I understand that, sometimes, killing can be a form of salvation for those who were wronged by the world.

But the villain's deaths were all bullshit in my opinion. So Imma fix them myself.

TOGA - She didn't need to give all her blood, just enough to keep herself and Ochako alive long enough for the ambulance to get there. And she could've faked her death, then in the Ten Year timeskip we see her wearing a mask and colored her hair so she can hide among the crowd as she watches Uravity be the hero Toga needed so long ago but now to the future children like her.

TOUYA - They have the technology to steal quirks and all that, just take his and put it into a robot/android. Touya would still 100% die no matter what in this scenario, but part of him will live on (and Deku had better told the secrets of quirks basically being a person's soul to the government - or at least Hawks - bc I swear I'm going to reality hop and hit him with a bat to the head myself). Maybe not the smartest idea, but it could bring in a wave of new studies into how quirks truly function and bring a new revolution of human-like robots (if y'all are into sci-fi like I am hehe). He may not be happy about it, but at least he'll be able to talk with his siblings again and 'eat' Soba with Shoto for once.

KUROGIRI - Honestly, same route as Touya. Take his quirk, and put it into a robot. That way, he can be the hero he wanted to be as Oboro (tho at this point I wouldn't really change his death because it's more about Aizawa and Mic's grief finally being overcome as Oboro passes a second time).

SHIGARAKI - Can I say robot again? Because aside from Toga, every League member that died can be put into a robot at this point. But this time, Shigaraki would 'grow up' (FNAF robot style) as Tenko like it should be and he'd have a happy quirkless future. It wouldn't be 'him' (as his quirk would be entirely gone thus no soul left), but it would be a big thing in terms of technology advancements to have 'aging' robots.

Something that always irked me about FNAF security breach and ruin.

Okay so this is a bit of a rant but something that has been irked me about FNAF security breach true ending and ruin is why did Freddy leave his friends to die?

No shade to my boy Glam Rock Freddy but it's something that's never made sense to me. Freddy has stated on several occasions that the other animatronics are his friends people he cares about even seeming Disturbed and even a little upset when we bring him the severed body parts of his friends. When you take him to Bonnie bowl he even states that he deeply misses Bonnie showing that they were good friends maybe even more. It shows that Freddy cares or at least has cared about his fellow band mates, so why leave them trapped? Not to mention Freddy (or at least Freddy's head) and Gregory leave the pizza Plex with Vanessa in the true ending so this raises the question of if vanessa can be saved, why can't they? If Vanessa's not beyond salvation then, could the others have been saved too?

You could argue that the others are too far gone (like in the case of Monty) but for the most part this directly contradicts what we see in ruin with Roxanne apologizing and even holding hands with and having a clear conversation with Cassie even protecting her from the mimic in the end.

So why leave them? Why leave the ones you deeply care about behind? Why leave others just as sentient and aware as you for dead? You could argue that glamrock Freddy doesn't care but that seems so... out of character for him when going through his voice lines when giving him upgrades he says he would never do anything to hurt his friends and when you give him Roxy's eyes and chica's voice box he asks both times if they're okay. He clearly seems like he cares, so why leave them behind? And I don't have any clear answer to that which only frustrates me further.

TLDR: despite seeming to care deeply for his friends Glam Rock Freddy left them to die and for the life of me I can't understand why.

Puppet, Foxy, Bonnie, Freddy and Chica now live with Fredbear and the ghost with him, Cassidy, at Fredbear's Family Diner, after the latter found them in a terrible state shortly after the death of their killer.

That's when they discover terrible news: Freddy Fazbear's Entertainment will soon reopen its doors, despite the terrible events that took place there. The animatronics are outraged by this decision, but do not realize to what extent this event will turn everything upside down.

Because, for 20 years now a being has been waiting to be able to come out of the place in which he was condemned. William Afton is still "alive". Half dead, half alive he haunts Springbonnie's costume. But what everyone doesn't know is that Springbonnie's consciousness is also there, fighting tirelessly to maintain control of his body.

Poppy Playtime chapter 3's 2nd teaser is out and holyshit this thing is dark.

Like we know from the last one it's dark but this is dark.

These are my initial thoughts while talking bout it.

We see our beloved train, tipped over and on fire.

Great start.

And a sign that we are very clearly in Play care.

Which is where, way back in Chapter 2 the train we were aboard crashed into.

And shout out to Huggy, poor guy is going through it.

His head is on a pike and his body is just on the floor splayed with blood.

And from the claw marks he was dragged.

Preseumbly by the beast in the thumbnail?

There's black and white pictures of what I assume are children.

Children's drawings saying unnerving and sad stuff.

Mostly about being afraid, being abandoned etc.

Oh yeah and there's words on the wall, what I zoomed in on were the phrases:

"the original saved us"

"I live to serve our angel of salvation"

Which sounds like we're in for a good ol fashioned cult.

Insert the obligatory if I had a £1 for everytime an indie horror game based on children's entertainment.

Ended up with writing on the wall, talk of an angel and a being of salvation.

I'd have £2.

And I'm here for it.

Also I'm assuming by "original" they mean the prototype.

And I may be reaching but it even looks like candles on the floor....

Which is sus.

What also stood out to me on the wall was the phrase:

"Never forget the hour of Joy"

Because we've seen a similiar phrase to this before.

Its actually in the tunnels in the RESTRICTED_location_08-08-1995.mp4 video on Mob Entertainment's YouTube channel.

Which is the one where Kissy is strapped to the train.

Where the words "The Hour Of Joy Is At Hand" is on the wall.

We get a shadow of some kind of amalgamation of different toy parts.

Can see what looks like a wuggy head, arms that look like their from mommy long legs.

Which could be the prototypes full form.

Given how mommy says "What have you done! He'll make me part of him"

Before being dragged away by the Protypes claw in Chapter 2.

And we get a good ol jumpscare at the end.

Complete with glowing white eyes.

Not that I can figure out what it is, it's too dark.

... Might be the Fnaf fan in me but I was like... Is that a bunny?

It's preseumbly the monster in the thumbnail.

Before red gas appears.

We know this chapter will feature a gas mask, since that was the focus of the first trailer.

They're are ongoing theories that this gas could be how the kids were fused with the toys.

Given the first experiment we see, 814 dealt with poppy flowers.

And you know... Poppy Playtime. With Poppy the doll named after how her hair is supposed to smell like poppy flowers.

And that Poppy flowers don't have a scent unless your talking about Opium Poppies.

And how they were used in this era as soothers and things used to put kids to sleep.

To over simplify.

Speaking of sleep, we get a red Poppy playtime chapter 3 title screen.

Now with the subtitle, Deep Sleep.

👀 So we might be on the right track.

And a release for Winter 2023.

I am pumped man, like Ruin came out and now this it's a good year for indie horror games.

I've been looking for a fic I found some days ago, but it has vanished completely from my history, my bookmarks, and even my subscriptions

The fic was a FNAF time travel au in which Henry went back and was trying to save as many people as possible. In his way he discovers Jeremy Fitzgerald also remembers and they conspire to stop William from killing anyone (I'm pretty sure charlie was also brought to life in this au but I'm not sure)

There was a scene in which Jeremy saved Michael from being killed by Circus baby instead of Elizabeth, and after that traumatic event there was a comfort scene, and I'm craving that comfort right now :

Here's what I hope for the second Fnaf movie when it comes out in 2025-2026 (filming has been pushed back from this summer to December of 2024)

○For the film to be slightly longer, like around 2 hours and 50 minutes at most, and for it to fully expand out its characters (don't get me wrong, the actors and actresses did wonderfully in the first film but I do feel that certain characters were underutilized, such as Abby's babysitter Max who's rumored to make an appearance in the second film as Shadow Freddy).

○For some loose ends to be tied up (the director actually said that what happened to Jane Schmidt will be tied up in the sequel. It's very likely Golden Freddy merely put Jane in a coma, just to get her out of the way. Since Mike doesn't look to be under any pressure by police when the ending comes around, I can assume he's not under interrogation).

○For the sequel to actually be Rated-R and to take full advantage of it (The first couple games are NOT PG-13 in any way, shape, or form). The closest the first film comes to a Rated R scene is the break-in scene.

○Some confirmation of what actually happened to Mike's father (I believe Mr. Schmidt is the film's version of Henry Emily).

○Vanessa revealing that her father and Mike's father knew each other

○Mike and Vanessa co-parenting Abby together.

○Shadow Freddy (Max) trying to protect Abby from the Toy Animatronics

○Jeremy Fitzgerald revealed to be Michael Afton, Vanessa's long-lost brother

So, first, I would like to thank you for your time when sending this question.

My thoughts:

You touched an important issue I had with the movie. Characters and pacing (that's two issues.) The movie spent a lot of time trying to show the basics of the franchise while trying to tell a story at the same time. There's little room for character development or screen time. It took the novel to make me realize there's more into this world other than Mike, Vanessa, and Abby. Good call there. Now that you mention it: if Shadow Freddy appears in the sequel (either as Max's spirit or anything else), do you think we'll get any better leads on just what exactly he is? He's still a mystery to this day.

Hm. Well, the novel did imply that Jane's condition might be beyond salvation (Pool of "ketchup" and Mike's comment on Jane "moving on".) Then again, the novel is based on an earlier version of the script. Maybe things changed from the final version. Both media didn't explain Jane that well; she kinda just ... died.

Eh, agree to disagree, honestly. To me, FNaF was never too graphical (like some people like to affirm), but also not too family-friendly. PG-13 is fine, but Scott could've done more than just the break-in, in my opinion.

Oh, yeah! Good one. Mike's family was done in a way that left loose ends for sequels to explore. With the Garret/Puppet/Charlotte potential connection, maybe Henry is (in a way) Mike's father? I guess the Afton x Emily never ends, huh ...

Vanessa knows way more than what she told us. Too bad she's currently in a hospital bed, relying on medical equipment. I don't think it'll be Vanessa though; Mike being an "Emily" would be the big twist of the sequel (like with Vanessa being an Afton.) Maybe Springtrap will spill the beans?

Oh, definitely! I think that's for the 3rd movie, sadly. Vanessa still has to come to terms with her past, so there are some priorities to be concluded first. I see the potential for more.

Makes me wonder if Shadow Freddy's true intentions. Bad guy or good guy? It's not like he shows up that much in the franchise.

Oh man, that'd be crazy! Is Jeremy confirmed to be in the sequel? I dunno, but I'd like to see him regardless. To have him as an Afton ... nuts.
