It surprises me that there’s so many homophobic Sonic fans. Like I joked about some Sonic and Shadow comic art being fruity and people just freak haha. ‘You’re ruining my childhood’ oh boohoo! Sonic was also my childhood. Sonic made me gay! (Jk, but like, I learnt about gay fanfic BECAUSE of Sonic as a preteen and as a result learnt a lot about the LGBT+ community—and discovered that yo I ain’t straight).

Anyway the more hate I get for my silly jokes the more will I have to draw gay Sonic fanart 🤷‍♀️ I actually laugh now when I get hate. Like people are so fragile about a bunch of rainbow animals possibly being interpreted as gay. Ridiculous.
