I think we as a fandom need to talk about the Sally Corp dark ride concept again.

It could be the theme park special interest in me, but I can’t help but think about it a lot. The idea of walking up to that facade, going through some cool themed queue (maybe with an animatronic tease, like Phantom Theater at Kings Island had), and jumping in that rather unique ride vehicle. I wouldn’t even care about scoring or anything, I’d genuinely just cry the whole time. We need more animatronics in theme parks that aren’t Disney or Universal, even if they’re a lil haunted LMAO.

Why replace Bonnie with Monty?? Why not make a new Bonnie model?? With the prototype label on Freddy it may be confirmed that they make multiple models (well we already kinda knew that with Freddies comments but oh well)

Also Freddy?? Like is that our Freddy or a different one?? They very clearly highlighted the prototype label so they want to emphasize it, but then the head is still missing like in the princess quest ending so what is the truth??

I was really not expecting eclipse to be the way they were, very… normal? Is that the right word?? Like obviously a little delusional on when the daycare is gonna open again, but in the right mindset of like this child needs to leave this place is not safe. It is interesting to me that both he and Roxy thought that it was Cassie’s birthday, maybe that was the last day before she left the plex? Or maybe that was the day the plex caught fire? Or maybe most depressingly we are playing on Cassie’s birthday so the animatronics have it in their systems what her birthday is and wish her a happy one (if they are in the right state of mind lol)

I think you can still say it was mainly the virus but I would argue even if it’s not the virus I feel like moon is kinda justified here. Like sun has been shutting him away for a long time before this (if the books are to be believed but also in general) so when he finally gets a chance to roam free of course he’s gonna take it. And idk about u but if my alternate personality was constantly trying to shut me out and I finally got control, I probably too would try and keep my control for as long as possible. Also from what I have seen so far, not even moon is all that aggressive? Like he grabs you at the beginning, but I think that’s just his very ineffective way to get kids to sleep and other than that he just kinda stays away

Poor sunny baby is stuck in the ar world 🥺🥺 I didn’t notice at first but yeah everytime you talk to him it’s only in the ar world. And the end part where you switch them out for eclipse if you do that in the ar world, he says not for me it’s for moon.

I will say though I noticed the voice acting for them changed a little this game, like both have a higher pitch and are more goofy sounding? Like more gremlin energy than evil villainy. I wonder if that was on purpose? Both of them sounded more like the other so maybe that was the reason? Interest interest

Also their mouth moves?? Sort of?? That’s so silly to me they have a whole working mouth system and their face mask doesn’t work with at all 😭

Does give me lore intrigue tho cause like why do their mouths move but not anymore?? Did something happen?? Are they just not maintained enough?? They also move outward instead of up and down (at least from what I saw) so is the mechanism different?

Also the way that sun and moon talk about eachother is so interesting. Like moon says the light hurts “us” and sun says “no the other me” like they seem to almost consider eachother more connected than we first thought, like they’re not just coworkers or strangers they are almost like two sides of the same person. It’s very interesting and I wonder where people will take this.

Ok ok update moon does have a jump scare but it’s ridiculously hard to get and I’d still argue he’s not as vicious as he was base game. I mention in another post but eclipse being as kind as he is and being (presumably) a combination of both AIs, gives even more evidence moon is supposed to be kind and caring like his posters suggest but something went wrong. Also Cassie’s comments on their plushes show that there were kids who truly liked the daycare.

i forgot to mention that yesterday i dreamt that i went inside a fnaf themed dark ride. but not like the one we’ve already seen concept art of, i mean something completely different.

the best way to explain how it went is like the carts were some kind of spinning cups that you could turn around by yourself and could only fit one person per cart, so you couldn’t see other people riding with you. the route went presenting each of the core four inside their respective segments, they all looked like the repaired versions of the withered animatronics.

but after you finished passing the main four there was an extra character left.

the yellow rabbit.

what i failed to mention before is that while meeting the main cast their rooms were pretty sizable. but when meeting the yellow rabbit, the room shrank, making it feel claustrophobic. my first impression upon seeing it was weird, because the rabbit simply followed you with its gaze, not even waving a hello or anything.

it simply stared at you until you left the room.

then there was the last segment of the ride which i can only describe was like being inside a small maze. there’s was one set path due to the railing but it gave the illusion that there were many winding corridors like a maze. the walls were very narrow and the ceiling so low that you had to sunk inside your seat.

but the part that i remember most vividly is when i was inside my cart and suddenly felt this urge to look behind me.

so i spun my cart wheel while the contraption kept moving forward.

and there it was.

the yellow rabbit.

just staring from behind me in the darkness. and it was no longer in it’s respectful room.

it was following me.

poking its head though the walls like a ghost.

and its smile man…

then when the maze section finished i was filled with so much fucking dread thinking that it would catch me. but the ride ended by being greeted with freddy, bonnie, chica, and foxy, being played by real persons so you could properly greet them and hug them. there was also an scape room at the end but that was more of an extra part of my dream.

the funny part is that i went on that dark ride multiple times lmfao.

and i would always turn around.

when waking up i realized that the yellow rabbit following through the maze segment perfectly parallels fruity maze, like when you see that random yellow rabbit staring through a distance.

FNAF SB Water Park Ideas

I spent some time last night thinking up a potential waterpark layout for fnaf security breach because I'm crazy. I feel like there aren't any games really capitalizing on submechanophobia and then my thoughts kinda spiraled to this so I wanna share my ideas. This is NOT ideas for a scary game, this is just me thinking up the layout of a fazbear waterpark.

Fazbear Funnel - A bowl slide. idk it's the only think I could think of for Freddy.

SuperStar Splashpad - A Celestial themed splashpad and baby pool attraction meant for toddlers. The outdoor section is Sun themed, it connects to an indoor section that is moon themed with dim lights and glowing stars. There is a tunnel between the two for kids to run through and an eclipse themed window above the tunnel.

Foxy's Pirate Ship - A pirate ship themed water play structure with small slides, water canons, and one of those big splash buckets, but it's shaped like a treasure chest. A small log flume ride may also be nearby (not a dark ride, just a log flume slide)

Chica's Crystal Cove - An activities pool with things like diving for crystals, one of those floating pad walking challenges, and some water aerobics lessons are offered. I imagine there would be a display pool with a mermaid Chica animatronic in it for kids to watch.

Roxy's Racer Slides - Pretty self explanatory, but it's a set of four slides. The 4 sliders go down all at once and race to the bottom. I imagine these would be body slides. Probably the most extreme thing at the park.

Monty's Bayou Bumper Boats - Wanted to give Monty another activity with dad energy so boats it is. A swamp themed bumper boats attraction, probably on an actual pond or small lake.

Bonnie Below The Surface - An underwater track ride that is submarine themed. Pretty tame ride, very slow, meant to enjoy the underwater scenery like the fish and plants. Has some fun underwater animatronics.

DJMM's Riptide Ravepool - Get it? Ravepool? Like wave pool, but it's a rave? It's a wave pool, but he's dj-ing. That's it.

Rockstar River - A lazy river themed around the glamrocks. Every water park needs a lazy river.

That's what I've got. I imagine there would be lots of other stuff too like a gift shop, a few different food stalls, some ice cream and popsicle stands, overpriced rental cabanas, etc. The typical stuff you see at a waterpark. I do think it would be cool to add a few more slides as that's what I typically think people go to waterparks for, but I ran out of ideas. If you have any fun ideas let me know I'd love to hear them.

Hot take, but I don’t like the personality they’ve given Peach. She just feels like a cookie cutter tough woman character that you see in like every movie now a days. It feels like they didn’t put any heart into her. They just made her a tough woman lead and called it a day. She’s more than that you guys common!

Peach is already full of personality, why change her? She’s sassy, she’s classy, she’s emotional, she’s unique. Why changer her? Why make her dress up in armor wielding an axe to go fight Bowser? That’s not what she’s like, If anything she’d strut out there in her dress and all to go fight Bowser.

Here’s an idea you guys, keep Peach the way she is in canon. Why? Because that’s the personality she’s had for years. It would also make her much more interesting in the movie. And get this! We already love canon Peach.

Aside from that. I wasn’t a fan of the whole go-cart thing, it felt out of place for what the rest of the trailer looked like. But idk maybe it makes sense in the movie. Jeez, there’s a lot about these trailers that I don’t like-

BUT, I can say that I LOVE what they seem to be doing with Mario and Luigi. Mario reaching out and grasping Luigi’s hand, that whole scene makes me think that we might get some brotherly moments between the bros. Which I am all for!

The things I had in mind was if Mario and Luigi are in a public place, Mario would try to keep people from interacting with Luigi. Like, if someone tried to talk to them, Mario would step forward and do all the talking and answer questions on Luigi’s behalf. 

If Luigi just needs some time away from all the noise. Mario will find a way to get him out of there, even if it means he needs to cause a scene to allow Luigi to escape unnoticed.

Sometimes though that doesn’t Work. Sometimes Luigi cant get away or his anxiety just keeps rising.. if that happens Mario will discreetly hold his hand, and squeeze it tightly. Just knowing that Mario is there usually keeps him calm enough that they can wait out the stressful situation and get away.

Now when they’re in private? Luigi’s anxiety is a lot easier to deal with.

Mario can openly hold Luigi’s hand and comfort him without any risk of judgmental stares. Mario can talk to him in what ever language he wants because no one can hear them. Usually Luigi just parks somewhere on like a couch or a bed, gets some water and they ride the out anxiety together.

Heh, and here Mario thinks he’s not the best brother he can be, smh.

I think if the poison Mushroom was a thing, it wouldn’t be a Power-up or anything special. Just these bright toxic Mushrooms that make anyone who eat it very sick..

I have played none of those games, and thus am unfamiliar with the villains and did not add them to my AU..😅

I have some ideas in mind for those actually! Although they’re not super ironed out..

The Shy guys might be this spooky tribe in the woods somewhere. They don’t work for Bowser, they just kind’a do their own thing. And I imagined that they’d be cursed, or at the very least people fear them because of all the horrors and death that seem to follow them..

The chain chomps were supposed to be giant hunks of metal, that Kamek used his powers to cast a curse on. This curse brought them to life. The curse of hunger.

The Piranha plants are supposed to be just a rather dangerous species of plant that live all over the place. But Bowser feeds the ones that grow near his kingdom. Thus making them bigger.. and bigger... and bigger. Until their roots are strong enough that they can relocate themselves where ever they want..

Also, my only tips is to use references of the real deal. Because I myself also struggle with the Koopalings/Bowser and have to heavily reference in order to get them to look right 😭

They are all Bowsers blood children in my AU. And they have no role in his army or anything like that.

My idea is that there is a hidden home/castle somewhere on Bowsers land that is guarded heavily by Blue shelled Para troopas. In this home is where his kids, Kamek and Kammy all reside. Where they are kept hidden and safe from anything or anyone that might try to harm them.

I don’t have any plans for them in this AU, although they do exist!

Daisy and Peach think the Boos are little pests. They cant actually really hurt anyone, but they love to sneak into their kingdoms and scare their civilians. Super annoying 🙄

As for if you’re not scared of them, they might be offended or upset. In which King Boo well.. he doesn’t like people makin his Boos upsetti spaghetti

XD If you tried to hug them or befriend them, I imagine King Boo would be suspicious of you and keep you at arms length. Or just trap you in a painting-

I imagine the Toads know of the Mega mushrooms and can tell them apart from regular trees.. but I doubt they would have a way to move the wild ones since they don’t have Yoshi’s anymore. So they probably have a garden of Mega Mushrooms somewhere in the kingdom just waiting to be tested on.

Buuuuut, they were saving those for another day. Assuming just by size alone, that they weren’t safe to test within Kingdom grounds.

That’s when Mario and Luigi would stumble upon one in the woods without knowing what it is and.. I think you know the rest XD

Some of the Boo might be offended to an extent. Like what, we’re not scary to you? Huh? Why aren't you scare of us??

But also some of them might be flustered or surprised. If someone came in and just gushed about how cool they were, they might be inclined to show off a bit. Maybe try to make even scarier faces to look cool.

All in all, I think they’d spare you, and let you leave the Mansion unharmed out of flattery.

Ah, unfortunately Mario only gets his Tanooki abilities when he consumes the Tanooki leaf Power-up. And the form he gets is 100% the animal form. He cannot change it to be anything else.

Without the Power-up in his system, he’s just good ol Mario :/ he doesn’t get the privilege of having just the tail and ears at any point XD

(And also, if you spelled it right- yes and no. The real world animal, Tanuki, is how you spelled it. But for some reason Nintendo spelt the Power-up as “Tanooki”??)

Either they throw so many fire/ice balls that they eventually just, use up all the flowers power..

Or, they take a huge blow of physical damage, and the fire/ice flower consumes all of its remaining energy trying to protect them from the hit.

Yeah, it was pretty rough. There were two whole days where Mario was too cold to really do anything other then sleep. And even after he warmed up.. he was too exhausted to move, so he just kept sleeping.

As for the toads.. I think Toadsworth would have been pretty upset at the scientists. And he would tell them that they needed to pace their research better as to not overwork Mario.

He also probably wanted to be present for more of the testing. To insure their hero’s were being given proper treatment. You know, he wanted them to be treated like hero's who were graciously offering their bodies for scientific study. Not guinea pigs.

Basically, I don’t know anything about Mr L. And considering if from the paper Mario series.. he might not have a place in the AU..

I haven’t actually thought that part out yet. And I’m not sure I’ll ever find an explanation.. its as much of a mystery to me as it is to the characters I guess haha <XD ...

Here they are, first to last:

Lloyd, the whole reason I got into Danny after a few years of being over him in the first place. Old ghost glow in the dark robot guy working in the in-world version of haunted mantion ride.

Animatronic Danny: first started as a one-off joke character inpired by people editing Danny into FNAF screenshots but everyone (and by everyone I mean me and a couple of friends at the time) liked him so he evolved into something more. His lore is basically he was a normal animatronic in the normal pizza place, but his place closed, he got new owners who retrofitted and reprogrammed him to be furry Danny Elfman and now he has crisis. Also he is not a part of fnaf lore anymore btw

So-Lo era Danny looking mf, doesn't have an oficial name. Was supposed to be in tge same universe as Lloyd, but I scrapped the idea and now just have one consept. Was meaning to make him into an adoptable a long time ago

And the newest one is crossover with Steam Powered Giraffe bacause them and Danny are my two big interests. Doesn't have any lore now but I want to write him some just for the fun of it
