Sketch dump! I havent done one of those in a while. These are all from June-July while I was on vacation.

First we have Layal! The delightful Mother of Monsters, aka the Ghost Zone’s most evil mama bear AND my take on a fem!danyal dan! I like to imagine she could pummel Dan into the ground, but that stands true for any and all of my au Dans. Bc i am INCREDIBLY biased.

She mostly lives on her island in the Ghost Zone, taking in monsters of the Infinite Realms of all kind and raising them as her own. Surprisingly enough, she does genuinely love her children. That’s about where her love ends. She stole the minotaur, his name is Asterion.

Then we have Daini-Yel! He’s from an au i’ve never actually talked about on here. He’s literally just Danny for an Epic!-inspired au. He's an unknown entity in the newly released open-adventure, odyssesy-inspired game "Nautilus", and he is not a part of the game's code :). He showed up three months after the game's initial launch, and was discovered during a live when a streamer was on their way to fight a boss much similar to Circe and the streamer accidentally took a detour and found his pathway (of which did not previously exist).

He's very friendly! And offers you, the Captain, a strange liquid with even stranger powers called "Ektolai", in order to help you fight Circe. His whole vibe and creation is literally just the song "Wouldn't You Like" from Epic. If you run into him enough times at the start of the game, you can convince him to join you on your adventure as part of the crew. He's a powerful ally and a very good friend, despite his strange awareness of the world around him...

Oh, but be warned... just like the rest of your companions, your actions have consequences and what you do affects their opinion of you. Daini is no different! Your close allies can quickly become enemies.

The introduction of the bloofer lady in the hands of children, and then in the words of adults really opens a lot of thematic potential for Lucy, and for her new second life as a vampire.

She doesn't feel real, a beautiful lady taking the blood of your playmates after they played with her? It reads as the type of morbid tales that children tell eachother. But, it's real, that young lady is the monster.

You as a child see her, sitting alone in a bench as the moon rises and reveals a weird visage, funeral white dress, wild hair, hollow eyes, and shining teeth that seem so long when she smiles; yet she is beautiful, like an older sister or a nice lady. Then you wake up in the morning, not in your bed but at the same park that you met her. With torn wounds on your neck, and no memories at all.

Lucy is now the bloofer lady. She has probably forgotten everything about her life except people (now prey) that were close to her. The bloofer lady is probably confused about her own existance, why does her body hurts so much? Why does she feels like she lost something? Who are the people that blink in her mind?

Yet all of that is secondary to her, a new vampire looking at the moon as her entire being claims for food. The bloofer lady is hungry, and she must eat to keep still, so she does. As unrefined as a starving animal.

Lucy is not the maiden that holds the hands of death, she is now the monstrous parody of the perfect victorian lady. A victim now being unsettling to nothing.

I wonder if after feeding, Lucy sees her bloody reflection somewhere, and out of trained instict she moves her hand to clean herself with a handkerchief that is not there.

okay so am I the only one who questioned how enfer walk? I don't have her yet but looking at the ptn wiki gallery her clothes are kinda idk how to put it tight? Or different. Design and color she looks beautiful but when I look at the bottom there's some sort of like spiral design it's hard to describe

I always assumed she either shuffles across the floor (a funny thought) or she somehow floats a bit but it’s only like two inches off the ground 😅

Idk, I haven’t played Enfer’s event yet as I missed it the first time it happened, but this was always my theory as to how she actually walks. She either shuffles really fast or floats, those are my only two theories…

okay so the last thing i wrote was just a random sentence that popped into my head (it's not for any wip, and may never see the light of day anywhere aside from here) in the middle of my shift today and i scribbled it hastily on a post it (in a very disjointed format akjdfbjk) right before i got a call. so uh. i'll just flesh it into something comprehensible at least as i transcribe it now ahaha

ALSO please note this was conceived of by me thinking about how i love it when the end of a scene and the beginning of the next scene contrast. so that's the concept. even though i have no idea what's happening in either scene KJBSDKGJBFDBKJ

i’m making a slideshow for my friends rating and ranking different cú chulainn character designs and i man. i just found the worst website with the worst cú chulainn and emer i’ve ever seen and i literally had to shut my laptop and walk away.

i’m not going to share that slideshow here bc i wouldn’t want an artist featured in it to somehow find it and be upset if i don’t like their design but. i would actually probably be ok with sharing a slideshow ranking just this person’s various TBC AI “illustrations” because i hate them that much
