Jinx sighed blissfully, stirring her straw in her strawberry milkshake. She was one of the very few patrons occupying the otherwise empty little cafe, tucked away in between residential homes and a quiet old bookstore she haunted from time to time. Her ankles crossed, and she enjoyed the dim light coming through the large window she was directly beside.

Her pink hair was up in a ponytail, pink eyes obscured by the low-hanging green cap. Not that she was hiding, or anything, because for that she would have used the holo-ring, but she wanted to go out as herself without drawing much attention.

A girl could dream.

As she looked up from her milkshake, other hand dropping the pencil she was using to idly sketch something on her sketchpad as she waited for inspiration to strike, she caught another person's eye. Like, really looked at them and held their gaze and oh geez--

Awkward and unsure of what to do now, she offered a faltering smile and a weak wave of the hand, mouthing 'hello'.
