HEADKANONS MK1 | NEKO!BI HAN | SFW, SOFT EDITION |
TW: fluff, sfw and just bi han being a cute grandmaster.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Oh no... Your feared grandmaster has turned into a neko.
Tumblr media
NEKO!BI HAN - Who asked for a spell to get stronger. Bi Han went to ask Shang Tsung for a spell to get stronger, but he missed the spell, and turned Bi Han into a neko - black ears on top of his long hair and a fluffy tail of the same color which moved every time Bi Han became agitated or angry.
NEKO!BI HAN - Who shouted at Shang tsung, "-what the fuck did you do???" Bi Han spoke furiously to the wizard while you stopped your master from killing the wizard. He would look at himself in the mirror, his ears bobbing in rhythm with his tail as you, his most loyal ninja, held back a smile.
NEKO!BI HAN - Who was pissed upon hearing the news about the spell, Shang tsung said that it would take a whole afternoon to find a spell with a reverse effect, but in the meantime you would have to take care of your grand master...
NEKO!BI HAN- Who likes to have his ears rubbed, even if he never admits it, he likes to be pampered and praised by you, who likes you to caress his soft ears, while admiring the fangs that grew in his mouth, he will purr and try to cuddle cuddle in your lap - he totally forgets that he's over six feet tall and extremely heavy because of his muscles - he'll make an angry growl when you ask him to get off of you, while grumbling that he's going to freeze your tongue - he never would, but he just wanted you to let him enjoy the warmth of your lap.
NEKO!BI HAN - Who jumps at you from random places, you can be walking and out of nowhere see a tall shadow high up on the ceiling, then see the figure of sub zero with his ears moving, and after a few seconds he will jump on top of you knocking you down on the ground - you can and definitely will get hurt some of these times.
NEKO!BI HAN - Who forces you to caress his sensitive spots, while he snuggled into your embrace, stretching while purring happily, feeling your fingers on his neck, back and on his fluffy tail, while scratching your bed with his nails, playing with a ball of red thread you had - now it's his - you could stroke under his chin, feeling his rough beard grow as he purred hoarsely, looking at you as he blushed slightly in embarrassment.
NEKO!BI HAN - Who will become more sensitive, while walking with you through the gardens, he would pull your clothing fabric lightly pointing at several black kittens, while looking at you and saying that he looked like them now - an elegant black cat - after minutes he will having some on your shoulders and lap, while smiling slightly.
NEKO!BI HAN - Who sleeps in your bed, being a smaller shell, while you massage his ears and massage his back - his tail will move gracefully with each touch - he will force you to stay there with him, enjoying the warmth of your body only, After all, he is still your grand master. When all this is over, he will pretend that nothing happened, returning to being the dreaded sub zero, but you took several photos of him still as a neko - secretly saving them in a folder on your cell phone.

MK Villains meeting/hearing about their (and your) child - PART 2
Erron Black, Shang Tsung, Baraka, Kano, Quan Chi, Shao Kahn edition! (Part 1)
This time, we’ll be featuring…
Shinnok, Dark Raiden, Noob / Bi Han (he wasn’t very good), Scorpion, Reptile!
Enjoy ;) @kryptofancientdreams
Tumblr media
Shinnok
Shinnok: My child, where had you gone?
Child: My brothers and I have a plan to defeat you.
Shinnok: Then, I suppose they will have to go through with it without you.
Raiden: You fall from the light, sister.
Child: We are the children of Shinnok- you are just as horrible as I.
Raiden: You’re speaking just like him.
You: You promised our child the Netherrealm, then go missing.
Shinnok: A couple of inconveniences got in the way.
You: That human actor? Are you the same husband as before?
Child: I’ll kill Quan Chi myself if you can’t.
Shinnok: He is much stronger than yourself. Just wait until I win it over for you.
Child: *Pout* why! I can defeat you, so why let do it?
You: You need to talk to your son.
Kronika: Why so?
You: He fails to give [child] the gift of the Netherrealm.
Shinnok: Have you met your [sister/brother]?
Raiden: She is no sister of mine.
Shinnok: You may ignore the truth, but you know your place.
Child: You can't hide from fate.
Shinnok: My fate is not to die at the end of a worthless human's blade.
Child: A demi-god. And Cage proves humans aren't so wortthless.
Child: Brother! He escaped!
Raiden: Do you think yourself powerful enough to defeat him?
Child: Perhaps... If you can prove it.
Johnny Cage: Your daddy ever tell you about me?
Child: I tell him about you, actually, Ninja Mime.
Johnny Cage: Then be ready to tell him about this, got it?
Raiden: How does a human betray her realm?
You: If my child can have a father, that's how.
Raiden: A kind sentiment, with horrible reasoning.
Fujin: I had no idea we had a sister.
Raiden: If the reader has a thing for Shang Tsung and would like to see our sister...
Fujin: The author has a story for that? Can I check it out here?
Fujin: I won't call you mother.
You: I don't expect you to. You're a grown ma- God.
Fujin: Just making sure you're fine with that.
You: Give [child] back!
Raiden: I will not let you or Shinnok destroy my [sister/brother].
You: You fool! This is why Shinnok hates you!
Tumblr media
Dark Raiden
You: Are you even going to be there for [child]?
Raiden: [She/he] can live without me. But [she/he] cannot live without Earthrealm.
You: I won't let you leave so easily this time!
Fujin: Where is your father?
You: I won't let you find him.
Fujin: The darkness grows over you too. I'm sorry, niece.
Revenant Lui Kang: I can never kill Raiden, but I make him live his life in misery.
You: He is finished with your whines, champion.
Revenant Lui Kang: And soon, I'll be finished with you.
Raiden: Where is [she/he]
Revenant Lui Kang: You took away my life, Raiden. Now I took away yours.
Raiden: And I will finish with this life of yours!
Child: Not. Another. Step.
Raiden: You dare cross me?
Child: You killed them, father. You are not deserving of the name, "Protector."
You: Your father's angry at you.
Child: You two have lost yourself in darkness. I trust you mi longer.
You: You forget: I'm not as merciful as him.
Cassie: so, you're dad's a god? Must be nice.
You: 'Til he becomes a dark God. Then it kinda sucks.
Cassie: Eh, my dad sees you as a daughter anyways. That's a plus.
Raiden: I never could have imagined it end this way.
Child: Father, you misunderstand!
Raiden: You helped a Reventant. You betray your realm!
Tumblr media
Noob Saibot / Bi Han (seperate)
Noob: I am not your father.
Child: You may be dead, but you are still my father!
Noob: Bi Han is dead. You are just another orphan.
Child: Saibot is not as fun to play with. He's just a shadow.
Noob: I cannot always be with you, child.
Child: Then why did you ever hsve me?
Kuai Liang: My [niece/nephew]. You have my mother's eyes.
Child: I am not your niece. I was born to Noob, not Bi Han.
Kuai Liang: He is my brother and life, and in death.
You: You left me to raise a child on my lonesome.
Noob: I did what I must to protect [her/him].
You: You'd protect [child] better dead then alive.
Hanzo: It was a mistake. I was blinded by my rage.
Child: I actually came to thank you. I want to learn what you did.
Hanzo: How I killed your father? It went something like this...
Bi Han: I love you.
You: You have yet to prove it. Spend time with [child] if so.
Bi Han: That will have to wait until later, unless you can bring me home yourself.
Frost: I thought your dad said women weren't allowed to be heirs.
Child: No, no. He said bitches aren't allowed to be heirs.
Frost: Your family blood are all assholes.
Kuai Liang: I told you, we cannot waste anymore time.
You: If I can beat you, then I can take down my father!
Kuai Liang: Yes, but you can never bring him back.
Kuai Liang: So you finally settled down.
Bi Han: Correct, brother.
Kuai Liang: Let us see how prepared you are to raise a child, then.
Bi Han: Our daughter does not enjoy watching us fight.
You: You seem to forget; You are the leader, but I am the First Lady.
Bi Han: ...She will have the might of her mother.
Tumblr media
Scorpion
Child: I understand. I will never mean enough to you.
Scorpion: I love you the same as my son. Never doubt that.
Child: Then why do you care for them more than me?
Quan Chi: It would be a shame for it to happen again, yes?
Scorpion: [Child] and Y/N are under my permanently protection.
Quan Chi: Protection... only worked so much, didn't it?
Raiden: You look just like your father.
Son: I am more hellbent than him.
Raiden: Then you can never be saved.
You: Who will it be, your dead family or your new one?
Scorpion: My dear wife, I am sorry. But I cannot let go.
You: I see. Then I suppose you won't be needing us anymore.
Johnny: I saw this chick on my way here. Literally, smokin' hot.
Scorpion: *angrly grips chain* It was you who harassed my daughter?
Johnny: *clicks tongue* Yup. Not good on my part.
Child: I wish I could've killed Hemuri and my brother myself.
Scorpion: He is no brother of yours any longer!
Child: Good. Then if I could kill him, it would be far less meaningless.
Scorpion: You took my child away!
You: Why would you care! We're meaningless compared to your dead family!
Scorpion: Bring [him/her] back!
Quan Chi: I thought I killed you a long time ago.
Child: That was my brother. I had come to avenge my father's clan.
Quan Chi: Then suffer the same fate.
Kuai Liang: Scorpion found love once more.
You: *smiles* He did. Although, he cannot look past what you had done.
Kaui Liang: That was neither I or my brother. Send the message.
Tumblr media
Reptile/Syzoth
Cassie: So, what's your favorite bug to eat?
Child: Ew, bugs are my father's thing. I prefer the flesh of chickens.
Cassie: Huh. Gotta say, not what I expected.
Erron Black: *Whistles* Ain't you one fine specimen.
Daughter: Half Saurian, half [human/edenian/whatever]. *wink*
Erron Black: That so? Wanna come "put venom in my veins" girlie?
Takeda: I think I've seen this somewhere.
Child: Avatar? I get that a lot.
Takeda: Maybe... or furry conventions.
— (Enter Alice Cooper)
Johnny: I wanna kiss you but your lips are-
You: -venomous poisonnnn.
Johnny: Yeah, how do you kiss that guy anyways and not melt?
—(Exit)
Syzoth: *"My child" in Saurian*
Child: *"Father" in Saurian*
Syzoth: *:)*
Shang Tsung: I thought Reptile to be the last of his species.
Child: That was before he had me to a [human/edenian/whatever].
Shang Tsung: I must expirement with such a cross breed.
Jaque: I know Tiana had to kiss the frog to turn him human, but to have a child with the frog?
You: There's more than meets the eye, my dearest.
Jaque: Don't talk that close to me. Don't know where that mouth has been.

MK1 fanfiction
EDIT: now all chapters will be collected under the title of Cracked mirror of black, cold soul
No one asked for it, but as I did not get enough Bi-Han & Shang Tsung interaction, I was forced to write about them myself. The first part is at least done, we will see if I managed to finish the second. Mainly written as a character study of MK1!Shang Tsung, a bit about his relationship with Damashi, General Shao and potential partnership with Sub-Zero post story-mode.
There was a time when Shang Tsung was nothing more than just a pitiful loser clinging to an even more pathetic life. All he could do to survive was to pretend to be someone else, someone better, wiser; someone worthy of trust, someone people like and listen to. Lying to people was easy. Lying to himself anyone would care if he died came much harder and harder with each passing day.
Then came Damashi and offered him not only power but also kindness, a praise for making progress, be it for fulfilling her plans or for his own growing skills. He would gladly burn the world just to earn her smile, a good word, anything really. She made him for the first time in a long long time feel valued, appreciated, even liked despite who he was under all the polite words and charming smiles.
But that was a lie too. A lie he foolishly fell for, like a stray, hungry dog falls for a kind pat on the head and a little treat before the new owner will kick it for fun.
Shang Tsung was many things but definitely not a dog to be kicked, be it by Liu Kang or his Titan self. If none of the gods cared for him, he wouldn't care for them either. And now, after he ran away from prison and a terrifying storm washed him ashore on a deserted island full of magic secrets to unlock, he had time and means to repay each of his pursuers, to make all the realms if not respect his skills then fear them.
Since Damashi’s - his own Titan self’s - betrayal many days and nights have passed and with each Shang Tsung’s mastery of magic grew stronger, his knowledge deepened, his confidence restored and strengthened. He claimed the island as his new home, the impregnable fortress secured by the most wicked, devilish and brilliant traps he could think about and for the first time in ages, he finally felt like belonging to the right place.
It was as good a life as it could be. Not perfect, as Shang Tsung still needed to figure out how to secure his food supplies before he would tame the wild land, unused for years and maybe the animals lurking in the shadows could be useful too. A domestic cattle would be a great addition for sure, as it was the only type of animal he had any skill to maintain but then again, there was no way he would engage in tedious farming. He had no time nor patience for that kind of work yet he did not want any stranger on his island either. All he could do for now was to eat the catched fishes and some plucked from tree fruits while bringing all the needed ingredients and supplies from a quick trip to the land. Using magic portals was a tricky solution - magic brought unwanted attention and once used, always left some traits to follow but after the last storm he did not feel safe on a boat sailing through the open sea. On the land, he did run into some of his former allies, exchanged important news and some secrets here and there, never truly betraying where he was hiding. The General and his men treated Shang Tsung with suspicion, always demanding more than he offered. On the other hand, he and Quan Chi worked well in the past, but after the last betrayal, Shang Tsung couldn’t trust anyone anymore. Everyone blamed him for his Titan self’s lies, like he was the one lying to them all. The Royal Family wanted his head, the Earthrealm Champions hunted him too. It was a mess, amusing and irritating at the same time.
He was going to deal with that matter too, when the right time came. For now, Shang Tsung enjoyed the new found magic - the power awaiting for those who will dare to reach out for it. A power he didn’t need to share with anyone.
Everything would feel much better though if Sub-Zero didn’t somehow find a way to break into his new home like all the deviously set up traps meant nothing.
Shang Tsung should know something was off the moment he felt coldness creeping into his bones, but in all fairness, it was always cold here. He did not have yet an idea how to heat the interior of an abandoned fortress and as much as he liked to not freeze in his own sleep, luxury like that was not on his priority list. He should be more cautious, more focused on the change in the air about him than walking straight into his own room and then be dumstocked at the sight of Sub-Zero looking through his books as if he had lived here forever and Shang Tsung was the unwanted guest.
“Your security is shitty” was all he got as a greeting. Cold, sharp, uncaring words judging him as an incompetent idiot. The bastard did not even bother to look at him, just kept rummaging through the books like it was the only thing worth this attention.
Shang Tsung wasn’t sure what offended him more - being ignored or watching as his precious belongings were touched without his permission. He liked books way more than he liked people.
In the last few years he killed people for less than that yet he smiled his most charming smile, the gears in his head working fast and furious on how to turn the unpleasant situation for his own advantage. The fact that Sub-Zero allowed him to see himself in the open instead of lurking in the shadows to cut his throat gave Shang Tsung a reason for a bit of optimism. As far as he heard from his former, maybe-still-maybe-not allies, Lin Kuei rejected Liu Kang’s authority and were on their own. It of course did not mean that Sub-Zero was his friend or ally nor that he wouldn't murder Shang Tsung at the end of day, either to reconcile with Fire Lord or to bribe the god to let the Lin Kuei be in peace.
Shang Tsung couldn’t blame Bi-Han for that - in this cruel world, everyone was looking after their own best interest, but the vision of losing his life did not sit well with him at all. He wasn’t afraid of fighting and he did beat down great Champions in the last battle, but out of all opponents, it was Sub-Zero's ice axe that was the closest to beheading him for good.
He did not plan to forget that anytime soon.
“What an unexpected surprise,” he said, all the soft, so sweet smile, velvet voice and sharp eyes analyzing the danger standing before him. “What can I do for you, my friend? Or did you just miss my humble company?”
He teased with feigned innocence because men hated when he said ridiculous stuff like that. Shang Tsung hated it himself, because he knew no one would miss him at all.
“For one, drop the false politeness” came Sub-Zero’s cold reply, a mix of disapproval and command that Shang Tsung was so used to, because this was how people treated him, the real him, all his life. “We are not friends.”
There was a flare of anger in Shang Tsung now, the desire to prove himself the superior, not a pitiful dog anyone could kick and command - but he knew better than to allow this fire to burn inside him. Emotions were a weakness he couldn’t afford. Did the man even know how much he provoked the sorcerer with his cold disdain? Shang Tsung had no idea. He heard a lot of stories about Lin Kuei; even in the backwater hole from which he crawled out everyone heard the terrifying tales of Fire Lord’s secret army. Of the ice demons stealthier than shadows and more deadly than night itself and for a long time Shang Tsung did not think of them as living beings from this world.
Still… Sub-Zero was mortal, wasn’t he? A special one no doubt, with control over ice yet he could bleed too. Shang Tsung wondered for a moment what he could find under the fine, cold skin if he ever had a chance to look for the answer. An ice demon, human or hybrid of both?
“But we are still allies, aren’t we?” he asked, still polite and careful, yet walking up to the other man with his typical swagger. Not close enough to be in arm reach, but close enough to show he wasn’t that easily intimidated.
The great military hero of Edenia always looked down on his movements; how he fought, how he gesticulated, how he walked. No self-respecting soldier would walk like some pleased prostitute after a well-paid job, the General said not once nor twice and all Shang Tsung could do then was to smile the brightest smile and thank him, like his disdain was the best praise he heard that day. The only thing they really have in common, beside the desire to take down Sindel’s regime, was being self-made men for both worked hard to be who they were. Yet General came from an old, aristocratic family with even older military tradition and everything that did not fit his narrow-minded idea of the world was treated with hostility and contempt.
Shang Tsung’s skinny body, swagger, shrewdness, curiosity and wordiness unsurprisingly annoyed the great warrior and to say he took no pleasure in that fact would be a blatant lie. Even if it was childish and unproductive pleasure, it amused him to know how little effort he needed to test the patience of such a stern and manly man.
Sub-Zero reminded him a lot of Shao and he suspected it was the soldier thing; the body built for fight and hardship, no-nonse attitude and the way both men moved - with deadly precision and confidence only a person that in fact killed an enemy in battle could muster. Even the way they spoke sounded similar, a barked command that everyone around instinctively wanted to obey, either out of respect or fear.
For that similarity alone, Shang Tsung expected the Lin Kuei Grandmaster to snarl at him some nasty remark about how his Titan self betrayed them all and thus how little he himself was worth of anyone’s trust. Anything to put the sorcerer down even a bit, to remind him what a failure he was.
“That is yet to be seen” was all the Grandmaster said, finally glancing from the book to Shang Tsung.
It was hard to read anything from the man’s face, as half of it was hidden behind that damned Lin Kuei mask. All he could do was to rely on the move of a brew and the incantation of voice, each syllable, a moment of pause. It was a hard task, as the man showed no emotions and spoke so little so far. But the sorcerer knew there was anger, always lurking in each word spoken by Sub-Zero, but also… an excitement at finally being free of Liu Kang’s control. As Damashi foretold.
Shang Tsung couldn’t help but to think there was something much deeper about Damashi's interest in breaking Lin Kuei from Fire Lord than he ever suspected before. Back then the choice sounded logical - every action that would deprive Liu Kang of the advantage was worth taking so he did not question his benefactor. How could he, really? Now though? The truth burned him to the core and he learned the hard way that each of Damashi’s words had a hidden meaning, each action served a different goal than was promised; the victory he was in fact never part of. Yet… even the deepest shade of lie had a grain of truth. He knew that one well, for he lied all his life.
His Titan self for some reason wanted not so much the Lin Kuei itself as the Sub-Zero specifically on his side. Maybe more than Titan Shang Tsung even wanted his own younger self, corrupted by Liu Kang.
The mere thought made him want to curse all gods alike. There was no difference for him between Liu Kang and his Titan-self, as both played him like some pawn, not even an important figure. Just pawn, to hold away from power, to sacrifice it when times would come.
But there was more to it than just jealous anger and the never ending feeling of never being good enough. If Sub-Zero meant so much, if not in the grand scheme of things itself then just for personal satisfaction of Titan, then maybe he could be important to Shang Tsung’s own plans. Allies were hard to come by and these days he could use some, well, not protection really, he was done with living under someone else's wing but he wouldn’t say no to some partnership or at least casual support. The little favor here and there where things were still thick and troublesome to deal on your own. After all, freedom always came at some cost.
Maybe Sub-Zero came to the same conclusion and his unexpected visit was just a reconnaissance. They were more alike than one would think, as similar desires drove them into this madness of Titans. To prove their own might and skills to all those that looked down on them their whole life. But above everything else, to be free and powerful enough to keep that freedom.
To his own surprise, Shang Tsung took comfort in that thought.
If they were meant to stay allies - or as close two stubborn outcasts with grudge against gods could rely on each other, some sacrifices were to be made. Shang Tsung did something he rarely did - he dropped the false politeness under which he hid himself for years.
“How did you find me?” he asked Sub-Zero directly, raising his chin challengingly. He was not afraid of Lin Kuei, just curious.
“You are not as careful as you think you are” Bi-Han answered with no less challenging stare, yet the flick of an amusement in his eyes was unmistakable. Shang Tsung knew the man was smirking under that damned mask and that thought alone made him puff in anger.
The brown eyes shone even more.
Sub-Zero moved from his place, slowly walking from one bookshelf to another. His fingers traced books, never stopping at any particular volume, but always touching the book spines, like there was something interesting in their textures. The man did not pay attention to Shang Tsung and not really to books either. He was studying the room itself. The sorcerer couldn’t place why it bothered him so much but he knew better than to allow Sub-Zero to learn even the most trivial things about himself or his fortress.
Damashi warned him against that the first day when she spoke about Lin Kuei. They are thieves, the mysterious being said, all grace and patience and praise for the unwanted Shang Tsung who drank in her words like the wisdom of gods, who will steal your fortune, life and secrets. Always be on your guard around them, especially around the one named Sub-Zero. If only he was smarter back then, less in need to please his generous benefactor, maybe he could hear in her sweet voice the longing for something, someone, that was not anymore. For the old partnership that was broken and defiled by Liu Kang’s peaceful vision of the world. But he was a fool who thought her yearning was for him alone.
Shang Tsung was done with being played like a fool.
“Who told you about my island?” he demanded, voice still quiet yet no less burning with an old anger. He would get his answers, whatever kindly or by force.
A long sigh escaped Sub-Zero’s lips and frankly it took him out by surprise. Shang Tsung - or rather his Titan self -  knew the man was running on frustration for years, but that sounded as a whole new level of annoyance.
“I heard about it from Havik, who heard that from Rain, who heard that from Reiko, who heard that from Shao, who heard about it from Quan Chi. But the whole Sun Do is full of similar gossip.”
For a moment none of them spoke. Shang Tsung stared at Sub-Zero’s impassive, half-hidden face that still somehow emanated his disgust at their maybe-allies-maybe-not-but-definitely-idiots who apparently couldn’t keep a secret to save their own life. The feeling was mutual, because this was the reason why the sorcerer hated working with others. No one apparently could keep their mouth shut down if you didn’t help make that permanently.
He closed eyes and rubbed his forehead, like that could ward off all the bad thoughts assaulting his mind right now.  His fingers were cold, too cold for his liking, unpleasantly stiff and numb. He did not like how the mere presence of a cryomancer affected his body, how it made him shiver and weak. He was an Edenian for fuck’s sake, and Edenia did not even know what winter cold was. He did not know that himself, until Damashi led him to a snow-covered fortress and he almost freezed there the first night.
It took him a moment to realize something bad was happening. He couldn’t focus, all his senses dulled, body so clumsy and weak. As if his energy suddenly dropped to zero and fatigue was taking over. A flash of panic crossed his mind, but he was too tired, too cold to even be afraid for his life.
He had no idea how long he remained in the grip of this piercing soul frost. A few seconds? Days? He couldn’t even say. What mattered was that once the control of his senses came back, he was still alive and Sub-Zero gone.
And the fact the bastard stole a few of his precious scrolls and books.
***
The books showed up on his desk a few days later. There was no thank you or sorry about that note, not even the fuck you, loser. Shang Tsung both admired the man's boldness and hated him for it. Still he appreciated the books were returned in a good condition, as there was not a single scratch on any of them, not even a new page crease. He had no idea if that was some sort of weird Lin Kuei’s way to test him, disrespect or Sub-Zero took the books simply because he wanted to read them but he was a bastard with no sense of social politeness to just ask as any normal human being would. Damashi mentioned cryomancers were naturally difficult like that.
Shang Tsung had better things to do than to wonder what the check was wrong with Sub-Zero yet he was too curious for his own sake. Sadly, the titles alone did not say anything useful on the matter and even though he read each book just in case, there was hardly anything worth the time it took to finish them. No grand secrets revealed, no magic or military knowledge, not even historical value. Just some technical nonsense that bore him to death and if Sub-Zero was into stuff like that then no wonder the man lacked any social grace.
The Grandmaster of Lin Kuei so far did not try to kill him and returned the books so Shang Tsung decided to give him the benefit of doubt and so he did not cross out the man from the list of potential allies. It did not stop him however from improving the traps just in case the man decided to return solely to steal again.
***
The scrolls showed up on his desk three days later. Their appearance actually worried Shang Tsung, not just because the trap again turned out to be useless. He was not worried even by the possibility Sub-Zero found some secret entrance he did not know about yet. No, what worried him was the fact he spent the whole morning in his chamber and walked out for like twenty minutes at best and when he returned, the scrolls WERE. THERE.
That actually unnerved him much more than he wanted to admit.
The scrolls turned out to be written in a language Shang Tsung did not even know and the implication that Lin Kuei could read it only added to the feeling of cold unease. There was however a note left on the scrolls; a small paper with only Royal Army searching the coast written in Shang Tsung’s own language.
He was not afraid of empress Mileena’s army but he did appreciate the warning. Of course, the warning could be a fraud, a means to build trust only to betray him. The common sense advised caution yet there was a weird sense of peace within Shang Tsung. A hope or hunch, he did not know, but deep in his heart he felt everything was alright.
All he could do for now was wait to see if Sub-Zero will lead the enemy to his fortress or not. So he waited.
(The fact that another book disappeared with Sub-Zero did not surprise him much. Irritated, yes, but not worried. For some reason he felt everything was like it should be, like some almost forgotten memory of past life came back to him and the sense of deja vu was weirdly comforting.)

EDIT: ANSWERS ARE NOW POSTED!! Thank you to @puissantveil for being the first (and only one to give a thoughtful and analytical answer! You guessed the characters correctly and most of your zodiac matches were correct 👍 This was really fun to make 😀
Happy New Years, y’all!!
Here’s something fun for y’all!! As the title says, this is a guessing game on who is speaking in the following excerpts and what their zodiac signs are 😁 I think that who the speakers are is easy to guess, since many are fanatics of the Mortal Kombat verse ☺️
The zodiac signs that I feel that the characters are is purely subjective. If you’re an astrology buff and you have strong opinions, that’s fine. This is just for fun.
I will leave this for two weeks and post the answers afterwards.

Those I call my family and friends are dear to my heart and I will not hesitate to fight for and protect them. My loyalty is as fierce as the sun.
If being one of Earthrealm’s protectors can help others and bring me glory, why not kill two birds with one stone?
What is my sign? Leo ♌️
IX. Havik
Tumblr media
I know the pain of slavery. I was once tortured and broken by the oppressive rule of my former realm. Having enough, I raised arms against the oppressors and triumphed!
Why would the realms choose to be enslaved to order when true liberation lies in anarchy? I will not stop until all being are brought to the light on what it means to live a life of true freedom! It is our birthright! Hundreds of thousands want this and we will continue to spread this message!
Rebellion. Liberation. Chaos.

My clan is not meant to serve. Because of my ambition, I have set my clan on the path of glory and domination. I will stop at nothing until I have achieve my goals, even if it means eliminating those who stand in my way, be it family, friend, or foe.
With power, I will amass wealth no one can even imagine. With wealth comes resources to launch my clan to the future. Our clan will pioneer a new race of cyberized warriors that will surpass even the strongest of all the realms.
Power is my destiny. Power is my birthright.
What is my sign? Capricorn ♑️
XI. Reptile (Syzoth)
Tumblr media
I am a master of illusion. In this timeline, I am no leader by any means, and I have my share of toiling for others, only when it is necessary to save those I hold dear.
Though I have given of myself to a fault and served either willingly or by force, events seems to go against me, even at the cost of my family. Maybe the supernatural forces have aligned against me and my people to always be subjected to persecution.
It may be strange to some, but I fall in love quickly. Though my family has been taken before their time through deceit, it is time to let them go and move on with my life beside another to serve a higher purpose.
I value freedom and I long to no longer be bound by servitude.
What is my sign? Pisces ♓️
XII. Sindel
Tumblr media
Balance. That is what i strive to achieve between my realm and others.
I possess great beauty and power; I also possess wisdom, courage and compassion. Because of my diplomacy, I have been viewed as weak and incapable of ruling my realm.
Though my closest advisors would urge me to conquer other reals through aggressive means because of a prophecy, I hold fast in my stance to maintain peaceful relations until enough proof and evidence of threat have been presented and all facts of Liu Kang’s betrayal have been looked at. Only then will a decision be made.
I never suspected that those who I have trusted as close allies would betray me. Now I will fight to restore peace and protect my people.
What is my sign? Libra ♎️

In honor of me finally finishing all my finals for this semester (my last one was today at 5pm), here is the long awaited next chapter! As of rn, this is all I have that's prewritten, so you'll have to give me time to come up with future chapters! (also fair warning, this is not edited)

Just as Airlea processed Liu Kang’s words, her gaze fell to her tiny feet, and a sudden realization hit her. If they were about to leave—especially at the speed Liu Kang was moving—there was no way she’d be able to keep up.
She called Johnny’s name causing him to glance down. “I, uh, hate to break it to you, but if we’re going anywhere fast… I’m gonna need a lift. There’s no way I’m getting there on my own.”
Johnny’s face lit up as if she’d just given him the best news he’d heard all day. “Wait—are you saying what I think you’re saying?” His grin widened mischievously, excitement practically radiating off of him. “You want me to carry you again?”
Airlea rolled her eyes with a small smirk. “Well, it’s either that or you leave me behind, and let’s be real—I'm not risking getting stomped on.”
Johnny didn’t need another word. In an instant, he swooped her up, cradling her in his hands like she was a VIP guest on his latest movie set. “Boom—front-row seat to all the action. Now, this is even better than the movies! Who else can say they’ve got a size-shifter sidekick?”
“You know you’re enjoying this way too much, right?” Airlea teased, though she couldn’t help but laugh at his enthusiasm.
“Hey, what can I say? I’ve always been good at lifting spirits—and apparently, tiny people.” He winked, giving her a playful bounce in his hands as he jogged to catch up with Liu Kang.
“Just don’t drop me, Cage, or we’re gonna have a problem,” Airlea warned, her voice carrying a mock seriousness.
“Are you kidding? You’re in good hands—literally!” Johnny beamed, holding her closer as they prepared for whatever danger lay ahead. "Plus, if Shang Tsung shows up, I’ll just throw you like a ninja star. It’ll be awesome!”
Airlea chuckled, shaking her head. “You throw me at anyone, and I swear, I’ll make sure your next red carpet is a disaster.”
“Noted.” Johnny winked as he jogged to catch up with Liu Kang, who was waiting by the door.
As Johnny jogged down the path, Airlea felt the familiar rush of exhilaration mixed with a hint of vulnerability. At her tiny size, the world around her seemed enormous, every sound amplified, every movement a new adventure. With each step Johnny took, she had to hold on tight to the fabric of his shirt, her little fingers gripping the material like it was a lifeline. The rhythmic sway of his shoulder felt like riding a roller coaster, and she couldn’t help but giggle at the absurdity of it all.
“Hey, are you okay up there?” Johnny called out, glancing up at her with an amused expression.
“Yeah! Just… hold on a second!” she laughed, feeling the world sway beneath her as he ran. “It’s a little bumpy up here!”
“Bumpy? Come on, this is a smooth ride!” he teased, adjusting his stride to be a bit steadier for her sake. Airlea appreciated the effort, though the motion still made her feel like she was on a ship navigating choppy waters.
As they approached a clearing, Liu Kang stood waiting, his presence commanding under the moonlit sky. He focused intently, channeling his energy as he prepared to open a portal. “We don’t have much time,” he said, his voice steady and serious. “We need to get to the Shaolin Temple so you all can train.”
With a flourish, Liu Kang opened the portal, and a swirling mass of energy erupted before them, shimmering like a mirage. Airlea peered into the glowing vortex, the colors shifting and pulsating, making it look like a gateway to another world. The air buzzed with anticipation.
“Ready?” Johnny asked, glancing back at her.
“Just don’t drop me!” she replied, laughter bubbling in her throat. She felt both exhilarated and terrified at the prospect of stepping through the portal, but with Johnny’s reassuring presence, she felt more courageous.
“Never!” Johnny declared, carefully positioning her to hold on as he took a step toward the portal. “Let’s do this!”
With one last look at Liu Kang, who nodded his encouragement, Johnny leaped through the portal, Airlea clinging to him tightly as they were engulfed in a kaleidoscope of light and sound. The sensation was surreal—like being wrapped in a whirlwind. She felt the rush of wind against her face, her heart pounding with every beat.
When they emerged on the other side, the vibrant colors faded to reveal the serene landscape of the Shaolin Temple, surrounded by majestic mountains and ancient trees. Airlea looked around in awe, the temple’s stone structures towering over her, their intricate carvings a testament to the artistry and history that thrived here.
“Welcome to the Shaolin Temple,” Liu Kang said, his voice echoing with pride. “This is where you will learn to harness your abilities and find your strength.”
time skip (it doesn’t specifically say, so for this story we’ll say a few months)   -
As the sounds of monks training echoed through the temple grounds, Airlea perched on Johnny’s shoulder, feeling the vibrations of his every step as he strode across the courtyard. The sharp thwack of wood being hit and the soft sifting of sand underfoot filled the air, mixed with the unmistakable clash of Raiden sparring with the warrior monks nearby. Airlea watched in awe as Raiden’s lightning-fast movements struck through the training dummies with precision.
“That is not a good idea,” Raiden said, his calm tone belying the intensity of his movements.
“It is genius, Raiden,” Kung Lao countered, confidently. “The next time we see Sub-Zero, I will have to thank him for inspiring it. Ow!”
Raiden didn’t miss a beat. “See? It won’t be effective.” He tossed his hat, and it sliced effortlessly through another training dummy. “Maybe it’s too effective.”
Johnny shook his head with a grin, feeling Airlea tighten her grip. “You seeing this? Kung Lao’s getting schooled by his own trick,” he whispered to her. Airlea couldn't help but smile, though her focus was split between the fight and holding on.
“We just need to get on with it. We’ve been cooped up here for months. I can’t base a cinematic universe on Outworld’s monsters and magic if I don’t ever see them.”
“That’s why you’re here?” Kenshi asked, raising an eyebrow.
Johnny nodded. “Liu Kang said this gig would change the arc of my life. That’s how it gets done. My ex’ll rue the day she gave up on me. Plus I’m here for Tiny Tim over here too.”
Kenshi smirked. “So selfless.” Airlea rolled her eyes at the new nickname, even if she’d tell him not to call her that, he’d do it anyways.
“Oh please, Tattoo. You’re just here to get your sword back.”
Raiden, ever the mediator, stepped in. “We all have our reasons for being here. Some better than others. But we are not here to fight among ourselves. We are here to fight for Earthrealm.”
The low ring of a gong echoed through the courtyard, catching everyone’s attention.
“It’s about damn time,” Johnny muttered.
Liu Kang entered, his expression as steady as always. “And today one of you will be chosen to fight for Earthrealm at the tournament.”
Raiden frowned. “Only one of us, Lord Liu Kang? Isn’t Outworld fielding several champions?”
Liu Kang nodded. “The tournament’s rules give the host realm that advantage. And it is Outworld’s turn as host.”
Johnny, always curious, asked with a laugh, “You know, I don’t know why I’ve never asked this, but... uh… what’s our record at this tournament?”
Liu Kang’s voice was calm but firm. “Earthrealm and Outworld have long been evenly matched. But Outworld is gaining strength. Should it win, its more militant factions will be emboldened.”
“I thought you admired Outworld,” Raiden said, raising an eyebrow.
“It is a place of great knowledge, wealth, and beauty. But our realms do not share goals and beliefs. We coexist peacefully because Outworld respects our strength. Should we show weakness… our rival will become our enemy.”
“I will not lose, Lord Liu Kang,” Kung Lao said confidently.
“First, you must win the right to represent us. Whichever one of you outlasts the others will be chosen. Raiden, step forward.”
Johnny chuckled, shifting slightly so Airlea wouldn’t lose her balance. “Good call. Call the weak first.”
“You shall face him, Johnny Cage.”
Kenshi smirked. “Ready for your close-up?”
Johnny puffed his chest out, full of bravado. “All right, let’s do this. But remember, farm boy, I’m a global martial arts icon. I don’t think you can handle this much boom.”
Raiden, ever calm, replied, “I am ready, Johnny Cage. My mind and spirit fight as one.”
Before Johnny stepped up to fight, he looked to Airlea, still on his shoulder, and grinned. “Hey, tiny fan, I’m about to knock Raiden out of his sandals. Need to stash you somewhere safe.”
He reached for his pocket, but Airlea, already wary, held up her hands. “Oh no. Not again. You are not stuffing me in your pocket.”
Johnny hesitated, then looked at Kenshi with a mischievous grin. “Hey, Kenshi, can you watch her while I fight?”
Airlea crossed her arms, giving Johnny a look. “That ain't happening either. Just put me down, Cage.”
Johnny sighed dramatically, setting her down gently on a nearby ledge. “Alright, alright, down you go. But don’t say I didn’t offer you front-row seats.”
As Johnny stepped up to face Raiden, Airlea settled herself on the ledge, legs dangling over the edge as she watched intently.
The fight between Johnny and Raiden was quick, with Raiden's skills clearly overpowering Johnny's flashy moves. After Raiden’s victory, he stepped back and offered Johnny a respectful bow.
“This fight was an honor,” Raiden said.
Johnny, never one to lose gracefully, responded with a cocky grin. “You’re welcome.”
After Johnny's defeat at Raiden’s hands, he slowly picked himself up from the ground, brushing off his ego as much as the dirt on his pants. Airlea, sitting comfortably on the nearby ledge, couldn’t resist.
"So, that was the knockout you were so confident about?" Airlea quipped, crossing her tiny arms with a smirk. "Big talk, Cage. What happened to ‘too much boom’?"
Johnny, still rubbing his sore jaw, shot her a half-hearted glare but grinned. “Yea, yea, tiny fan. Everybody’s a critic.” He stepped over to her, scooping her back up and placing her on his shoulder with ease. “Let’s just pretend I let him win, okay?”
Airlea held on tight as she settled back into her spot, chuckling softly. “Yeah, sure. Keep telling yourself that.”
Johnny rolled his eyes as Kenshi stepped forward to take his turn, the sarcasm still hanging in the air between them.
Liu Kang moved the match along. “Kenshi Takahashi, you are next.”
Kenshi, drawing his blade, looked at Raiden. “You have skills, Raiden, but you’re inexperienced.”
Raiden kept his composure. “Whatever experience I lack, I make up for in heart.”
Kenshi’s smirk widened. “It’s nerve, not heart, that wins fights. I should know. I’ve been in hundreds of them.”
Once again, Raiden triumphed, his victory earning a respectful nod from Kenshi.
“Do you still question my nerve?” Raiden asked.
Kenshi shook his head. “I do not. Yours was a well-earned victory.”
Liu Kang approached the group. “You may rest, Raiden. This evening you will face your final opponent.”
Johnny, still recovering from his earlier defeat, smirked. “Fifty bucks says Kung Lao wins.”
Kenshi chimed in with a challenge. “Make it interesting. Bet me Sento.”
Johnny shook his head with amusement. “Ha! Not on your life.”
Liu Kang turned back to Raiden and Kung Lao, his tone grave. “Raiden. Kung Lao. The winner of this match will represent Earthrealm against Outworld. It is a grave duty, not to be undertaken lightly. You may step back now and suffer no dishonor.”
Raiden, resolute, stepped forward. “I choose to fight, Lord Liu Kang.”
Kung Lao, ever confident, nodded. “As do I.”
“Then may the best person win,” Liu Kang said.
Kung Lao laughed, readying his stance. “Concede, Raiden. You have never beaten me. That won't change today.”
Raiden stood tall. “No? If the monks have taught us one thing... it's that the only constant in the universe is change.”
The fight was intense, but Raiden, true to his growing strength, finally bested Kung Lao.
“There is a first time for everything, Kung Lao,” Raiden said, offering him a respectful nod.
Liu Kang, impressed by Raiden’s display, stepped forward. “Although you have all trained well, Raiden has excelled. This outcome does not surprise me.”
Kung Lao, still in disbelief, managed a respectful nod. “How could I have… Congratulations, Raiden.”
“For the tournament, you will need this,” Liu Kang said, his hands glowing with electricity as he summoned forth an ancient relic. “Forged by the Elder Gods, it gives the wearer power over lightning and thunder. Go ahead. Try it.”
Airlea watched from Johnny’s shoulder, amazed by Raiden’s growth and the weight of what was about to come. Though she had chosen not to fight, she felt an unexpected pride in the path her allies were forging. With Earthrealm’s fate hanging in the balance, she knew they all had a part to play—even if her role was yet to be fully realized.
Johnny Cage exclaimed, "Holy Ark of the Covenant!"
Raiden gazed at the amulet in Liu Kang’s hand, his voice carrying a hint of skepticism. "It is incredible. But is it necessary?"
Liu Kang nodded. "The Outworlders you will face possess not only great strength but also powerful magic. The amulet will help balance that."
Kung Lao, ever cautious, added, "You must be careful, Raiden. This could be dangerous. Even deadly."
Liu Kang shook his head calmly. "No participant has ever been seriously injured or killed during Mortal Kombat. I wouldn’t send you into battle unprepared. We depart for Outworld’s capital, Sun Do, in seven days. The tournament will take place at Empress Sindel's Palace. Outworld may seem both alien and alluring to those from Earthrealm. Do not let it distract you. Stay focused on the mission."
On Johnny's shoulder, Airlea sat, her tiny form almost blending in with the folds of his shirt. She wasn’t used to hearing about inter-realm battles and deadly tournaments. As Liu Kang's words sank in, the reality of what they were about to face hit her harder than she expected. She gripped Johnny’s collar tightly to steady herself, feeling every slight sway of his movements as he shifted his weight from one foot to the other.
Her gaze flicked toward the others—towering warriors with their centuries of experience—while she still struggled with the very basics of her newfound abilities. The size difference wasn’t just physical; it felt like the gap between them and her was impossible to bridge. And yet, she was here. Part of the team. Liu Kang’s words lingered, hanging in the air as the group prepared for their next steps, each one burdened with their own silent thoughts.

Smokey brand Postmortem: You Suck
I don’t really talk about my love for Mortal Kombat near as much as i do for Marvel, Fate, Star Wars, or Batman, but i adore that bloody franchise. Seriously, the vast majority of this blog is just Marvel and Star Wars content but, i mean, I'm an Eighties baby. That was a massive chunk of our childhoods. See? Even in an essay bout Mortal Kombat, Marvel and Star Wars found it’s way into the conversation. I have a problem but that’s not the problem i want to address in this essay. The problem i have with this one, is the f*cking Mortal Kombat release that just dropped. F*ck did they get so much wrong! I haven’t felt this frustrated with a movie since The Old Guard. I wanted this to be a Comparison but, as i tried to coalesce my thoughts about both films, it became mad apparent to me that the Nineties version of this movie would runaway with it. How is it possible that a film which came out twenty-six years ago, sh*ts all over one with modern shooting techniques and effects? How can a PG-13 movie, saturated with tongue-in-cheek camp and constant nods to the camera, do the Enter the Dragon knock-off franchise more justice that the blockbuster, R-rated, third attempt? Yeah, so this is a postmortem now.
Issue: Cole Young
Why? F*cking why? Listen, I'm all for reimaginings. I love when people can take an established work, recontextualize it, and present something new but familiar. That’s why i keep seeing Batman movies. You can only tell that dude’s story so many times but it’s how you present that story which grabs me. I like the idea of Cole. A fresh face for the audience to view these fantastical circumstances through? Good idea. I hate the execution of Cole. Punk ass weenie who literally develops powers by getting his ass kicked, portrayed by an actor who can’t act, but brought in because of his stunt background, only to nerf the physicality of the role, relegating dude’s greatest strength to his greatest weakness? F*cking, why?
Fix 1: Drop Cole Young, Start Liu Kang
Look, Liu Kang IS Mortal Kombat. He’s their Ryu. He’s their Link. He’s their guy. Drop the family. Drop the Scorpion stuff. Drop the professional fight thrower shtick Build him up as a dude who learned all of this in the Buddhist orphanage he grew up in, denying all of it as just legend and storytelling, until he’s attacked by Sub-Zero. Force him to fight Subby-boy, only to get his ass beat without his Arcana, but have Jax save him just in time. Basically follow Cole’s plot going forward with an emphasis on Liu’s training.
Issue: Shang Tsung
Listen, Ng Chin Han is a get. Dude is a decent actor and i enjoyed he take on the shapeshifter but come on? If you’re not trying to do a Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, you’re doing it wrong. Shang Tsung should be snarky, quippy, and overconfident. This dude has won nine straight Mortal Kombat tournaments. It’s fine for him to be conniving and deceitful, Deadly Alliance, but this version of Shang is just too flaccid for the title. Hell, when Tagawa came back for the game, he STILL exuded that same smarmy energy and it was perfect.
Fix 2: Give Shang Tsung more agency
I, personally, love smarmy Shang Tsung but if you want to go different, go brutal. Make Shang the spear head of the offense. Give him a seen where he is just mowing down jobber monks in Raiden’s temple before getting real intimate with Hung Lao. Have Tsung absolutely brutalized Lao as Liu watches, breaking his neck before sucking the sole out of his limp body. You got an R, Lean into that sh*t. You gotta give Liu that Chan moment. Lao’s death not only establishes Shang as a straight up force, but activates Liu’s Arcana, fulfilling the prophecy.
Issue: The f*cking prophecy
Bro, you gotta get rid of all the Scorpion prophecy sh*t. That doesn’t fit. It doesn’t make any sense. The prophecy is supposed to be a foreshadowing of Outworld’s downfall. Tying everything to Scorpion and Sub-Zero just because Ed Boon loves the character is kind of ridiculous. And that’s coming from me, a guy who uses Scorpion as his main since MKI. I love Scorpion, Dude is my favorite character in the entire franchise but giving him such a prominent role in this first film was a mistake.
Fix 3: Make it the Shaolin Prophecy
Have Shang Tsung send Sub-Zero into the Shaolin Temple with a team of Jobbers, probably Tarkatan or other Lin Kuei, and murder everyone. It is whispered that a great champion, kin to Master Kung Lao, would defeat the armies of Outworld, sealing Earthrealm off from the Emperor's grasp. baby Liu and Kung are saved, sent off to an orphanage in the US where they grow up in an orphanage run by a weird old man who tells stories. Eventually, the two separate, Kung returns to their homeland, Liu stays in the states, and they live their lives. Fast forward a bit and Shang gets wind that there are two survivors and he dispatches Sub-Zero to go after Liu. Fast forward to the temple, Liu reconnects with his cousin, Kung, who explains his powers activated during a battle against, let’s say... Baraka? Raiden feels it, recruits Kung Lao, who has been training in the temple ever since. He spars with Liu, teaching him the secrets her learned from Master Bo Rai Cho, until Raiden’s Temple is singed. Everything lays out like it did in the film except Liu watched Lao die at the hand of Shang, his Dragon Arcana activates, and the Sorcerer knows he dun goof’d.
Issue: Fights
The fighting sucked in this, man. It was shot like none of the principal actors were physical enough to pull off the fight scenes, which is ridiculous, because that opening scene was exceptional and those dues are old as f*ck. The dude who plays Scorpion, Hiroyuki Sanada, is f*cking sixty, man. You’re telling me these youngsters with actual stunt backgrounds, can’t give me a scrap as entertaining as a sixty year old man? Word?
Fix 4: Oh, there’s a lot here, bud
First, shoot the scraps better. Holy sh*t, that Taken editing was stupid. We live in an age of John Wick, The Raid, and Jason Bourne films, but you chose to shoot these scenes like this? Really? Bro, no. Hell, the fights in Enter the Dragon are some of the best I've eve seen and that motherf*cker dropped forty-eight years ago. Just do whatever he f*ck they did, just do it with a modern twist. Two, cast motherf*ckers that can believable execute the choreography. The chick that played Sonya in the first one, had to learn her fighting n set during the downtime of production because she as late to the shoot. THAT chick was a more believable fighter than the dude who played Cole and that was his f*cking job before he was an actor! F*cking, how?? Three, hire better stunt coordinators. These fights needed to be plotted out much better. Sure, fatalities are cool and special moves are awesome but they aren’t necessary. Liu Kang through one fireball in the first MK film and it was ll the better for it. I don’t need giant flame dragons and head claps and sh*t, i just need brutal, intense, violence inflicted upon a person. These people are in the fight for their lives. I need to feel that. Four, hire more jobbers. Too many actual named characters died in this movie. Too many actual named characters appeared in this movie. Why the f*ck was Nitara in this?
Look, there’s still SO much i would change about this flick. The costumes, the tone, the choice in music, the writing; All need to be adjusted. I would hold Scorpion back until sequel. Have him breaking out of the Netherrealm as a post credit stinger or something. This movie is broken and i think that’s because WB just made this thing to secure rights or a a backdoor pilot for HBO max content. Either way, this movie is bad, man and it didn’t have to be. You can make dope ass, martial arts films, on the cheap, especially when you “ground them in reality.” Why the f*ck didn’t that happen here? How the f*ck is the budget so high, and the film so cheap looking? I miss the ingenuity of the Eighties. Cats had to figure out how to make sh*t work because CG was too expensive. Now, that sh*t is everywhere and it’s a detriment to film. That sh*t takes casualties out of practical films and Mortal Kombat is definitely one of those.

Random HCs that No One Asked For: Shang Tsung (🍋) edition
Shang has been with countless women
His appetite is insatiable: Multiple orgasms ensured
He's generally good to everyone he deals with on such a level
Prostitutes get paid in full upon arrival (they deserve it for what they go through). He gets all of his stress relief done by indulging his most aggressive kinks until they can't take any more
He calls them in groups and gives them a safe word for them to call it quits because He. Is. Not. Stopping.
Clothes tearing, slapping, spitting, hair pulling, biting, facials, and cumshots all over their bodies until they tap out and switch with the next girl
At his vacation times he can go through 6 girls a night like that
On the other hand, he'll invite a regular citizen to his estate for a weekend and wine and dine her to pieces
A necklace or bracelet, maybe a dress
Fine champagnes and incredible foods
He wants her to fully enjoy what will probably be the most lavish, expensive experience in her life
Before taking her to his room and fucking her till she's trembling
He takes his time, undoing her clothes with quick heated kisses on every inch of exposed skin
He'll leave a few hickeys in obvious places so that she'll have to explain to friends and family later
She won't even realize that he's been actively supressing the most heated lust since he first spotted her
After she's nice and relaxed, he takes his time entering her but quickly looses control, giving her that rough thorough fuck that she'll never forget so long as she lives
He won't make her tap out, but he will make her black out, with a little bit of aftercare waiting on her in the morning before she goes
He loves to be in charge
Unless if course, you're his sweet Beloved
As the love of his life, you can have anything you want from him so long as you share in his affections
He cares for your interests, and nothing you want will be turned down (
He can be monogamous and completely devoted if he so chooses, So he wouldn't mind giving you his undivided attention
Nothing but the best of everything for his Love, his Wife-- the person who earned his trust, the person who cares for him even though he can do it for himself, and the only person he will ever engage in submission with
Watching with silent intrigue, he doesn't want to miss anything as you go into Dominatrix Mode ™, he likes to see all of the little nuances to each facet of your personality
He holds a certain fondness for being tied up, scratched, and smacked with a riding crop while you straddle him, pushing yourself up and down his cock
Oh, and please sit on his face
Testing his limits, you'll find that he has none pain wise
SO, the best way to punish him with Edging.
He hates it because he's so damn impatient and loves to cum multiple times per session, but also revels the feeling of a big release after a long delay
A Bratty and Proud submissive, you wouldn't want to gag him, lest you miss out on the breaking of his voice while he's trash talking and goading you on
But when his cock is aching and weeping and his balls are full and ready to burst,, with a sheen of sweat over him you'll receive (through gritted teeth), a vague semblance of a plea for release
As a master of aftercare, he absolutely expects you to be as good to him as he is to you when the roles are reversed, so he'll be looking for excessive pampering and praise after such a spectacle. Y'all both know he's earned it.
Now, if that's not your mode and you're in need of more vanilla it doesn't matter to him; that won't stop his passion
While he doesn't quite have a 'gentle mode', he does know how to take things slow
Parting your thighs he'll make sure that you cum on his fingers and then his tongue before splitting your cunt open over his hard cock
He'll hold you and give you deep, breath taking kisses while lovingly thrusting into your wet, warm folds until you both reach a joyous release
Enjoy. No matter what, you'll never be unsatisfied

Mortal Kombat 11 Free Weekend Takes Place During Final Kombat
March 5, 2020 4:37 PM EST
Get over here!
If you haven’t tried NetherRealm Studios’ most recent fighter, now might be a good time. The latest Mortal Kombat 11 free weekend has begun.
We want YOU to join kombat on @Playstation and @Xbox! Get a taste of all the #MK11 kombatants thus far during our free Trial Weekend starting today. Enjoy! pic.twitter.com/oqMHtdyJDF
— Mortal Kombat 11 (@MortalKombat) March 5, 2020
Starting today, between March 5-9, you can check out the popular fighter on PS4 and Xbox One consoles at no additional cost during the Mortal Kombat 11 free weekend. If this is like past trial periods, this will include the first two chapters of Story Mode, and all multiplayer game modes.
However, the tweet above does not give specific details. However, it does note that this is only for PS4 and Xbox One players. So, those who wanted to try Mortal Kombat 11 for Nintendo Switch, PC, or Stadia will have to purchase it.
If you like what you play during the Mortal Kombat 11 free weekend, the game is currently on sale for a rather steep discount. On PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, you can grab the standard edition of the fighting game for only $23.99. The Nintendo Switch version is still $59.99.
Not so coincidentally, this free weekend begins during Final Kombat weekend. Final Kombat 2020 is the culmination of the Mortal Kombat 11 Pro Kompetition that began last year. Starting March 7, the Last Chance Qualifier event in Skokie, Illinois will determine who joins the top 16 players at Final Kombat. On March 8, the real tournament begins. At Park West in Chicago, Illinois, the top 16 will compete for the crown and a big share of the $100,000 prize pool.
There will be special appearances from Ed Boon (Co-creator of Mortal Kombat), Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (voice of Shang Tsung), Keith David (voice of Spawn), and Todd McFarlane (creator of Spawn). The Mortal Kombat 11 Spawn gameplay trailer will be shown, as well as other content reveals. Spawn is the final DLC character included in the Kombat Pack.
I reviewed Mortal Kombat 11 when it launched last year. Long story short, it’s one of my favorite fighting games ever made. Personally, it was my favorite game released in 2019.
