As we discover the magic in fluid art, we also discover there is a science behind achieving fabulous dramatic cells. I’ve had the best results from all Parrot Polishes. There is something light about the Parrot Polish formula that allows the Fluid Art Polishes to reach their full potential producing dramatic cells. Especially with the butterfly technique, which requires a light polish to produce the delicate cells & chain pattern. I absolutely love the Parrot Polish formula for wearing alone. It’s easy to apply & if you have long nails, you’ll like that it does not get gummy between strokes & almost self levels. There’s definitely a science of formula difference that creates the most beautiful cells. As soon as I saw that Dark Heart by Baroness X was the same formula as Zombified, Citrus was the first polish to come to mind. Dark Heart is a sheer fluid art polish with red/bronze/copper multichrome with a deep berry tint. The Parrot Polish Thermal is yellow where warm & orange where cold. I wanted a flame appearance without actually painting flames. Using the contrast of texture, more than a contrast of color. I really love this & I can see this being a summer mani & pedi design.
