It seems like Vanny was cut from Into the Pit

Unused code and various unused sound effects indicate that Vanessa/Vanny was originally the star of all the Into the Pit minigames before being changed to Fazbear Fright themed ones instead. From what can be gathered, you would play as Vanessa luring children to William Afton, who would kill them and cause Vanessa to have a mental breakdown. And turn into Vanny.

The Vanny sprite on the left is called "Vanessa_Creepy" while the ones on the middle and left are called some variant of "Whitetrabbit." It's unknown why the red shirt boy used in the final game to represent Greg from Fetch is called this. It's presumably just a mistake on the part of the developers.

There is also these unused text files of presumably William Afton or Glitchtrap pretending to be him calling her a good girl. This could tie into Vanessa saying she was supposed to be a good girl in Security Breach.

Wanted to redraw that one FNAF's Into the Pit achievement/photo about the strange photo, but with my own FNAF designs, with my own little twist on the blanked/scratched out faces.

Plus, I've never drawn them actually together for a photo like this in-universe before, so I had to take the opportunity. Also, happy belated FNAF anniversary. I don't really have anything special since it's been pretty hectic on my end, but I swear, being here for, I don't know, 10 years of FNAF is wild, actually. Cheers!

So, are we gonna talk about Oswald's dad seemingly owning a Freddy mask? Y'know, the one that falls from the attic seemingly out of nowhere that, as far as I know, has no use other than trading, which is optional since there's a second tradable item you can use instead?

Of course, they probably sold those things at the pizzerias prize counter for a handful of tickets. So, in-universe, tons of kids probably own those things. Oswald's dad would've been a kid, or perhaps a teen "thug", around the time it was still open, hm?

SPOILERS FOR INTO THE PIT AHEAD

Been seriously thinking about this... it's my theory that what happens between Oswald and Spring Bonnie parallels what happened with William Afton and Michael Afton.

I think Michael found out his father was a murderer, and he tried to warn people, but no one believed him, so he was forced to deal with William on his own, the only one who knew his father was actually a monster.

And if you think this parallel needs proof, one of the five endings for Into The Pit reveals that Oswald ends up possessing Foxy, whom we never actually see in-game. To my knowledge, Michael Afton is the Crying Child's older brother, and what does he famously wear? A Foxy mask.
