Reached my goal of drinking a gallon of water a day two days in a row. Also been doing much better with sticking to Keto. They're small steps, but the first steps to the making of my best life. Bring ittttt!

I want to be the best me I can be. Making this a space for positivity and a place for my thoughts along my journey. Focusing on my weight, overall physical health, mental health and just straight up happiness. Planning on making this year entirely about improving myself. I feel it's neccessary to be selfish this time. I've loved and cared for so many. Now it's my turn.
