Spicy Garlic Lemon Shrimp Zoodles Got a spiraizer as gift and I've been itching to use it. And I have some shrimp that should go well with it. Butter 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 tbsp Lemon juice -from half a lemon Garlic 2 tbsp -smashed/pressed/ground Shrimp handful or more (1 pound / half a kilo) -peeled, deveined and butterflied with head on Cherry tomato (handful) -sliced Zucchini 2x -spiralized or julienned Chili flake -half a teaspoon is good -more for more spice Salt and pepper Pan/wok over medium heat Melt some butter in olive oil and lemon juice Add pressed/chopped garlic Simmer garlic for 1 min Sprinkle in chili flake Add shrimp and cook each side for 1 min each Remove shrimp leaving the sauce Add sliced tomatoes and sliced/spiralized noodled zucchini to sauce Add some more butter/oil Crack some pepper and grind some salt in Toss in pan for 2-3 min Reintroduce cooked shrimp Toss for another minute Serve and enjoy! #homecookingisthebest #eatinghealthier #962recipe #garlicshrimp #zucchininoodles #food8ndtrips https://www.instagram.com/p/Bm04u-0BpNU/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1m6d018a2z2ib

WOW! San Francisco, you have changed a lot since the last time I walked your streets... Today, it was a surreal morning walk through DTSF with nostalgic mental images superimposed over your sun kissed streets. It is both awe inspiring and bitter sweet to see the changes you have gone through. The bars that are now stores, the buildings that are still the same and all the different stages of construction in between. 10 years ago I ran amok through your streets, drinking everything, laughing at anything and living life to it's alleged fullest with friends hard earned through multiple tours of the bar and party scene. Many memories and many more lost memories. 7 years ago, I walked you in the middle of the night taking the solitude you offered and reveled in the quieter, emptier, darker side of yourself to me. I was in a different stage of life, different outlook, different everything. 2 years ago, I got lost walking my path back to my, at the time soon to be wife, lost in thought about our wedding that was to come moments later It was literally my first steps down a path that would lead me down a rabbit hole of adventures and I wouldn't change a thing... Beard Papa, you have outdone yourself! I was walking by when the sweet smell of durian hit my nose with all the gentle force of a sledgehammer. Apparently, durian is a filling!?!? Since I was heading home, I picked up some (a lot) up. Different shells (regular, cookie, and chocolate covered) plus a couple of these Beard Papa cream filled dough stick things. Got home and waited for Nadia to dig in. She smelled it as soon as I opened up the fridge; the smell of winning! She skeptically bit in and was shocked at how good it was! You have to understand she doesn't typically eat sweets but this was amazingly good. Telling you, it's a gateway food into the real thing. Music, food, beer, and good times! Get it all at Tiger Street Food Festival! Went there last week and it was a pretty good time. Prices were decent and the portions we're pretty big for $2. Live band was entertaining too. Then everyone got off work and showed up. GREEN TEA KIT KATS! Who doesn't like these things? Found a cart full of these bad boys on sale at this new store in Singapore's Orchard Central building. They got everything from groceries, liquor, meats, and gadgets.... And boy do I LOVE my gadgets, especially the useless ones! If you've heard of the Japanese store Don Quixote or if you haven't, then let me introduce you to their new Singaporean branch Don Don Donki (crazy name but it's growing on me) Not only is it centrally located it's also open 24 hours... Belated Thanksgiving! Still recovering from my #wagyu beef baby that I created during #Thanksgiving Maybe i overdid it with too many plates of wagyu?
