits to see exactly what Getou is up to by being in there. He’s ready to move if he strikes against Naoya or her. “…Getou.”
           “That’s Getou? What is he doing?” Itadori is watching Getou sit on the bed as Naoya and Elska sit bare into each other. The angle doesn’t show their nudity, aside from Naoya’s ass so he’s not terribly bothered by it but feels uncomfortable for Elska as the supposed dangerous man creeps closer to them. ‘Is she with Naoya too?’ His confusion increases.
           “I don’t know but if he attacks them then the plans change.” He feels his body tensing up as he quickly tries to come up with alternatives that would suffice if shit hits the fan. “What he did to her was unacceptable…I know it’s taking everything in Naoya to let him live.”
           Itadori is watching the way Naoya stands in between Getou and Elska, seeing the fire in his expression. He doesn’t seem as possessive as Gojo even while claiming her at the top of his lungs to Getou’s face. Only the worst of rumors have met his ears about the Zenin clan but everything Naoya is displaying with Elska actually goes against it all. They didn’t value women for anything aside from bearing children, he knew that much. Naoya seems to really care for her well-being though, at least in this interaction. He tenses up too as he sees Getou side step to see Elska.
           “He’s a really bad man Itadori, we can’t let him have his way.” Choso’s brow is furrowed until he see’s Getou leaving the room. “His plan is become an elder, this job is from the elders. If he can ascend to such heights then we will be in a world of hurt.” He then looks to Itadori who is watching Naoya protectively console Elska while watching the door to make sure Getou left. “I am so thankful that didn’t escalate…but I wonder why he went back? Surely he knew Naoya would be with her after what happened…”
           “I don’t know but I’m glad too.” Itadori’s eyes are still still curiously trained onto Naoya and Elska, wondering if something happened between her and Gojo to make her be so seemingly ok with being with Naoya. ‘Everything seemed fine before we left…’ but then he remembers how strange it was that Toji was there naked in their room with them. ‘I completely forgot about that!’ He thinks for a moment but then hollers out, “Toji!! Toji is like her but I’m pretty sure he needs Elska to feed from! He’s my best friend’s dad…” His heart sinks as he thinks of the stress the others must be under with them both missing. It’s more than just being upset at their vanishing, Elska was actually imperative for Toji as far as he knows.
           “Naoya and I are already working on how to handle that. We both care for Toji too and will not see him undone by this.” Choso relays a warm smile as he assures Itadori that no harm will come to anyone if they can help it.
           “That’s…incredible…thank you.” Itadori feels his trust was not misplaced in Choso and is still finding himself surprised by how kind the powerful being is.
           “I will try to arrange it so you and Elska can visit with one another. I know that would probably be nice for both of you.” Choso goes to stand, feeling lighter than ever as his fears fall away about Itadori’s judgment of him. “For now though, I’m going to figure out how we can take care of Toji too.” He starts walking to the door but is stopped as Itadori calls out to him.
           “I still need to let everything soak in but Choso…” Itadori is leaning forward in the yellow cushion, “If you’re really my brother…then I’m happy for that, you seem like a good person.” He smiles to Choso meaning every inch of his visible affection.
           “That brings me the upmost joy.” Choso feels like his heart may have mended slightly from the loss of his other brothers. He was never going to let harm befall Itadori. He was going to be the greatest big brother that has ever lived.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
           Getou found himself extremely irritated with the pressure in his groin. ‘Why do I suddenly want to impale that bitch?’ He’s made it back to his new quarters, although he can’t ignore his disappointment that his lovely black-haired beauty was gone. He never meant for her to die, she actually refrained from breathing even after he released his grasp from around her neck…she genuinely was never going to submit. “Now I have nothing to fuck.”
           He sits back in his brown modern wingback chair as he sighs his frustrations into the air. His eyes are strapped to the ceiling while he storms his brain for an explanation. “Something is definitely up with that fucking girl…” He brings his gaze back down to his lap and knows he’s going to just have to take care of it. Not even the walk minimized the blood flow, he was still throbbingly hard. “Ugh…fuck…”
           He unzips his suit pants and lifts his hips so he can push them down to his knees. His bulge is prominent through his light grey briefs. As he slides those down as well, he grabs himself and begins to stroke. He tries to picture his black-haired goddess, the one he wanted for so long but the disappointment of her resistance causes his hands to stop the jerking motions. Not even his fondest memories of debauchery of with her were doing it for him. “Fucking women… almost completely useless creatures.” He closes his eyes and begins to pump himself again but this time his mind takes to Elska.
           He’s imagining how entitling it would feel to pummel her throat with his length. “Maybe then she wouldn’t have anything distasteful to say.” He’s actually finding himself very turned on by the idea as he pictures how pitiful her face would be as her tears flow down her face to his stretching. “Mmmmmm” He’s liking the idea more and more as he visualizes her lips meeting the base of his member, him jutting his hips into her to further abuse the situation. He can almost hear her gagging as he continuously spreads her throat. Her trying to push him away while he absolutely controls the situation sends a twinge to his testicles. “Fuck…yes…”
           He’d wrap his hand into her brown hair and yank her off so he could see her disheveled expression as her saliva connects them both. He would then degrade her verbally, call her a slut and make her say that she liked it before slamming himself back into her mouth. He might even spit on her and smear it with his glistening tip. His hand finds an increased rhythm as he pictures fucking her face so horribly that her eyes can’t even remain open… but that’s when he’d command her to look at him. When she fails to do so he’d remove himself from her mouth hastily and slap her a few times…the last one being hard enough for her to fall to her side.
           He figures she would try to scurry away but he’d grab the chains wrapped around her and pull her back towards him while she screams out in horror. Her stomach would have contact with the floor but he’d use her metal restraints to bound her arms behind her back as he straddles her flattened body from over top. He allows his imagination to run wild as he forces himself into her completely while she lies on the floor in displeasure. “Take it like the nasty little whore you are.” He mumbles to himself as he continues to yank himself off. He’s so hard by this point he’s unsure of how long he’ll last like this but is salivating as the imagined scenario plays further.
           She would likely still fight him, so he’d have to use his body weight to keep her pinned as he violently thrusts into her. It wouldn’t be fun to use his technique. He even pictures her crying his name out in distress and finds it so exhilarating that he almost felt himself get close to releasing. “God…I would fucking dominate her…” His brow furrows as his eyes remained closed, fist still engulfing his extension rapidly. He then wonders what it would be like to do so in front of Naoya. He bites his lip and he entices himself further to the depravity of breaking him while simultaneously breaking her in. It would be better if Gojo were there too though.
           Naoya would be trapped by gravity no doubt but would be purposefully positioned in such a way that the only thing he could see would be Getou splitting her. He’d probably yell to no end, announcing threat after threat as he helplessly watches her body bounce off the floor from his crude impacts. He’d then grab her by the neck and bend her backwards so she’d have to look up to Naoya.
           “He’s not such a great prince now, is he?” While her tears roll down her face, he’d snap his hips a few times for additional effect as she’s made to take it all. He imagines she’d somehow be sopping wet from this as he grips his length a few times to simulate her spasms around him. “Fuuuck…” his light moans now erupt as he continues. He can see himself laughing in her ear, mocking her whines before pulling out from her and lining up for a different type of punishment. He’d broadcast boisterously to Naoya that he was going to ruin every useable orifice of hers, reveling in the fear that would stem from them both. He bets that as he nudges into her rear she would wince and attempt to scoot, attempt to run away from him. He of course wouldn’t allow that.
           As he pictures himself ramming relentlessly, he can’t help but let the thoughts of him wrecking her all over bring him to his release. The images in his mind are so fucking wonderful that he just keeps replaying that specific switch of holes over and over until he’s finally filling his hand with his contents.
           Upon opening his eyes, he certainly felt relieved but also is disgusted in himself for thinking of her to get there. “What a fucking mess.” He looks to his hand that’s seeping DNA and stands to halfway pull his pants up to go wash his hands, trying not to do drip on the suit along the way. He’s confused as to why he had felt so compelled do that, why he wasn’t able to stave off masturbating. “I have to figure out what it is about her that causes these…issues.” He’s lost in thought as he washes his hands extensively, not meaning to for as long as he was. He turns the water off at the porcelain sink and dries his hands on a rough green towel hanging on the grey papered wall near it. He would rather not use his clan technique to spy on her but feels it might be necessary to get to the bottom of things. It’s that or he jeopardizes the entire operation by going back to her room and fucking her senseless. He’d be forced to kill Naoya then too. “There’s too much on the line.”
           He then thinks to grab his phone, he has a lot of updates to report.
           He dials the number, it being saved into his memory versus the phone. As it rings, he holds the phone between shoulder and chin as he fastens his pants again. He’s trying to pretend that he didn’t just fuck his hand to the thought of her. ‘Unacceptable’. The phone line picks up after the third ring and he’s met with a voice on the other end.
           “I would just like to inform you that we have them both.” A smirk now forms across his lips as he’s happy to finally be able to say that. “We still don’t have Gojo but with the girl and the vessel here, we can corrupt them and force them to join us.”
           “We can certainly try with the vessel but there are major risks that pose a threat with repeating the same manipulations on the girl’s mind.” The tone of the male voice on the other end is calm but also domineering. “If her mind breaks, we can’t hope to predict what that will mean.”
           “Why is everyone so concerned about this? We can just fucking kill her if it doesn’t work. She’s not as necessary as you all seem to think.” Getou is irritated by that response, he would really rather the bitch be out of the equation totally…he truly does not want to be adhered to her.
           “You still have much to learn Getou, do not act rashly.” The other person clears their throat. “If she loses control, we don’t know how powerful she will be. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to contain it.”
           “Well she certainly isn’t going to accept her fate with me either, I can almost assure that.” Getou’s frustration is obvious as he unknowingly taps his fingers along the surface of the table in front of him.
           “She doesn’t have to be willing, she just needs to remain unharmed. I know you detest the idea but you have to keep her safe, she’s just part of the bigger the picture.”
           “Tch. You’re right, I definitely don’t care for that.” Getou is now twirling the ends of his hair that have escaped his bun. He was smarter than to let them know of his recent theft of her wing, he knew that wasn’t allowed. “When can we get this ball rolling again?”
           “You should have a meeting coming up in the next couple of days with the elders. Just keep your focus and mind yourself for a short while longer. Everything is going rather smoothly now.”
           “I have a feeling that Zenin may try to undermine me, he’s hiding something important, I can tell.” He thinks of Naoya’s drastic change in personality within the last few months, ashamed in his former accomplice’s weakness for the girl. “What do I do if he tries to take her?”
           “You don’t allow that to happen.” The voice is now dreadful with seriousness, “You’re the next head of the clan so you will have to behave as such and be able to navigate these kinds of situations. We’ve waited 900 years for someone like you to be born again, you cannot mess this up.”
           Getou slams his fist down on table. “Just let me kill the fucker and it’ll be dealt with! What’s the point of having all of this power if I can’t use it to wipe out our enemies?”
           “You will get your chance to but you first have to face Satoru…or have you given up on that timeless revenge?”
           “Of course not, I am eager to hurt that fucking cunt…we’re just so close and I’m losing my patience.” Getou realizes this revelation as he speaks it out loud. He’s usually so good about waiting, he has for all these years anyways so what’s a few more weeks or even a month? Getou thinks of his mentor and all of the admiration he had for him, how Gojo himself snuffed the one light in his life.
When Getou was a child of age 5, he had a typical temper tantrum for not receiving his way, most kids do. The difference here was in this same moment, all of his abilities came to fruition from the astronomical magnitude of emotions he experienced. Being so young, he was not able to control the feelings nor was he aware of it being a problem, he simply just felt them. Without meaning to, Getou unleashed his gravity technique and slowly crushed his parents to death, horridly watching the life fade from them as their cries silenced to trade for growing amounts of surrounding blood. He hadn’t a way of understanding that was even him that caused it, he was just plastered in place, immobilized by fear. This was a moment of evolution in his life being that he was then recognized as the long-awaited youth that reclaimed the clan’s ancient techniques. His growth came at the price of his heart for the memory is so fucking horrifically shattering, he can still recall it clearly to this day. Often times it takes place of his dreams causing him to constantly feel tired and unrested.
He was secretly celebrated amongst his clan’s elders and people after this, them all putting the faith and responsibility of absolute greatness on the young boy’s shoulder. He may have developed differently had he more support but the same members also feared his capabilities and much like Gojo in a sense, suffered the duality of his existence. There was only one man that had the strength in his heart to raise Getou, to provide him with the backbone he so desperately needed. Genghis Temujin.
Gojo’s killed so many in their clan and each death weighs on Getou but he can never move beyond the fact that his mentor suffered extremely at Gojo’s hands. ‘Experiments…’ It’s been years since the silver shaman abused his clan but for years before that, they agonized immensely under his tyrannous involvement. His clan was pertinent to Gojo’s goals then…and it would help them advance their own ideas along with the elders as well so they remained compliant.
           “Alright then. I need to you gather yourself, there’s much to do in the small time remaining.” The voice pauses but then proceeds, “Indulge Zenin for a while longer, you may need him even with the help we expect from the vessel against Gojo. If he’s so enthralled with the girl then surely, he’ll fight to keep her there.”
           Getou sighs in annoyance some more, trying to center his brain around the true task at hand. “I understand and I will make sure everything is ready over here.” He hears them say “Perfect” before the phone clicks and gives tone of a dead line. Getou slowly lowers the phone from his ear as he relishes in the excitement that they’re that much closer from eliminating every single one of their obstacles.
           “Master Genghis…” his eyes become dead in sight as he imagines the amount of agony his mentor suffered. His purpose is embedded back into his thoughts as he allows his own darkness to soothe his physical body.
“I will avenge everyone.”

tbh,, i havent read the raws of the interview yet, only the translated ver from fan-translator and b4 i start, i think that this will be just me talking in circle and in no particular order AND a real mess (my brain does weird things after exams) but uhh here we go
gojou collects talented people, and by doing so he finds the people he can most probably relate to, except that he can't, not really, because something in the universe shifted when he was born. and it makes me think of how he's always known it, that he is special, and he's proven it, time and time again— he wants to take in talented ppl and he does, but there rly isn't much he can do for them. for they are talented, more talented than the world can understand,,
but they aren't gojou satoru
gojou took in megumi, bc he knew megumi was strong, and would grow up to be someone even stronger, but gojou can't facilitate or encourage his growth, bc for all they're similar, they are so fundamentally different. ALSO,, while geto was in his life, gojou rly judged everything according to his understanding of geto’s moral compass. gojou wears a human suit and geto is how he learnt to wear it well 🏃
the dragonfly analogy regarding to geto’s response to gojo, who was shown wearing a dragonfly patterned yukata in HI arc,, i’m trying to not think abt the fact that dragonfly symbolized victory in jpn....pain. i quoted from a web here for more explanation : In Japan the dragonfly is known as the "victory insect", or kachimushi, because of its hunting prowess and also because it is known to never retreat. Dragonflies are agile and fast fliers and can even hover, but never fly backwards
and bringing this up again, matricide and patricide are 2 of the 5 worst act to commit in buddhism, and it was said that if u commit one of those act u’re going to spend a real long time in the deepest pit of hell before continuing the samsaric cycle (higher chances to be born as an animal after that probs)— this might be geto’s divine retribution. held no power over his own body and could be considered that he’s the same as those “monkeys” 💀
ALSO the fact that sukuna's interest is "eating" rly drives home his hedonistic philosophy of seeking pleasure for himself. and he’s a cannibal...makes me think if he’ll just chomp on ppl with the mouth on his stomach
randomly, to date i think he hasn't really called himself a human, shaman, or a curse, and has held himself apart from all 3, and we've also the intro of the cursed wombs so i wonder if he’s trying to become, or is, a different entity altogether
so onmyoji got mentioned in the interview and what they practice is called onmyodo and abe no seimei and kano no yasunori were the notable practitioners,, and the kamo in jjk is the same as irl who served the imperial court back then
maybe i was right when i said that the relation between the govt. and jujutsu elders are similar to how the shogunate and imperial court work (ie, the former holds the actual power) but... lets see later,,
and i cant believe that i actually nailed it on the analogy of jujutsu practices by religion,,, so mahayana buddhism, shintoism, and taoism is present in jjk along with their respective jujutsu practices...but between the 3, it shld (?) be taoism > shintoism > mahayana buddhism (which could took a path to pure land buddhism)
it’s weird that the number of curses are supposedly higher in jpn comparable to other countries when taoism was brought from china....tengen sus
so the zenin family tree is sth like :
brothers: [toji's dad] ; naobito ; ougi
so toji, naoya, and maki & mai are cousins of the same generation
[toji's dad] → jinichi (probs) ; toji → megumi
naobito → other brothers, naoya
ougi → maki, mai
but yea i’d call anyone who’s within/close or below my age range as cousins and others above 30 as uncles/ aunts LMFAO,, i dont rly memorize my own family tree 😭😭 especially since most call the other by honorifics instead of names : aunt, uncles etc or attaching said honorifics at the end of a name for an older sibling figure/ older cousins [but like ppl in my country also call the other who are older with sibling honorific even if we’re strangers,,, rly similar to korea’s hyung/oppa—eonnie(unnie)/noona but some uses more genderless honorific] (1)
tw // topic of incest, mentions of abuse
if anyone got the wrong idea when reading this : i am not glorifying/ romanticising incest(uous themes),, i’m looking at this with absolutely no lenses of bias even tho im rly against it
初恋 = literally : first love, or puppy love
恋 = romantic love/ deep longing
i literally don't know how else to put this...🧍and with language barrier...using a western interpretation of the eng word "love" to explain a jpnese term is not quite that simple, unfortunately
that thread omg,, i rly do understand how exactly someone could associated kindness with love bc of my upbringing, it was when i was slightly older that i was just...oh so its not like that orz,,, so the most plausible explanation would be that
but the problem is that,, akutami never specify when exactly she had a crush on them,, and when megumi answered todo’s question she had a “♡” reaction 😶,, uhmmm there’s rly no way to look past this if its this way or be in denial
i’ve seen some of "why wouldn't mai react that way after hearing megumi say he'd like someone who's compassionate when she's surrounded by men like naoya",, well I MEAN,,, that, but also mai probs admires that megumi grew up so well out of the clan, regardless of the fact that he had the foundation (10 shadows) to do so. imo she seems happy for him the way she can't be for maki, bc maki ultimately had to leave her behind
hate to say it but yea,, the 3 clans most likely still practice inbreeding in order to preserve their power and presumably their wealth too 😀
i had an idle thought abt it at first but i filed it deep in the back of my mind asap,, bc i ont wanna jump to conclusion abt this out of all things too early. it’s probably not even in jjk, but all those elite clans in other ani/mangas that produce powerful heirs and whatnot also do the same,,, but this way of (my personal) thinking was influenced when i first got into tsukihime (type-moon),,, i read abt the nanaya family background and found out that they practice that in order to keep their bloodline “pure” (to keep it short : they have an optical power),, and i had this kind of assumption ever since so there’s that
i’m,, convinced the zenins' inbreeding made it more difficult for them to get powerful shamans bc they got 2 jujutsu technique-less children with heavenly restrictions in the same generation: toji & maki
even more convinced that maki might be a bit stronger than toji bc toji could see curses without aid while maki can't so the pay-off must be higher,,, SJJASN IDK ,,, plus naoya sort of implies his older brothers are nothing compared to him, and idk if we should take that as his arrogance or that his older brothers rly are weak/powerless. it would make sense as to why naobito had a lot of sons, ig, as head of clan
i feel so bad that if one of the factors that can caused heavenly restriction is inbreeding,, toji and maki and mai had no say in how they wanted to be born but are scorned for it,, typical asian families projecting their traumas and ideals onto their kids but get mad when they realize that those ideals are ugly...😁😁😁
since the zenin are conservative,, i wonder if they still hold onto old jpnese dining traditions. where in ancient jpn, hierarchical relationships were made readily apparent even within families. a dining table where everybody sat down and ate as equals would be unheard of. rather, each individual is given their own table that indicates their status,,, someone who is not considered “strong” according to the zenin’s views most likely have no place at the table, and probs eat when those who are “strong” finished/ serve them when they are eating
if toji was tossed into a swarm of curses,, i dont think abuse during said time is below them,,,
the zenin clan was already great, but they further amassed power and strength by, what i assume to be, marrying and adopting powerful individuals into the clan 🤔 ,,, i imagine they're like the hiiragi but without doing what they did to shinya (ons reference)
BUT after all that, i like to think that since akutami’s a big horror fan, jjk might be an outlet to explore said topics or even darker ones, so i wouldnt be that surpised abt it. given that there’s more than enough “red flags” before this was dropped : a reference to “tale of hikaru genji” when a grown woman asked for gojou’s number in HI arc (out of all things); granny who transformed into the man’s daughter, sat on his lap and man just touched her waist; mei mei and ui ui ; and...this (incestous theme is in the novel btw)
lets not start with whatever the fuck in kubo’s head in the interview otherwise i’m writing paragraphs with every curse words possible,, those big 3 mangakas are so— UGH,, a planet w out (cis) men like him sounds real good rn 😌 if one of yall out there decide to do it,, pls hmu rly cant do this shit anymore
akutami said i like my men pretty and i like women who will step on my neck and spit in my face (I REMEMBERED TATSUKI FUJIMOTO’S INTERVIEW WHEN HE WAS ASKED ABT MAKIMA AND IT WAS SO 😭😭😭😭) but ykw,, love that for both of them <3
when i said 3 : one piece, bleach, naruto. aside from the blatant depiction/ characterize of women in those 3,, idk if some ppl arent aware yet but oda is friends with two (2) convicted pedos,, man...the major disappointment and disgust when i first find out abt it
anyways this is just my 2 cents (which i think rightfully belong to the trash can) so pls just take this w a lil to no grain of salt - 🐱
YEAH THE ♡ LMFAO I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A “good answer ♡“ heart BUT NOW IM RE-EXAMINING?????
honestly i wouldn’t be surprised if the three clans practiced inbreeding. but ik people are going to be  😡😡😡😡😡 about it when the queen of fucking england is literally married to her (something) cousin. i’m not justifying it but like....love the double standards, just as always with the west 😍
DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THAT FUCKING PED* LIST THEY SHOULD ALL BE IN JAIL. JAILLLLL. it’s all so gross. that’s why i fucking hate when people look towards manga for positive representation because the chances of that are super slim to zero, especially since the industry is saturated with misogyny and ped******* and a lot of other gross stuff.
i think ppl forget jjk is a horror manga LOL so obviously it’s going to confront darker themes. the question is whether it’s going to be done tastefully or not......

LONG ask ahead, sorry T^T
*arrives in a hurry after 2-3 days* *slow, appreciative clap at the ted talk* sweetie, have you got any idea how much i adore hearing you ramble about the creation process??? seeing the whole love and dedication you hold for the odyssey makes my day! (and nooo, i'm totally not reading it again bc i want to have all of it in mind for tomorrow and bc it inspires me to no end hahaha what do you mean :) )
here comes yet another question: what kind of powers do you possess to write so beautifully. your writing literally punches me in the gut every single time, even the simplest of things!! it's hauntingly beautiful and i'm living for it!
(and another one) how did you find out how the odyssey was going to end?
also, it's rambling time because i've been thinking. (i do that sometimes.) each chapter title is a reference to a greek myth, and, in particular, odysseus' myth (no clue if i've written his name right, i've always knew him as "ulysse" in my mother tongue ^^;). and so my brain went: oooh nice, greek lore ^^ and then: yo wait. hold up. which brings me here: analysing the chapter titles. (bear with me please, and feel free to ignore my enthusiastic rambling/correct me if i'm wrong which i probs will)
so first, we have the prelude. david and calypso. while i'm sure david has his importance it's almost 1 am as i'm typing this so i'm going to focus on calypso. poor nymph is stuck in an island because of the will of gods for a reason i've forgotten. but here's the catch: while she cannot leave, others can come to her (good ol' odysseus for instance) until they leave her all alone again. and the cycle unfolds again and again. which brings us to a nice parallel with reader's situation at the beginnig. she, after all, is stuck on an island with no way out but stories. comes the dilf supreme toji aka an odysseus of sorts, until he leaves her. so she's alone again. calypso there illustrates a passive state of sorts. she cannot leave, or so she thinks: while she wants to, we don't see her try per se until sukuna comes in.
ah yes. sukuna’s arrival. chapter title: neptune’s hands. Neptune, god of the seas, all powerful, also known as Poseidon absolutely terrifying if provoked — which is something Odysseus did! well, man is smart enough not to do it to his face. but he did stab a cyclope, which happened to be neptune’s son. son who swore to a haughty Odysseus that he’d pay for it. in consequence: instead of going back to Ithaca without that much of trouble, Neptune goes: nope mate, and promptly sabotage his return (with a storm who leads his ship astray if my memory is correct). Neptune serves as a catalyst in here, to properly start the action. and it so happens to be sukuna’s role! he is, as well, the one who starts reader’s journey — well, odyssey in this case ;) — by making her this offer. plus, if we consider reader as being calypso, a nymph, and sukuna as being Neptune, a god, it shows their difference in power. sukuna is a fearsome curse, captain whose name is enough to strike fear in the cruellest pirate, who can and will kill reader should he get bored of her. reader is but a printer’s apprentice, so weak compared to him it hurts.
ah, yes. the narcissus pool aka siren gojo, aka me simping so hard for this man I might squirt with the mere mention of him. yes, siren gojo is that powerful, feel free to lure me in with them baby blues sweetie *blows him a kiss* hem. anyway. long story short, an oracle said: if narcissus sees his reflection, he’ll die. people prevent him from seeing himself. ofc man is so handsome it hurts and has women and men alike running after him, including a nymph named echo. he rejects her. hera is somehow involved in the mess and makes it so that he stumbles upon a river and sees himself. entranced by his beauty, he desperately tries to reach himself and stays near the river until he dies. this one is a bit trickier (especially considering I’m writing this as I go with no coherent preparation whatsoever but damn if I’m not having fun). but. *proceeds to read it again* *sighs in ‘why the hell ain’t siren!gojo real pls sir take me’* anyway. it’s never mentioned in narcissus’ myth, but I’m pretty sure he was tempted to look at himself. at least once, considering he could wonder why on earth all those people kept falling for his looks. (or he could be pretty dumb. let’s say he isn’t) so he’s tempted by his own reflection. just like reader’s tempted to follow segsy siren gojo. he doesn’t up until hera is involved and ends up seeing his reflection. he falls. not literally, but in love — with his own self. here it’s different (and the reason why i’m strugglingTM to gather coherent thoughts). gojo is the very embodiment of this temptation — so he acts as narcissus’ reflection here. he’s the one seducing reader, the one luring her until she falls in the waters, just like narcissus did. she didn’t die though, unlike him. (thank you sukuna. I guess. yes I would’ve given my life for gojo to consume me in both ways and??) now, this is very simp-tainted (sorry bout that ^^;) and the thing I’ve noticed is this: narcissus isn’t a character in the og odyssey. could it be bc to my absolute despair, gojo’s not as much of an important character as sukuna and toji? only you know!
(the hades, psyche analysis comes in tomorrow *looks @ time* *sees it's 1 AM* well, later on! have a lovely night/day!)
- the LRE (who's very happy tumblr allowed her to do paragraph breaks/to have a pirate history book recommandation! thanks about that one btw, it'll come in handy for a ff of mine (yeah it involves pirate gojo))
wait this is so precious n thoughtful oh my gosh 😭 thoughts n vibes under the cut :’)
first of all THANK U!!!??? ur making me blush out here omg my hEART 😭
as for ur first question, ur SO SWEET n IM LOSING IT bye i genuinely don’t know i just scream and throw a bunch of commas and metaphors everywhere and somehow things happen 💀 i read a lot (english major vibes) and it’s very helpful because i tend to imitate writers/phrases/books that inspire me while i'm figuring out how i want to write !!
secondly: how did i figure out the ending of the odyssey??
answer: i think i just stumbled across this one 😭 i was brainstorming w my bestie (@/suedebunn) n she originally suggested a different version of the ending that i was like “oh wait” and then i played with it for awhile until i arrived at the version i have now ! i want to tell u more about how i arrived from point A to point B and what the process was but i will withhold because i am not giving anything away >:)
onto ur TITLE ANALYSIS!! this is SPECTACULAR! ur pretty much on the nose for all of them god damn i don’t have much to add :’) i’ll give u some of my takes tho!!
david and calypso – ur absolutely on the nose for the calypso aspect; david’s just a passing nod to the pirates of the caribbean portrayal of davy jones and the doomed relationship between him and calypso (mirroring the doomed relationship between toji and reader since he leaves them)
neptune’s hands – yes! yeah! sexy! pirate sukuna is being compared to a sea god!! also a minor teaser but sukuna’s hands are important symbolically ;-)
narcissus pool – ur brain is so big here god damn 🤲 narcissus is more of a loose reference to the idea of pride/ temptation and also hollowness/mirages (the emptiness of a reflection versus the tangibility of the real thing) so it’s not immediately a reference to the odyssey itself or even the myth (i'm taking creative liberties bye homer) but probably the best entity to use when describing gojo – the dichotomy between pride/emptiness is a lot more apparent in part 5
gosh thank u sm for this!! excited to see what u have next!!!!!!

Health and Sports Team Building 1
Fan Event 1
Location: ???
Oh, you’re back. Why? Because you wanted to…? Or maybe… because you felt you had to? You really didn’t get much of a say in it I’m guessing. I’m in the same boat I guess. A lot of the things I know just get decided for me and I don’t ever have any control in what I do. It’s why I asked. I’m just curious if you ever felt that way, that’s all…
~~~
Location: Shinjuku Academy
After another long day of classes, it seemed a well deserved respite was in order for you and your friends. You let loose a rather loud yawn which your friends took notice to. “Finally gettin’ tired of classes?” Kengo teased. You explained that wasn’t quite the case, but rather just exhausted altogether from the lack of sleep.
This seems to have alarmed Shiro. “Oh really? I wonder what could have kept you up.” Shiro’s cold gaze pierced through your sleepiness. You panicked a bit while you responded that students from Yoyogi Academy had kept you out a bit later than normal on your way back. “Hmm, well you are quite popular so it’s no surprise.” You tried to deny you were that popular…
“I agree with Shiro.” Moritaka added. “You are quite known after all that’s happened this past year.” The comments made you a bit sheepish and you wondered aloud if they really thought so.
Ryota laughed. “Yep! There’s just something about you that draws in all sorts of folks. You’ve made a lot of friends too and get involved with all these crazy schemes.” Ryota had a point all things considered. Especially since your sports academy friends did give you a personal invitation to go to their school for their Health and Sports day event. This surprised your friends. “Are they allowed to do that?” Ryota asked with a bit of concern.
“Most cases, no.” Shiro replied. “But since we all celebrate Health and Sports day differently…”
“Whaddya mean? Don’t we all just get the day off?” Kengo asked.
“We do, but Yoyogi Academy is still one of the few prominent schools in Tokyo that still celebrate Health and Sports day. Schools all across Japan used to celebrate it but over the years it’s importance has dwindled quite a bit. At the very least Yoyogi Academy tends to draw out a bit of a crowd every year given the number of athletes that participate so it makes for a nice excuse to watch them compete.” You commented that sounded like a fun day and get a bit excited at what sort of events they might compete in. “All sorts of things like a relay race and tug of war.”
“I once heard they did a Cavalry Battle. Is it true!?” Ryota asked with an equal amount of excitement.
“It’s one of the more uncommon ones but I believe there was…” Shiro pondered. Those didn’t quite sound like normal games. Now you were more excited to see such events play out. You even suggested all your friends should go. “Well, I’m not against going to watch.”
“Lame.” Kengo replied. “If you’re gonna go to a sports school the least you could do is not act like a total bookworm!”
“And maybe you might learn a thing or two about better health habits.” Shiro quipped right back.
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Nothing, really. Just all those sweets are gonna catch up to you one of these days.”
“...You little-”
Ryota couldn’t help but laugh at the two’s bickering as it was commonplace for the two to act like that while Moritaka sighed. Ryota continued on through his laughter “While I’m not the biggest sports fan, I’d love to go watch and cheer too.”
“Hmm, perhaps I could hone my skills with their sports clubs.” Moritaka added. “Do you think they have Kendo students?” That actually reminded you that they do. In fact, you met one yesterday…
One day earlier
Location: Shinjuku Park
“Don’t I know you from somewhere?” A girl with her brunette hair tied up in a pony tail asked you as you were on your way back while on your guild patrol. You took a mental note of her uniform and how her hair was quite unkempt. However familiar she was not a girl you’ve interacted with before. “You sure?” You suggested she might just be mistaking you for someone else. “Hmm… not really. I couldn’t forget a face as cute as yours~.” Well- Wait, hold up. Cute? “Yep.” She chuckled as she took a comical step forward, getting close but not quite touching you. Just who was she?
“That’s enough Yui.” Durga said as a small group of three Yoyogi students jogged up to you; Kyuma, Gunzo, and Durga. “Tatsuya was right, you’re gonna scare people just running up like that.”
The girl who was apparently named Yui backed away from you laughing to herself. “C’mon, can’t I have a bit of fun? They’re totally someone who definitely looks like they need a date~.” You interjected what that was supposed to mean. “That you’re cute. You think so too, right Durga?”
“W-What does that have to do with me!?” Dura stammered out while blushing from embarrassment. “Besides, this one’s a pal of ours!”
“What a funny coincidence!” Gunzo laughed. “Guess we took our jog a bit too far up. So what brings you the way out here?” You didn’t want to burden them with your responsibilities too much so you simply said you were out for a stroll since it was Shinjuku Park. While everyone else was convinced, Yui took notice something of you. You noticed but neither of you said anything.
“Well, whatever the case it’s good to see you again!” Kyuma said. “David’s pretty happy to see you again too.” You were glad David and Kyuma were doing well. “We’d love to stay and chat but we should probably head back soon. We’ve gotta make sure everything is ready for tomorrow.” What was happening tomorrow?
“You haven’t heard? Sports Day is coming up.” Gunzo answered. “Its basically a day when we all take the time to learn more about healthy living. Well all of us in the Academy at least.”
“Yeah, it’s mandatory for us…” Durga sighed. You pointed out she didn’t sound very excited. “Yeah, well… the work’s kinda boring and we had to waste a bunch of good days for training to set up for some boring lectures! It’s definitely dreadful!”
Yui then cut in. “That’s no way to talk! We get to do as much outside as we do inside, remember? Can’t have fun without a little torture!”
“Oh, right! I almost forgot about those since I didn’t do any of that work…” She admitted bashfully.
“It’s too bad you can’t play with us.” Gunzo said to you. “It’d be great to be on the same team again!” You actually brought up your school was giving you the day off and you didn’t have much planned so a day outside sounded like a bunch of fun. “Wait, seriously!? Some people get all the luck…” He grumbled while Legion murmured to him you were still there. “Uh, I mean-! That’s great! Totally!”
Kyuma then got on board with the idea. “That sounds like a lot of fun! I hope we get to play against each other!” You told Kyuma you looked forward to it. “Alright! I’m getting pumped just thinking about it!”
“Whoa, hold up a sec!” Yui jumped in. “You can’t just invite anyone to play in these events with us… can you?”
“Well, I’m sure Mr. Arima or Mr. Avarga could get you approved.”  Kyuma suggested.
“Hmm, actually… Tatsuya’s been at the infirmary a lot lately… maybe he can help.” Yui brought up.
“Ever the reliable Den Mother.” Gunzo said. “I’m sure he’s able to convince Mr. Arima. The two are also doing that seminar together, right?”
“Yeah, I think…” You were confused by who they meant. “Oh, right. Tatsuya is a classmate of ours and a member of the Kendo club like me.” Yui explained. “I’ve known him for quite a while… hmm, maybe you two should meet sometime.” He sounds pretty nice. “Yeah…” She said that with a bit of concern in her voice.
“He really is! He’s always helping us around campus and all sorts of smaller things.” Gunzo said.
“Though his lectures…” Durga sighed. “He’s almost as bad as the coaches about studies…”
“Well, maybe if you did study a bit more and got your grades up he wouldn’t be so hard on you.” Kyuma chided.
“Let’s not talk about that! We gotta get back before curfew anyway! See ya!” Durga then bolted off without her other three friends.
“Hey wait a sec- You can’t just ditch us like that!” Gunzo cried out as he and Kyuma charged after her.
Yui looked back at you a bit nervously. “Y-You know… you really should come. I know it’ll our friend happy!” You said you would but what made her so sure Tatsuya would be happy. “He just… would, okay? I can just tell by looking at you! Anyway gotta go bye!” She then charged off after her friends too leaving you by yourself to ponder what to do.
Present Day
Location: Shinjuku Academy
Everyone remained silent as you recounted your story the whole way through. They all took a minute to process what was said until Kengo finally spoke up. “Some just have all the luck.” You asked what that meant since it didn’t seem out of the ordinary for you. “You always get invited to all the fun stuff!” I-It’s not always… was it? You were just the one who had the free time to do so. Besides there wasn’t any harm in extending your invitation out to your friends.
“Yeah, that sounds good at least!” Ryota said. “It’s too bad Toji is gonna be busy tomorrow. I’m sure he would have enjoyed that lecture they were talking about.”
“I know I’m curious.” Your advisor stated. “It’ll be nice to get a change of pace for a change too.”
“Now you’re talkin’!” Kengo whooped.
“I’ll be accompanying you as well then. I would love to test my skill against athletes of that caliber.” You were confident Moritaka could stand his ground and even beat them. “I’m not trying to be THAT impressive. But… it does sound nice.” The canine therian went on sheepishly.
Meanwhile…
Location: Yoyogi Academy Dorms
Tatsuya had wrapped up his work for the day and was ready to turn in early to get a head start on tomorrow’s preparations since he had to do that lecture on mental health with Mineaki and an upperclassmen pretty early in the morning. As he was nearing his room someone called out for him. “Tatsuyaaaa~!” You called out as she jogged over. When she reached him she panted and took a sip of her sports drink. “Man, you shoulda came on that run with us~.”
“Well I was busy.” Tatsuya pointed out while motioning to his bag.
“Oh, right uh…” Yui hesitated at her misspeaking. “Anyway, about Sports Day tomorrow I realized we hadn’t talked much about our plans after that lecture.”
“We haven’t talked much, but I’ve been making plans.”
“What kinda plans?” Yui asked. Tatsuya wordlessly pulled out a paper from his bag and before presenting it to Yui he made her promise to not tell anyone about it. Once she agreed he showed the contents to her and it was all of his approved sports for Sports Day. Yui was taken aback by how many rejections there were. “There’s no way this is real? Can Mr. Arima really pull you from this many activities!?” Tatsuya nodded. However before he could explain Yui continued speaking. “There has to be a mistake. I’m sure I can persuade Mr. Arima to give you a chance. It’s probably your grades or something right? Don’t worry we’ll get this fixed.”
“Wait a sec-” Tatsuya tried to stop her but she took off again for the main building with his paper still in her hands. He took a picture of it so he remembers what sports he was approved for but his main concern was that paper getting lost and getting loose. Tatsuya sighed to himself. “You can’t just fix things because you want to…”
Location: Yoyogi Academy
Yui raced down the halls hoping Mr. Arima hadn’t turned in for the day so she could talk about Tatsuya’s case. While she made it to the office only a student was standing there. “What’s wrong?” He asked as she came up.
“Uh… I was looking for Mr. Arima…” Yui breathed. “Is he not in?”
“You just missed him. He made his way back to the dorms.”
“Dang it, I musta just missed him…” She sighed. “Thanks anyway, er…”
The canine therian replied with “Yasuyori, third year.”
“Ah okay… Uh, you can just call me Yui! I’m a second year. Anyway, thanks again!”
“No problem.” He told her as she ran off to go find him. “Yui, huh? She seemed nice. It’s too bad she missed him…” For some reason he was rather melancholic as he spoke to himself about her.
