FLOWER CLASS TIME! As many of you know, I teach private cooking lessons to the talented and smart Miss KK! This month, we opted for floral arranging class instead of baking class! 💐 🌸 🌻 🌹 🌺 She was the guinea pig for my upcoming class, this Saturday (link in bio), and it couldn’t have gone better! 💐 👩‍🏫 💐 👩‍🎓 💐 KK learned how to create a florist worthy flower arrangement, I had her working with floral foam to create a 3D floral sculpture and we even squeezed in a quick and easy wrist corsage! This young lady is definitely going to go places in life and I’m so thrilled I was able to be a little part of her education life! Today my kitchen was turned into a floral studio! 💐 Sometimes I feel like everyone already knows that I do wedding flowers on occasion, but perhaps some of y’all don’t... I’ve been doing wedding and event flowers for, oh... about 11 years now! 😱 ok, that just shocked me!! 🤣 The jam has taken over my other businesses so quickly that I don’t do as many as I used to, but I do actually still love doing small intimate weddings! So today was all about flowers and tomorrow is all about fermenting class! Was honored to do some centerpieces for a Group NIRE event happening this evening. First floral job in the new shop and let me just say, it was SMOOTH SAILING! I think I’m in love with these flowers too! With lots of Christmas prep going on in the Jammin’ kitchen, it helps to have some Christmas music on in the background to get the worker bees going! 🐝🤦🏼‍♀️ Too soon, I know, but it really does help.
