hi there!! id absolutely love to read fmff, but im a bit sensitive / anxious in relation to dark themes (think possessiveness, manipulation, and cruelty), and so i tend to be extra careful / cautious around ‘dark sbi’ specifically. i was wondering if you could give me a brief rundown on how dark it gets, or a recommendation of sorts on what i could expect if i did begin it? (im usually alright if things wrap up with a happy ending / genuine familial love, but i just have to be contentious!)

There's no manipulation or possessiveness — from the beginning, SBI wants Tommy to be safe, even if they can't let him go (as he'd reveal their location — plus, they don't think he should be a soldier in the first place).

As for cruelty, Phil has none, and Wilbur is standoffish and defensive but not cruel. Techno is the only one I'd consider DOING something cruel, even if it's with good intentions. (spoiler) He does attack Tommy, once with knowing who he is, once without (backstory). Even then, it's after (spoiler) Tommy almost accidentally kills Phil.

There will be no MCD, and the happy ending is just one chapter away! Hopefully that was a good explanation, let me know!

3. What's your favorite fic that you've written?

you know you're gonna go far is my mf baby i love those idiots so dearly and i think part of the reason it's my favorite is because i have so much fun with it. i mean i get to mash my two favorite things together so that's always super duper fun :))) i'm also really loving a wip i'm working on right now that's a you're gonna go far companion that focuses way more on rain and his career and i think that's some of the best stuff i've written in a while

6. Are there any fics from others you reread all the time?

not to absolutely suck your dick but i do go back to five minutes for fighting on the occasion.. i'm not huge on rereading stuff because once i've consumed something i know what happens so i have a hard time reading things for a second time but fmff is just soooo
