Why is darnell a dragon that’s black instead of purple? That’s the colour I usually see him as since his icons are purple.

In D&D, purple dragons have psychic abilities that can confuse/disorient others. Now who has psychic abilities in Pico's School? Alucard. That's one of the reasons why Darnell isn't a purple dragon.

As for what black dragons are known for: They are the more sadistic of the bunch, a side of Darnell I typically don't see in the FNF/Pico's School fandoms. People usually go the "haha, silly man sets things on fire" route, and completely ignore the fact he's the kind of guy who would burn down an entire city without a single fuck given. Black dragons are also known as great swimmers that like to eat things like fish, mollusks, and other kinds of seafood. These facts reminded me of minus Darnell, a fish creature that loves brine shrimp.

I could info dump more on the other types of dragons like the red ones for Cassandra, but I'll make another post about her and the others in her cult another day. Not everyone in her alliance is a dragon though. I need some humanoids, and other creatures too.
