I was saved originally in 2003, but didn’t ‘stay the path’ at that time. In July of 2022 i recommitted my life to Jesus and since then I’ve let go of so much… mental blocks, identities, physical items, worries and expectations. I now feel such peace and can relax, knowing I don’t have to do ALL THE THINGS anymore. I’m learning to listen and discern. I realize it’s not about me, but about Him, and that is so comforting and so liberating!!! Im a new creation!!! #christianlife #followjesus #savedbygrace #christisenough #lovegodlovepeople #believer #comfortandpeace https://www.instagram.com/p/CnkEJMbuLvh/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

The wedding at Cana tells me (John 2:1-12)
1. To follow Jesus (John 2:5)
2. That God has store the best things for us. (John 2:10)
3. That when we have Jesus, we will never run out of wine (blessings).

Today, I would like to talk about Jesus Christ, our Savior and His love for His Father and us.
Tumblr media
Jesus Christ spent His whole life on teaching us how our faith should look like. He took His time to teach people the Word of God. He healed a lot of people and provided them food in a miraculous way when it was needed. He lived with so much faith in God. He always did what His Father wanted Him to do and didn't doubt His decisions. When He was tempted, He didn't leave His side.
Tumblr media
All He did on earth was good. He never sinned, but showed care and love to everyone. Even when a woman sinned, He told others to not throw rocks at her because of that. He knew that sinning isn't a good thing but still didn't treat her in a bad way but didn't let other people kill her.
He always trusted His Father. He spent a lot of time on praying and let the Lord use Him to fulfill the plans of His. Even when it was very hard for Him, He talked to God and told Him "My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will". He trusted God and accepted His will.
Tumblr media
Jesus loves us and His Father so much that He died for us, so that our sins can be forgotten once we repent. Jesus died in so much pain, but didn't lose faith. That's how much He loved God.
Tumblr media
We should do just like Jesus taught us in Matthew 16:24 "If anyone would come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross, and follow Me". Take up your cross (your problems, burden, worries, illnesses) and follow Him. Put your trust in God and ask the Holy Spirit to help you make the right choices that will bring you closer to the Kingdom of our Heavenly Father.

I work for a company that focuses on helping to identify top performers and then develop people to be the best they can be. Much of the work we do is with leadership development.
When it comes to running a business and leading people, pride can be a very dangerous thing. Too many “leaders” don’t realize that once you become a leader you’ve multiplied your responsibilities. For many people being the boss is about power and being exhaled.
They love telling people what their title is. They make sure to work it into conversations and show how important they are and how much money they make through their material things.
More often than not, they feel that because they are the “leader” they just know it all and don’t need counsel. They scoff at others beneath them. They don’t listen or consider other’s ideas. These types of leaders find destruction…either they are fired or they sink the business.
Pride is dangerous for everyone though. I’ve seen pride destroy friendships. I’ve seen pride destroy families. I’ve seen pride kill wonderful ideas and movements.
Pride is never pretty. It always leads to confrontation. Pride can prevent many good things from ever being great things.
If we give too much emphasis to pride, failure will follow. Maybe not in business or financial, but in our relationships and success. It's sad because pride is kind of worthless, yet some make it so important not to be wrong or to keep an image.
I like to think of the good things that have happened to me, the things that I do well, the strengths I have that allow me to be good at something are blessings. And I’m thankful to God for all those blessings. I’m not too proud to be wrong, to love those who don’t like me, to listen to others, to not get my way.
I’m not better than anyone else. You’re not better than anyone else. Even the rich and famous are not better than anyone else. Don’t let pride destroy good things in your life.

Walking in the Light of God’s Truth 1 John 2
"Living in the Light: A 1 John 2 Survival Guide"
Introduction: Ever feel like you’re just stumbling through life, trying to figure out how to be a good Christian in a messy world? Well, 1 John 2 offers us a survival guide for living in the light, and trust me, it’s worth a deep dive.
Tumblr media
Step 1: Obey His Commandments The first step to surviving (and thriving) as a Christian is obedience. John doesn’t mince words when he says, “He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar” (1 John 2:4, KJV). Ouch. But here’s the thing: following God’s commandments isn’t just about rules. It’s about living in a way that aligns with His love.
Step 2: Rely on Jesus, Your Advocate We’re going to mess up. Spoiler alert: it happens. But John reminds us that when we do, Jesus is there to advocate for us. That’s not just good news—it’s GREAT news. Knowing Jesus is on our side should give us the strength to keep moving forward.
Step 3: Choose Light Over Darkness John uses light and darkness as symbols for good and evil throughout the chapter. To live in the light is to live in truth, love, and obedience. But the world constantly tries to pull us into the darkness. What’s your light source today? Are you staying plugged into Christ, or letting the shadows creep in?
Conclusion: Shine Bright Living in the light isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. Stay close to Jesus, follow His commandments, and let His light shine through you!

+++ Tuesday Blessings +++
+++ Surrendering To God's Will +++
Prayer 🙏
Father God: thank You for the example of Jesus, who taught us how to surrender our will to Yours. We confess that we often struggle with letting go of our desires and fears. Please grant us the courage to trust You fully, even when the path ahead is difficult or unclear.
Heavenly Father, please forgive us for the times we've insisted on our own way, resisting Your guidance. Help us to bring our hearts honestly before You, and to embrace Your will with faith and obedience. May we find peace in knowing that Your plans are perfect and Your purposes are good.
Teach us to say, "Not our will, but Yours be done," and to surrendering to living it out each day. Let our lives reflect a deep trust in You, bringing glory to Your name and bringing others to Your love.
In Jesus' name we pray,
➕➕➕ AMEN ➕➕➕
PLEASE SHARE if this post touched you spiritually.
+++ Be blessed to be a blessing +++
By sharing you will be partaking by spreading the good news of the blessings that scripture provides for believers!
Min. Paul Wayne

#Repost @ourdailybread with @use.repost ・・・ Juror Number 8 The Bible in One Year: Leviticus 17–18; Matthew 27:27–50 Today's Bible Reading: Exodus 23:1–9 Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. Exodus 23:2 “One man is dead. Another man’s life is at stake,” says the judge somberly in the classic 1957 film 12 Angry Men. The evidence against the young suspect appears overwhelming. But during deliberations, it’s the brokenness of the jury that’s exposed. One of the twelve—juror number 8—votes “not guilty.” A heated debate ensues, in which the lone juror is mocked as he points out discrepancies in the testimony. Emotions escalate, and the jury members’ own murderous and prejudicial tendencies come to light. One by one, the jurors switch their votes to not guilty. When God gave His instructions to the new nation of Israel, He insisted on honest courage. “When you give testimony in a lawsuit,” God said, “do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd” (Exodus 23:2). Interestingly, the court was neither to “show favoritism to a poor person” (v. 3) nor to “deny justice to your poor people” (v. 6). God, the righteous judge, desires our integrity in all our proceedings. In 12 Angry Men, the second juror to vote "not guilty" said of the first, “It’s not easy to stand alone against the ridicule of others.” Yet that’s what God requires. Juror number 8 saw the real evidence, as well as the humanity of the individual on trial. With the gentle guidance of His Holy Spirit, we too can stand for God’s truth and speak for the powerless. —TIM GUSTAFSON What tempts you to go along with the crowd? Where is God calling you to stand for truth and justice? Father, help us show Your love to the world as we stand for Your truth. #JurorNumber8 #OurDailyBread #DailyDevotional #VerseOfTheDay #FollowGod #JesusIsKing #DailyDevotionals #DailyBibleVerse #TheGospel #Bible #DailyQuotes #DailyInspiration #DailyDevotion #DailyScripture #DevotionTime #DevotionOfTheDay #ChristianWalk #PraiseGod #JesusLord #GodIsGood #FollowJesus https://www.instagram.com/p/CosGGbWM5Jd/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
