Some things to note:

Flymask is bridle slot, hides forelock, disabled for riding outfit and enabled for random.

Neck Rug is hat slot, hides mane, enabled for random.

Rug is saddle slot, disabled for riding outfit and enabled for random.

Boots are legwrap slot, enabled for random.

Tail Guard is Tail Accessory slot, requires the wrapped tail to be used or it won't work, disabled for random.

Hani in a harness. :3 She's never worn the proper driving bridle before but we had a go at wearing it today. I've always chosen not to use blinkers because she's only got one properly working eye and the last thing I want to do is restrict her vision even further.

But she does look very smart. I did consider cutting out the centre piece of her blinkers and replacing it with flymask mesh, but all in all, she honestly goes fine in just a regular bridle. Good practice for drawing Tistow though. :'D

Hello!! So kind of you to ask!!

Great news she is doing super! Loving 90% retirement and enjoying lots of snacks, good food, lovings, and relaxation.

She just got shod about a week ago and is doing really well with front shoes on and previcox. Has stayed sound!

She has a mild sunburn under her eye that I'm trying to cover with flymask and Desitine but general health truely is doing well. Here is a photo of my farrier wife giving her a little walk around. That is most her job now a days is giving small rides and getting lots of lovings. You can see her weight is super and a nice healthy coat! We love her soooo much.

New flymasks for the horses.

Q's and Zara's are especially fitting for them.

Just saw that flyspray costs like 30€ and briefly questioned if I want a horse.

Like the flymask costs 15€ and I know it works. Flyspray has not worked that well this year.

Gonna try out all the self made alternative versions for my horse before spending that much money on chemical stuff

Recognizing that I am deliberately missing the punchline here...

Horses absolutely play--with each other and with their humans.

My gelding Willie LOVED to play tag with me in the paddock or the arena. I’d turn him loose and he’d poke me with his nose and trot off with his tail in the air, daring me to follow. And then I’d tag him back and he would follow me around about three steps behind until he felt like it and tag me back and it would all start again.

My mare Quincy didn’t play tag, but was always up for a game of “what will she balance on my head today?”. She also loved to grab the zipper of my coat in her teeth and unzip and zip it repeatedly until I made her stop. When we were breaking two of the hunt puppies to horses she would let them follow her around cavorting under her feet and do the equine equivalent of a play bow when the mood struck. She was also known to do Celebratory Lead Changes after a jump and to occasionally pop a buck after something fun happened.

They play with one another, too. Common games include:

Hi!! Im so glad I’ve finally found someone who isn’t just complaining about the horse pack!! I was wondering if you ever had the time or whatever if you could make (or even just rb if you come across one) a flymask because I’m going to be mostly playing with Appaloosa horses and I read flies are attracted to them bcos their eyes water (😢 my lil sims realism gameplay heart is sad they didn’t add things like this to accessories) thank u <3

fly masks were one of the first things i was gonna make because I think they're so cute :3 I also wanted to make proper blankets as well since... normal non-riding horse gear is nonexistant in the pack so, yeah.

I'm gonna be making lots of little realistic accessories in the maxis match style so stay tuned, I really just genuinely like meshin lots of lil thangs

Hi buddy!!! He's massive compared to mama. This was taken an hour after birth.

Yes mama is skinny. She's a rescue who arrived already heavily pregnant and needing eye surgery, hence the flymask. Despite her circumstances, she managed to deliver this beautiful, healthy, gigantic colt.

Did horses this morning.

They were the opposite of yesterday. All the horses were excitable and biting each other. Jaeger and Hale tried to run me over. Generally just chaos, you know?

But I helped put some out, managed not to die - or get peed on because Fancy literally blocked the gate before I could take her halter off and then peed - and then got Quattro.

Cleaned him up. very lazy ride. Fifth day working in a row, though, and he was feeling the heat.

Good boy, though. Lazy. Stole grass through the fence. Just wandered around, and then we went up on a little trail ride to try and find Q and Zara’s lost flymasks.

Found Zara’s and one of Q’s. I actually was able to hop down, then climb back on no problem. He was really good today.

So yeah. Nice little adventure this morning before the break. Making the most of things.

Miss that dumb horse already, though.
