For a round trip from Jakarta to Chile, I have to get on to 8 flights in total. By th end of this travel, Ive stuffed about 16 inflight meals in 4 days! Thus, seeing all these authentic Chilean cuisine - or any meal that's not premade for flights, just really excites me! 1. Empanadas - similar like 'Panadas' from Manado, but the filling is usually melting cheese or ham. My fave ones are the one grilled and sold on the side of the street 2/3. Avocado on toast by the campfire and Vegetable Quiche with bottomless beer 4. Cheetos Quezas (cheese)!!! 5/6. Soupa de Marisco (seafood) or Ave (chicken). Truly soup for the soul 🍲🍲 7. Superb BBQ dinner w/ Carmanyere wine bonds the #eclipsechasers together 8.
