he's just gone theres like signs of struggle and logan cant find him but joins the x men so they can help him find wade. nothing works, everyone knows his like situation because he asks everyone if they saw him.

and the only thing keeping logan sane is that wade is somewhere out there

then one day they go on a mission to stop some guy in a red suit who appears from time to time kinda uhinged talks a lot but won't tell anyone who he is ..

Part of me thinks that Logan absolutely HATES that he likes Wade. It's really embarrassing for him, and he doesn't understand these feelings, which frustrates him more.

At first, it started off as a casual thing, and now he's getting pissed off because he's smiling and staring at him all the time. His chest feels weird around him (and not because he keeps getting stabbed and shot)

He finds himself being near him more often, almost subconsciously just following wherever he goes. They don't really notice it until about 4 days in when Wade leaves to go on a date with Vanessa and Logan accidently trails him out of the house.

He gets embarrassed and says he's just gonna go home, but instead, Wade tells Vanessa to bring a friend for him, and it becomes one big "double" date. You'd have to be blind not to see the two guys were getting on way more then Logan and vanessa's friend, seeing as for some reason they're both sitting in the same booth and not with their respected dates...

No, he's not rude to her or distrusting of her. If anything, she's quite lovely, but he's talking to her more like a friend than a date. He's more distrusting of himself really and is still trying to learn how to socialize properly. Especially with pretty ladies.

The reason for this is Logan is still nervous about new people touching him, and wants to make a good impression by.. you know... not stabbing her on accident... so he sits with someone he trusts won't mind if he knicks him.

By the end of the night, Logans was so drunk and safe that hes giggling at every little word only to go home by himself feeling... odd because Wade went to Vanessa's. Not jealous, no he knew and helped this happen. He was happy for him. He just felt... odd... being alone again..

Your honor, He has found his pack, and now he's codependent. At least he has mary puppins to cuddle up with.

Summary: Even if the team wasn't the best for him, you were what was best for him.

Logan was just as good as any other driver, but he didn't have the same amount of time in the car to fully know the function of the car.

It was also with one of the relative bottom teams, so the car wasn't performing the same as if it was a better top-tier car, though the car was good.

But when the news broke that Carlos was taking his seat at Williams, he sat on the hotel bed and put his head in his hands, elbows on his knees.

You walked in from going down and getting breakfast when you saw how your boyfriend was sitting. When you walked into the room, you saw the notification on the way to the elevator.

But you sighed when you saw your boyfriend, knowing what he must be feeling because he's talked about what would happen to him if Williams signed someone else.

You set the food down and went over to him, bringing his head to your stomach, the side of his face resting on your baby bump; he wrapped his arms around you while you began to rub the spot between his shoulder blades with one hand and run your fingers through his hair with the other.

You felt his shoulders shake with each breath.

"They didn't deserve you. This is only a step back; there's always something better around the corner. Ask any other driver who's moved teams or just ask Oscar. It will get better. It's only summer break. You'll get an offer for something else."

"I don't deserve you," he says, looking up at you; you just smile at his statement.

"I do, and even if that were true, you stuck with me now."

"I could never be stuck with you," Logan says, smiling at you and then looking at your bump. "You are everything to me; it's not possible, even without the nugget."

You just smile at your boyfriend.

A few weeks later, Logan comes running to you, a huge smile on his face as he does.

"I'm moving to Mercedes; it's being announced later today; they said Kimi needed another year and is reserve drive. I got the second seat in Mercedes, just for next year, though. If they are happy with how I work next year, they will have me be a reserve." Logan was beaming as he rushed through his explanation, and you just listened to him with a smile.

Sure enough, though, it was just hours later that it was announced of Logan's move to Mercedes as the second driver and teammate of George Russell for the 2025 season.

You looked up from where you sat at your desk, research essays on Pablo Picasso stacked on top of the paint-stained surface. The last bits of sunlight leaked through the drawn curtains in your art classroom. Streaks of oranges and pinks illuminated the drying pottery your students had worked on that morning.

Logan stood next to your desk. Flannel sleeves rolled up around his elbows, white tank top splotched in red clay, jeans dusty around the hems. An apprehensive, almost nervous, frown stretched at his face. You glanced down at what he held in his hands.

A small, rough-around-the-edges, clay whale sat in his outstretched palm. It was a little uneven in its proportions, the flippers too big for its head, but it was absolutely adorable.

"Oh my God, Logan!" you gasped. You gingerly plucked the thumb-size figurine from him and cradled it in your palms. This was the most perfect gift you had ever received from anybody.

"You don't gotta lie if you don't like it," Logan grumbled, hand rubbing anxiously at the back of his neck.

"Shut up, grump," you breathed. You gently set the whale on your desk, on top of the papers you needed to grade, and threw your arms around Logan's shoulders. The sudden movement was met with an "oof!" and Logan tentatively placing his hands on your hips. You pulled back to look him in his hazel eyes, "I fucking love it. You're gonna need to make me more. I want a whole pod!"

Logan groaned, shrugging your arms off and stepping away from you as you giggled. You leaned back on your desk.

"I ain't making more. One and done," Logan groused. You laughed at his reluctance, taking one of his large hands in both of yours.

"At least one more? So this one isn't so lonely?" you pleaded, sticking out your bottom lip to really sell it. Logan groaned again while rolling his eyes. You kept up the puppy-dog face until he looked back to you.

He sighed, "Fine. One more. That's it."
