Reader is like puppet from fnaf, their character being very similar to puppet, them having the same voice and powers? Yknow Puppet flies fast as HELL and etc, Reader most of the time stays in the music box, and just gets out when really wanted or needed, for example: when theres an IHA or when someone needs them for something.

ashamed to admit this but i have not touched fnaf outside of security breach, recently at least. the last time i was fully invested in the fnaf lore was when fnaf 4 had just dropped, so im quite literally relying off of your description like its a life line because i know how insane fnaf lore has gotten think imma answer this request then take another short break since my lower back is starting to get sore from sitting all day; gotta go stretch my legs too

CAINE:

you do have your own room, of course, but you tend to usually stay in your music box; of which you came with when you first entered the digital world... which was a little odd, but hey its not the strangest thing that anyone here has seen! i like to think that sometimes caine comes to your box at night and tries to will you out so he can get to know you more. leave it to the ai to fall for the mysterious circus member who rarely leaves their box... i think sometimes he would hum and sing along to the music your box makes

POMNI:

the first time you rush out of your music box it takes her off guard, almost making her fall off her feet when you dash right by her to do... whatever was required of you at that moment in time. if she were being honest, she didnt think you were a real person, she had always assumed that you were an npc; it wasnt unheard of that caine would have npcs stationed about for in house adventures, or to man the carnival..! though i dont think she would interact much with you, considering you rarely interact with the others; what use would it be to pester you?

JAX:

honestly before realizing you literally live and sleep and mostly exist in the music box, he probably puts stuff on top of your box... accidentally trapping you inside it. well, actually trapping wouldnt be accurate because you ended up brute forcing your way out, literally sending everything that was on top of the box flying; scaring just about everyone in the room. imagine trying to find out whos faster; you or jax.. i mean, have you seen how fast jax bolted when they found out koufmo abstracted?

RAGATHA:

always tries to ask you if you want to join in on the in house adventure, she doesnt want you to feel left out or unwelcome; even though most times you willingly back out of the activity. though, she feels relieved and even smiles when you spring out of your box to join in on the action... at least she knows you havent abstracted... brain stimulation is important, you know!

KINGER:

he finds some comfort in the music, slowly but surely as the days pass he moves his pillow fort closer and closer to your box before eventually hes right next to you. sometimes even naps, leaning against it. though he does immediately scamper off when you suddenly lunge out to race towards whoever is calling for you. at least he can count on you to have his back in moments of danger or fear!

ZOOBLE:

usually stays in their own lane, but for one reason or another they need help during an IHA, and their yelps and incoherent speech was enough to catch your attention. be it gloink or otherwise, you obliterate the problem; effectively haunting zooble for the rest of their life by your actions... but hey, it feels... nice, having someone you can rely on

GANGLE:

character who is soft spoken and shy meets character that rarely leaves their box when its not needed or necessary; how could a relationship, romantic or otherwise, be fostered in conditions such as this? oddly enough, the silence between you two brings you together, the music keeping the silence from becoming overwhelming. i like to think that sometimes gangle leaves you little notes, choosing to write rather than verbally speak... best not to ruin that special quiet the two of you have learned to share

life has been so busy lately and I've lost the strength to write anything, but I love you all and I want to appear here more often, so have this for now 💗 i still remember the fic that I wanted to write, inspired by Lana's song and I’ll definitely post it! just a little later, when I won’t be so stressed :)

aside of fnaf, I also returned to one of my favorite fandoms from childhood, so I hope you won't mind if Ill post more than just fnaf here ??

♡ The bright lights of the amusement park greeted you, casting long shadows across the wooden boardwalk beneath your feet. The sound of carnival games and laughter filled the air, a perfect warm, sultry night. William’s arm rested around your waist, firm and possessive, holding you close to him. His hand found your hip, fingers curling slightly, like he owned you—because in a way, he did.

♡ “Having fun, princess?” you nodded, biting your lip coyly, knowing exactly the effect it had on him. He let out a quiet chuckle, looking at your expression. He caught you looking up at the Ferris wheel, eyes wide with excitement. You weren’t even thinking about it, but he noticed everything.

♡ “What are you looking at?” the way his fingers gripped your waist tighter made it clear he wasn’t used to being ignored. You only smiled and glanced at the vendor selling ice cream cones nearby, your eyes flicking from the ice cream stand back to him, giving him that playful look he adored. Without a word, William led you over, already knowing what you wanted. “Vanilla?” he asked, though the answer was obvious. 

♡ it was totally your day, you felt so happy, all spoiled, his Coney Island baby. He saw you licking ice cream, imagining things he shouldn't in a place like this—but William wasn’t one to be shy about his desires. “You’re gonna make it melt if you keep playing around like that,” he muttered, his eyes darkened as he watched you savor the sweet, cold treat. You couldn't help the soft laugh that escaped your lips as you continued to tease him, deliberately slow in the way you enjoyed each bite.

♡ You just loved teasing this man.

♡ The lights were dim around the edges of the park, damn perfect for stealing a moment away from the crowd. Without warning, William pulled you behind one of the old game booths, his hand coming up to cup your cheek as he leaned in, his lips finding yours in a hungry, breathless kiss. He wrapped his other arm around your waist, pulling you close to him. You melted into him, the world around you forgotten. Hoping no one saw, you felt the thrill of being hidden yet so exposed. William kissed you so greedily and aggressively, barely restraining himself from taking you right there.

♡ “You taste like sugar, darlin.” he whispered against your lips, staring into your eyes. You smirked, pulling him down for another kiss, your hands in his hair.

♡ The night seemed to stretch on forever as you found yourselves at one of those old-fashioned photo booths, the kind where the pictures came out in black-and-white strips. You slid in first, making ridiculous faces for the camera, sticking out your tongue and winking while William sat next to you, arms crossed. “You’re ridiculous,” he said, watching you

♡ As the final photo flashed, you caught him off guard, leaning over and pressing a flurry of kisses on his cheekbones. He groaned, half in frustration, half in delight, trying to pretend like he wasn’t enjoying it as much as he was. But you knew better. His hands cupped your face, pulling you into another kiss, this one softer, but no less passionate.

“Couldn’t help yourself, could you?” he teased.

♡ The night wasn’t over yet. After hours of fun at the amusement park, you found yourself at a cozy little café with a veranda. William sat across from you, his eyes locked on yours, a slow smile tugging at his lips. “Order whatever you like, princess,” he murmured, never looking at the menu and prices. You grinned, your gaze darting to the menu as you picked out a few treats, knowing he’d get you anything you wanted.

♡ The drinks arrived, and you took a sip, feeling William’s eyes still on you. He leaned in a little, that familiar smirk playing on his lips. “You’ve been quiet,” he said. “something on your mind, darling?” his eyes gleamed in the dim light, and you couldn’t help but pout, feeling playful under his gaze.

♡ “Mm, just thinking how you spoil me too much,“ you teased, letting your lip jut out, knowing exactly what you were doing. His eyebrow raised slightly.

“Is that so?” he replied, leaning closer. “and here I thought you liked being spoiled.”

♡ You smiled, shrugging innocently. “Of course I do. . . just missed you this week, you’ve been so busy.” you trailed off, letting your pout deepen, knowing it would drive him crazy. 

His let out a low chuckle and and before you knew it, his hand was reaching across the table, fingers gently brushing your cheek. “You really know how to get me, don’t you, princess?” he murmured, his thumb tracing the curve of your lip. Your breath caught in your throat, and you could only nod, your heart pounding at the way he was looking at you.

♡ His hand cupped your cute face now, both palms warm against your cheeks, holding you in place as his eyes bore into yours. “What am I going to do with you?” he whispered and you met his gaze, biting your lip slightly before replying.

“Whatever you want, mr. Afton. . ?” there it was, even though you dropped the formalities a long time ago, you knew that his weakness of his, when you called him that in your angelic voice, giving him puppy eyes. The words came out softly, almost teasing, but the way his eyes flickered with amusement and something deeper made you feel even more vulnerable under his touch.

♡ “Careful, or I just might,” he murmured, his lips now inches from yours. You couldn’t resist anymore, leaning in to close the gap, your lips brushing his in a romantic, teasing kiss. He chuckled against your mouth before deepening the kiss, his grip tightening ever so slightly on your face. 

♡ The moonlight shimmered on the ocean’s surface, casting a silvery glow over the beach as the two of you strolled along the shore. The air was cooler now, the soft sound of waves crashing in the distance adding to the peaceful atmosphere. You leaned into William’s side, your fingers brushing against his, but something playful flickered inside you. You stopped suddenly, grinning up at him. 

♡ “Let’s go in the water,” you said, your eyes sparkling with mischief. 

♡ You laughed, taking his hand fully now, tugging at him. “Come on, it’s perfect! Let’s have some fun.” before he could argue, you were pulling him toward the shoreline, your feet sinking into the cool sand. “You can’t say no to me,” you teased, glancing back at him with a playful wink. He chuckled, shaking his head but letting you lead him.

♡ The moment the water hit your feet, a chill shot through you, making you giggle. “It’s freezing!“ you squealed. William stood behind you, amused, watching as you waded in further. 

“You’re going to regret that,” he called, crossing his arms over his chest, but finding your actions adorable as fuck.

♡ But you weren’t backing down. “You can’t just stand there all night,”. you teased, your grin wide as you splashed water in his direction. His eyes narrowed, his lips curving into a dangerously playful smirk. 

“Oh, you’re asking for it now, darling.”

♡ In a swift motion, he was in the water too, his arm wrapping around your waist as he pulled you back against him. You giggled in surprise, your laughter echoing across the empty beach. “See? You can’t resist me,” you teased, batting your eyes, leaning back into him as the water lapped around your legs.

♡ Without warning, William bent down slightly and scooped you up into his arms, holding you in his hands. You gasped, clutching onto his shoulders, your laughter bubbling up again. “God, William!” you shrieked, kicking your feet playfully. He laughed together with you, holding you tighter as he began to wade deeper into the water.

♡ “You’re going to get us both soaked,” he said, but there was a grin on his face as he dipped down toward the sea, the water nearly reaching your feet as he mockingly bowed to the waves. “Careful, princess, or I’ll drop you right in,” he teased, making you cling to him even tighter.

♡ “You wouldn’t dare,” you laughed, though you couldn’t help but cling to him more, wrapping your arms around his neck as he pretended to bow again, dipping you dangerously close to the water. The sea glistened beneath you. 

♡ “Oh, I would,” he replied as he dipped even lower, making you gasp and clutch onto him with everything you had. 

“William!” you cried through your laughter, burying your face into his neck. He laughed along with you, straightening up.

♡ “I’d never drop you, you know that, sweetheart,“ he said, his voice softer now, both playfulness and gentleness in his tone as he looked down at you, his arms still wrapped around you protectively.

Let's Talk About Sun and Moon

I've been itching to share all my thoughts & theories on the Daycare Attendant ever since I first played SB. With MattPat's latest video reacting to Fuhnaff's recent Ruin theory, I could no longer contain my silence. It's obvious Steel Wool is pointing us back to Sister Location, or more specifically Circus Baby's Pizzaria. I think we'll find that the daycare attendant has been here all along. Below are a few key things I want to open discussions with the DCA fandom. Buckle up friends, and grab a snack or 3, because this is a long one. Let me know your likes, let me know your dislikes. (FYI general disclaimer that I bummed all these pictures from Google and that spoilers ARE contained below)

Personally, my theory is the DCA is an old funtime/toy animatronic from Cirus Baby's Pizzaria that was repurposed for one reason or another and brought to the PizzaPlex. Let's go over some of the reasons why:

Does the Daycare attendant fit with the Glamrock animatronics?

No. Not even a little. The Glamrocks are synonymous with neon signs, rock n roll, and 80s-early 90s vibes. Sun and Moon are based off of the naturally occurring satellites we see in the sky on the daily. Most FNAF theorist tends to unanimously state they simply "don't know what to do with the daycare attendant." It's understandable. They don't really flow with the rest of the SB cast animatronics.

You know who I think they do mesh with though? Circus Baby, Funtime Freddy, and Bellora. While one could argue they are not an exact fit, they certainly fit the circus designs far better than the Glamrocks. Sun with his striped pants, bells, ribbons, and poofy collar certainly give him more of a clown-like look (dare I even suggest, they look like a jester, Mimic fans?)

I've also always felt that Moon's speech patterns model Funtime Freddy's more than the Glamrocks or even Suns. They sound like preselected lines he's been programmed to say, rather than cohesive sentences most of the time with limited vocabulary usage, not unlike the lines delivered by the withered, Funtime, and Toy animatronics in Ultimate Custom Night. Phrases that sound innocent, but with the given inflection, they're obvious threats. Kellen Goff, the overly amazing voice actor for both the DCA, and Funtime Freddy stated once in an interview that the audition description for FF was "a voice that children would love, but adults would hate/fear." He nails that with Freddy, but, I think his performance with Moon warrants that description somewhat as well.

Another circus link I want to point out is this little devil right here:

Ballon Boy. He too blends in with the circus theme. It's also worth mentioning the arcade machine hidden within the DCA's room is Balloon World. Where in-game versions of Sun and Moon watch over any poor soul attempting to complete this flappy bird ripoff. Has anyone ever noticed that the arcade cabinet, and the game's home screen you start on, display a carnival tent?

Further, Kids Cove is linked to the daycare- the floor map shows us the shore of Kids Cove flows into the daycare, which flows to a flowery hilltop where the DCA's castle room sits. A pirate version of Foxy is the featured animatronic of Kid's Cove. In fact, every character cut-out you need to flash with the FazCam to access the DCA's room is a member of the original four: Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, and Foxy.

The DCA lore from Bobbiedots states the DCA was "an old stage animatronic" NOT specifically from the FazBear theater. Of course, no one can deny the FazBear theater is absolutely pointing us toward them being meant to be performing there. The artwork of the daycare has the FazTheater in the "sky" per the scenery, there's a sun framing the entrance banner, and Moon's patterns decorate the door. Additionally, both the comedy and tragedy masks line the banner.

Could it be they are older animatronics meant to be retrofitted and added to the lineup but were instead reprogrammed as the Daycare Attendant last minute or, were they performing an old throwback routine from their original pizzeria for a time before they were reprogrammeed? Or was it always the FazBear Theater from the get-go? I feel all these scenarios are somewhat plausible.

Sun/Moon make more rudimentary machine sounds than the other animatronics in SB. It's hard to describe the glamrocks and the endos just sound smoother, like well-oiled machines. While Sun's movements are fluid and the sounds he produces are rhythmic, he sounds more like a clock or wind-up toy than anything else. Moon flat-out squeaks- a LOT. Like he hasn't been oiled in years. (Admittedly, this could just be a subtle attempt by Steel Wool to help you deal with Moon during the generator section. It's dark as crap, and you CAN hear Moon coming far sooner than you see him.) You can listen to isolated sounds of Sun's mechanisms on the FNAF Wiki and you can hear Moon on any SB playthrough. I think their cable might also be considered rudimentary compared to the glamrocks as well, but, this is also a personal opinion that doesn't really have any evidence to back it up.

I could probably add a few more minor things, but I think I've given us all quite enough to chew on for now. I know I've failed to mention Eclipse this entire time. Without any additional lore, it's hard for me to decide whether he's the original version of Sun and Moon, or a brand new addition. Obviously, a lot of my theories here are either supported or thrown out the window based on which one is true. I'm okay with letting that lie for now until we (hopefully) get a more concrete answer from Scott or Steel Wool.

It seems like we'll be getting a Sun-based story in Tales #8 so I'm eagerly awaiting to see if that completely disproves my ideas, or gives them any merit. I certainly don't think I have them 100% figured out, but, I think the limited amount of lore regarding the origins of the DCA means Steel Wool's hiding something. Balloon World. VERY heavily carnival themed and part of arcade conspiracy, as well as being the only arcade game you can complete and get an achievement for besides Princess Quest 3, and is heavily speculated to be connected to GGY/Gregory. It's also located in Burntrap basement next to a little hide out (most likely GGY's) and also in a hidden area in the daycare attendants room, with the sky in BW being shown on the roof of the daycare attendants room in the AR world in Ruin. Needless to say it seems to be very important, which makes its carnival theming all the more important as well.

3. These weird ass Funko toys that are way too high quality to be Funko exclusive designs, and have also appeared on other fnaf merch outside of Funko

4. I can't get a good picture, but the carousel in Help Wanted 2 has a carnival in the background (as well as hard mode possibly just straight up taking place in HW1 Fall Fest, though tbh I could be misremembering)

5. Fury's Rage, a game made to hold fans off after Security Breach's delay, has a level that's set in/near a circus (I booted up the game just to get these screenshots. if you even care.)

6. Fnaf AR has a DLC named 'Dark Circus: Encore!' which, as the name would imply, takes place in a circus with a lot of circus themed animatronic skins

7. The Tales from the Pizzaplex epilogues start off in a carnival right across the street from the Pizzaplex

8. Help Wanted 2 Helpy first aid sections voice is referred to as 'Carnival Nurse' in the captions

9. Help Wanted 2 Barker Bear/Carnie is called. well. Carnie. Which is a name for a carnival employee

10. Help Wanted 2 had a decently heavy focus on Circus Baby in marketing (not too damning but still worth mentioning)

11. Help Wanted 1's DLC took place in Fall Fest

I’m looking for an artist to collab with for an AU

Hello! If you don’t know me already, my name is Dragon, the author of the TADC fics 5+1 and Royally Screwed (and also a funnybunny shipper). However, I am coming up with a totally new AU, something similar to the carnival and freakshow au as well as inspiration from Bendy and the Ink Machine, Poppy Playtime and Amanda the Adventurer.

I call it ‘The Amazing Digital REDACTED’ au.

In this au, you ‘the player’ play as Jax, an ex-employee of C&A returning to the abandoned building in order to find the rest of your work employees after a mysterious incident years ago. With hidden knowledge that he must enter the game in order to find them, Jax does just that while managing to retain his memories. Along with his accomplice Bubble (a helpful AI who wants to free the rest of the trapped souls) and some help from his friend Winter (yes Winter from 5+1 will be in this but that fic isn’t canon to this au) on the outside, Jax tries to fix his past mistakes and save everyone – especially a particular jester he loved and lost long ago.

Yup that’s right, Jax will be the main character of this au and you will be playing as him. Let me explain, there is a feature on AO3 that allows you to make multiple choices on how you want the story to play out, like a telltale video game if you understand what I’m saying. You will get to pick and choose how Jax goes about his adventure and receive more than one ending (with a canon ending as well). And yes, this au’s main ship is funnybunny as I believe that it deserves more recognition and I find that these two in this au are very interesting to explore (especially with their past).

However, this fic is going to take quite a long time to make and is going to be bigger than anything else that I have written in the past. That is why I want to team up with a fellow TADC/funnybunny artist (since I am not an artist and do better with writing and characters) and create a separate blog for this au to come up with comics and art together. If you’ve seen the blogs for the Carnival and Freakshow au’s, you know that with their comics and art they explore more of the world, drop some lore, do character sheets and explain the pasts of the characters. This is what I’m hoping for if I team up with an artist. This au will mostly be on tumblr however if it does well I might add it to twitter as well since I’m putting this post on twitter as well.

Here are what I have pictured for the characters so far.

Jax: Past name; Jack. Ex employee of C&A, main character and who you the player will be playing as. Before the ‘incident’, Jax used to work at C&A as part of a coding team, to make sure that there were no bugs before any games were released. While C&A wasn’t on his list of jobs to pick, it was the only one that seemed best due to the pay and the fact that they could pay for schooling for those with children. Since Jax has a little sister named Jane, and has no parental figures in his life, he takes the job in order to help pay for the both of them and to make sure that Jane gets a good education. Unlike his canon TADC counterpart, Jax is more quiet, tired and while sarcastic, isn’t all out cruel to everyone unless they are bad people (think Mike from the FNAF movie especially with his relationship with his younger sister). He becomes quite close with his boss’s daughter however, Penny (Pomni) with him starting to develop feelings for the shy girl. However, after the day of the ‘incident’ Jax is left with nothing but guilt since he knew things that contributed to that day. Now he has a chance to make things right and save everyone, and Pomni.

Pomni: Past name; Penny. Ex employee of C&A and daughter of the CEO Abel, Pomni is an extremely introverted and socially awkward person, due to being traumatised by her mother’s death. She and her father don’t have a good relationship, with reasons that will become clearer later. She was quite close to the past version of Ragatha, but other than her father, she doesn’t really have a relationship with anyone. She likes to work alone to focus on the numbers and accounting part of her job (she understands numbers more than people) until she meets Jack. Though Jack is usually a bit standoffish, he is sweet to Penny due to her shy nature and helps keep an eye on her throughout their jobs so that she doesn’t feel too overwhelmed. Overcome by his sudden kindness and protectiveness, Penny starts to develop feelings for Jax. However, after the day of the ‘incident’ she is now trapped in the game, forever a jester trapped in a box…until Jax shows up.

Jax:

Sans the goggles, think of Jax wearing this over his grey and dirty overalls, he could also be holding a makeshift weapon like a bat or a stick so that he can fight off enemies. This version of Jax is much more serious and he is ready to fight in order to get the job done.

Pomni:

(on the last pic, focus on the makeup rather than the outfit)

Overly baggy and childish, with blue and black instead of blue and red. This design is a reminder of her past trauma and as so, is implemented into her circus features. Due to it being too big for her, it makes it hard for her to run and escape, and the ridiculousness of it all is a huge slap in the face that this is her new life now and is fully erased of her past.  Even the makeup covers up any kind of normalcy on her face.

Adventures (pt 1 of ??)

Since my FNAF World universe is a alternate world connected to the normal FNAF universe through the red lake in my AU. The Adventure Animatronics weren't originally a thing in my AU but since a revamp is happening, might as well add them

They're organic beings that are their own beings but share some similarities to the Animatronics themselves

Freddy runs a Pizza parlour, he has employed his friends and family to help out

Bonnie is a professional bowler and has a bowling alley in the parlour

Chica is a cook and kick box trainer and runs a mini cooking workshop for kids and adults

And Foxy is a pilot, his hook and eyepatch are mainly for show but he does have a missing hand and partially blind eye. He has some carnival like rides in his area

Thoughts on it below the cut:

i’ll try not to jinx it but i think this might be steel wool going fully back on track with scary fnaf games again. i think they (including scott, as said in his interview) all learned their lesson with security breach and are now shifting the gears back to how they were originally.

that is to say, I THINK THIS MIGHT BE PEAK???!!

1. who is that in the box?

there are three options. one, clown version of the puppet. two, new character. three, the mimic itself.

the song (grandfathers clock, heavily associated with the puppet) plus the jack in the box makes it really look like it could be the puppet, but i personally think it’s the mimic. i feel like it would be odd to have a game titled “secrets of the mimic” only to preview the puppet with a carnival themed appearance. speaking of which, it doesn’t even look like the puppet at all. the puppet didn’t have a nose. it almost even looks more like ennard than the puppet (but thats kind of a scary thought so lets leave that there)

if you look, the eyes of this little feller look EXTREMELY similar to the mimics. the head shape and eye distance is pretty much the same but idk if that really means anything.

additionally, there’s a seam in the middle. perhaps this line of animatronics may be similar to the funtimes?

2. what is this game gonna be about?

fallfest for SURE. there is a clear carnival theme here. the description for the video clearly states that this game will be looking to the past of fnaf. also the date says 1979. yea.

(can we give steel wool a round of applause for actually giving us a solid date on the timeline? holy shit!!!!)

3. who will this games protagonist be?

first of all: this games protagonist is most likely gonna be some random ass person we’ve never heard of.

BUT if the protagonist is someone we already know, henry or william would be amazing. But i heavily doubt it. i draw the line at my faith in steel wool here.

4. any returning animatronics?

besides obviously the mimic, i’m going to predict that we’ll see carnie and eclipse. judging by this animatronic’s appearance, it lines up really strongly with eclipse’s aesthetic, so i wouldnt be surprised to see him running around. we might see some references to circus baby, i’m not sure.

we might get some version of the main gang but i doubt they’ll be main features in this game.

5. hey what the fuck is this thing

i have no idea.

it looks like twenty different things at once. it also goes by really fast in the trailer. it kind of looks like an eye? or a hole? or something?? or even something under a microscope??? i have zero clue

now that i look closer there’s some speckles of white that look kinda weird. i know the crackles and white spots and distortion are part of this movie reel whatever thing but some of them look kind of odd. like that orange one near the center of the screen in that screenshot i took. I dunno. it almost looks like fire. hey, doesn’t carnie’s station burn down in help wanted 2? maybe this game will end with a fire!

6. how big will this game be?

it’s steel wool studios. i have a feeling it’s going to be somewhat open world, but smaller than SB for sure. we’re at a carnival, not a pizzaplex. if i had to make predictions on gameplay, ummm.. i think it would have minigames for sure, but idk if it would be another “camp out in an office” type game. perhaps we’d run and hide around the carnival? or do minigames to fend off killer animatronics??? we’ll see.

i really think steel wool is on its road to redemption after security breach (love that game but it was indeed questionable). i think this game is going to be incredible. im super excited, especially bc the release date is literally NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!

I'm actively looking forward to eventually getting into what I've done with the clowns of Creepypasta, the jesters and colorful attractions.

The vile and dementedly delusional Laughing Jack, and the anti heroic and grieving Laughing Jill are gonna be fun to discuss, I cannot wait to get into the intricacies of... IMAGINARY FRIENDS. Two sides of the same coin forever fighting in loop of madness and suffering.

Candy Pop is also going to be very fun, I'm fully leaning into the deal with the devil concepts for his character. He already had a pretty good foundation, and I want to push the character themes FURTHER.

Mr. Tickletwist is what I have a lot of loose concepts for and I really want to get into some of them, like I'm making him very much FNAF inspired, leaning into his robotic and synthetic nature. I've also been thinking about pulling from a bit of other concepts for him, such as the trope of "be careful what you wish for".

Like two others I really want to dive into, this character comes from the mind of Madame Macabre, and is one I would personally love to show off all of my conceptual rewrites and world building for... Hexi The Clown + The Dusklit Carnival! I'm fully leaning into the fact there could just be a portion of clowns on Earth that are actually interdimensional entities. Just... Get weird with it.

I need to talk about these goobers eventually, and you'll probably get Hexi very soon alongside Korbyn JumpingEagle and Dr. Evander Locklear with their supporting casts for a Madame Macabre character bundle!

I'm going to ramble about my jack-o-moon observations and theories here. (This is not Tsams)

Sooooooo. Jack (typing jack-o-Moon takes too long) has some interesting things. But to start this off. Let's first discuss my ideas of Fall fest.

So fall fest has been shoved into our faces a couple times. There has been some theories about what Fall fest is. My favorite theory is that it's some sort of older primal version of fazco (Probably going under another name) But I think that the Fall fest is some older version. Is that the playful characters that we know were created just for the establishments. But we're created prior in Fall fest. Even if they were costumes.

Anyways now that we know which fall fest theory I'm going about. I do think fall fest is where the first animatronics appeared. But definitely not the ones we know. I think Jack and maybe a couple of other circus looking guys were created first. Animatronics like Carny, balloon boy, Maybe the sister location people, and most importantly. Jack.

Yes I believe Jack is that old. Given the associations between the mimic and the DCA. As much as we might not want it, It is proof that they are old. I think Jack is literally the primal animatronic of the DCA. About as old as the mimic. And that Jack was repurposed into the DCA.

Which now we are going to get into some observations. I haven't gone over all of them and figure out what they mean. But I felt the context of where my brain was going would help with the context of my observations.

First observation I'm going to throw in your face is where Jack is. Jack is in a merry-go-round, and in the backstage of the foxy boat ride. First of all. I am pretty sure the carousel if anything is a refurbished item from Fall fest. Either that or it is legit from Fall fest. Now we have no idea of what sort of timeline is happening during help wanted 2. The location where many of these games are is in the Pizza Plex, sister location, And as far as I can tell Fall fest. Now given that everything FNAF lately has been really meta with games.

I am unsure if any of the games we play are real or not. They might literally be happening. Are recreations of certain events. Or are all hokey pokey and should not be trusted for lore. I'm going to go with reincarnations of certain events. Because that leads to some fun.

I'm going to put this little note here. Do two things that happen in the log ride. Mainly the glitchy next to Jack. I believe a part of him slipped into the game. I'll explain this later but it will help get some ideas down.

So the fall fest looking areas are recreated. Now this doesn't mean in my opinion that the characters have to be correct. If you were making a carnival and you knew that this robot or that robot was here. But you only had certain voices from one of the other. You would just work with what you got. So in my opinion the merry-go-round, despite using the DCA's current voice. Is actually just supposed to be Jack. They only used Sun and Moon's voice because they had nothing else to. They are the only living leftover of Jack. Not to mention that Jack doesn't technically have his own voice lines. It's all moons. So I think when this Jack appears, He's just using the voice that is available to him. But that's not his voice.

Which leads into another little fun thing. If Jack was only present in Fall fest. Why is he in the log boat ride. Well the simple matter of fact is that foxy's ride might have come from Fall fest. Even if then it wasn't a boat one. Like I said I think the worlds are reincarnations. And due to my little note before. I think Jack slipped in and took over games that were most familiar. Yes by that logic he could have gone into the dart game. But I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about the boat ride.

Jocko moon completely overrides the boat rides backstage. As far as I can tell in both help wanted and help wanted 2. Those games get taken over by the virus and start showing animatronics. I believe Jack is specifically in this one because it is familiar to him. Carny has the dart game. Perhaps Jack was never used in the dart game. Or he had a rivalry with Carny. Whichever way the boat ride was the closest to another Fall fest thing. So he decided to take that over instead.

Now let's get into the whole fact that jack Is even in the help wanted 2 files. Now this little theory is connected to a off-hand comment from another theorist. Basically they mentioned that Jack looks a little familiar to eclipse. The one that's stuck in the balloon boy arcade game. It makes a little bit of sense. He is a primarily dark shaded robot with glowing orange eyes and mouth. If it wasn't for the fact that Eclipse is all black and orange. They would really look similar to each other. And don't throw the fact that Jack doesn't have rays. He does! In his gallery he is seen with his rays. It is in my opinion he uses them interchangeably. The point is he has every good reason to look like arcade eclipse. And he can in a dark corner. So I believe the glitchy arcade Eclipse and Jack are one in the same. Eclipse as we see him in ruin is sun and moon's safety mode. Completely unrelated to the one inside of the arcade. Which I believe is either a fragment of Jack or him entirely.

Now on to my last bit of rambling. The Fall fest fire. It is evident that in both of the Fall fest like games they burn. Something happened at Fall fest. Now I do have the mental mentality to think that fall fest has been going on for at least a while after whatever this fire was. What now a fall fest happens during the time before the pizza plex. Whether it was some sort of temporary marketing while they rebooted the series I don't know. But I feel like whatever this fire was, definitely happened before that point. Anyways the fire. We're going to be talking primarily about the carousel. Since that's the one that Jack is in.

Some people might not know. But technically the fire spreads from the barn down to the carousel. Something happened to the barn. And I think Jack was in the carousel when it happened. It is very evident that Jack is in the carousel fire level. This can either mean two things. There is of course the option that Jack was the one to cause the fire in the barn and wandered down to the carousel for joyride. The other option is that Jack was in the carousel when the fire reached it. Seeking some safety that did not work. Depending on how you take Jack's gremlin behavior you could choose either. Either way I think the fire is a memory that Jack is connected to in the carousel. And that's why he specifically appeared there. The log ride might also be connected to a memory of Jack's. Of course it could just be that he wanted another place to rummage around in. Perhaps disconnected to the fire.

One more thing I might need to mention. Like I said I think eclipse in the arcade and Jack are connected somehow. It has become embarrassingly clear that the DCA is definitely in cahoots with glitch trap. Whether that be willing or not depends. Although I always think unwilling. Either way whatever happened to the DCA might have started with Jack. Jack might have had some glitch trap tampering at some point. Whether that was it when he was in limbo in security breach or way earlier is dependent. I like to think it happened during security breach because help wanted one and two do take place during the before and after time of security breach. I think Jack was the back door. Or at least got infected alongside moon. He jumped to the arcade Perhaps is some sort of safety. And maybe he traveled through the wires during ruin so that he could interact with our help wanted 2 protagonist. Either way I think Jack got infected and then jumped into the network of the pizzaplex. Whether fragmented or full doesn't matter. He got into the wires or transferred through some "old junk" when they were making the help wanted stuff.

And I think that's all my ramblings. They definitely could be organized better, but whatever. Maybe I'll fix them in another post later.

This is very weird, but I was playing FNAF World again for its anniversary and realized that the graveyard zone has a music theme with a melody that is very similar to that of the ending theme of HW2

After that, the melody becomes more circus-like, which is why I wonder what you think of the carnival theory?

I do think there's stuff about carnival related things being relevant, but I'm mostly holding off until we get more info.

FNAF fan game recommendation post

alllright, im a big fan of scrolling the fnaf tag on gamejolt, so i thought, hey! why not recommend some of the games ive played from there? maybe someone else will enjoy them!

before i start, i will preface with i have no idea if any of these are popular or well known, im simply sharing them because i enjoyed them

Entry 1 : Tealerland

Tealerland is, by far, one of my favorite FNAF fan games. while it isnt close to typical fnaf fan games at all - i enjoy that fact about it a lot. this was my first FNAF fan game, and it was definitely refreshing. the game itself takes place in a run down carnival, which was the first thing to catch my eye. it doesnt take place in any sort of diner at all! its characters are all appropriately carnival themed as well, along with an exclusion of any "too humanoid" animatronics (ie blank (fnac), something i dislike in fnaf fan games.) the gameplay is as well both new at still familiar. while you do use a computer and sit in an office, you have two other areas you can roam to-but only two, retaining that classic FNAF feel of being a sitting duck.

the mechanics are also quite easy to understand and digest, alongside a very handy guidebook detailing the animatronics mechanics being something you can read when you arent in game. this guidebook, as well as the bonus content (models, and old versions of the game) was what really made me love this game. it showed that the creator cared about it a lot, and its super well polished. not to mention -- if you find the game too easy, theres optional hard versions of every hour (or night). this gives the game quite a bit of replayability in my eyes! id say out of everything here, if youre new to FNAF fan games, this one is a great pick. not too hard, not too easy (if you choose so), and a fresh experience.

Entry 2 : The Return To Bloody Nights

The Return To Bloody Nights is a very faithful-to-the-older-games FNAF (prequel) fangame. It all takes place in an office in Fredbears Diner, but has plentiful quality of life and animations to breath some life into the game. If I had to praise only one thing about this game? Id say its the animations. Animatronics are animated while in the camera, they jump onto the screen if you flash them in the doorway, and so many more tiny details that i adore. The audio is also immaculate -- Red herrings left and right just like FNAF 1 and 2, unsettling stings when an animatronic appears, and even voicelines from one of the animatronics to make you nervous. It definitely isn't as easy as Tealerland, but, thats its charm. Its like FNAF proper! I cant even get past the fourth night in FNAF 1, its only fitting im stuck on the same level with TRTBN. But even though Im stuck, I adore this game to bits.

Entry 3 : Chica's Party World : REBAKED

The style of Chicas Party World is what caught my attention fast. Low poly PS1-esque graphics? Sign me the fuck up. And then, upon downloading, realizing it has amazing voice acting and a great environment? Hell yes. You dont even play as a security guard, youre a security droid! I havent gotten too far in this game yet, but it has captivated me. I also enjoy that the animatronics arent just "(x) freddy" or "(y) bonnie", they have actual names that really help separate them from just "freddy to the left".

Honorary mention! A Bite At Freddys - I havent played this one personally, only seen playthroughs, but I enjoy ABAF a lot. Its challenge oriented, which is why I havent played it yet, but hey, if you like challenges, itd be right up your alley!
