I took the Tomahawk steak that I had left over from Flemings and made another dish with it. I chopped the steak up and sauted it with onions and garlic. I added tomatoes at the end and made a red wine reduction for the sauce and poured that over the steak. I then made poached eggs and warmed the creamed spinach from Flemings. The steak was still melt in your mouth good. The party on my plate 🍽️ made for a satisfying brunch.

My husband took me to Flemming's. I decided to order the Tomahawk steak which is 35oz of beef. The bone longer than the plate. They served us with the steak precut, cooked medium, perfectly seasoned with 3 types of butters.
First, the greeter stood at the table and had conversation and he was a perfect gentleman. He didn't rush us when he seated us. Our waiter came to the table with the best table manners and hospitality. He was very pleasant the entire time and engaging. Afterwards we talked to the manager and she was absolutely awesome.
Now about this 35 oz cut of amazingness..... The steak was cooked to perfection, no lack in seasoning and melt in your mouth like butter. There is no such thing as a steak sauce for this steak. I took my time with each piece and savored every ounce of my steak. When I looked down and half of it was gone I intentionally stopped just so I could bring the other half home to enjoy. I didn't want to leave the table but I wanted to allow my food to digest slowly and I wanted to enjoy this food party I was having. My taste buds exploding with all the yummy goodness.
So, we packed up my side of creamed spinach I refused to eat because I did not want to ruin the flavor fest that was going on. Then my steak was packed neatly in its own container and then our waiter blessed me with their gooey chocolate cake to take home. The leftovers is another story for another post.
Flemings is by far the best steak house with the best steak I have ever had, so if you are in Orlando, FL and you're looking for somewhere to eat an amazing steak, then Flemming's is where you want to go.
