HTF whose favourite ship is Flippaky but they get incredibly nervous about telling people that because they're normally into rarepairs yet for this fandom they decided to fall in love with literally the most popular ship and was at first a bit overwhelmed with all the content for it before quickly realising that none of it fits with their specific headcanons from the specific AU that lives in their brain so they have to bully themselves to writing more about their AU because they keep going back to their own smutfic they wrote even though it's not even that good but it's the only piece of content online that specifically caters to them

Anyway I don't think she/they porcupussy could fix Flippy but it'd certainly make things a bit better for him

I've been following you for a long time and I noticed how it seems like you and Sweetybaty have a close bond. I truely yearn to have the type of friendship you have with them. How long have you known them and how did you two meet?

It depends, are you referring to how long I have know her as AN ARTIST I see or as someone I interact closely with?

The first time I saw her was though some old comics she made some years ago, at that time I didnt know much about Flippaky tho

then time skip to last year, starts an account on twitter and found her again

If my memory doesn't fail me, I think the first ACTIVE interaction was a magma collab I did with her last year and it just escalated from there

later then I connected the dots and she was the artist behind those comics

And turns out we are both delulu over Flipaky so our friendship became unhinged pretty fast (Very happy about that)

and now we have an absurd amount of cursed inside jokes that only me, her, the asylum staff and the FBI agents understand

STOP BC I LITERALLY THOUGHT ABOUT COMPARING IT TO SONADOW. theres not even a flippaky bible episode the closest there is is the ep where flakys terrified of him killing them for like 3 straight minutes before killing him themself. i guess they threw him a birthday party once? nutty mime cuddles toothy mole and sniffles also helped tho it was just flakys house 😭 youre living the best possible existence

Did you based Flaky and Flippy on any specific species of bear and porcupine?

So, I kinda decided them to be like a combination of two species!! Flaky is a cross between North American Porcupine and the Africa one. Flippy is a cross between Grizzly and Black bear. Flaky is heavily more on the spectrum of the North America one, just some of her quills don't have barbs and are different sizes, and she is smaller than avarage. Flippy is heavily more on the Grizzly side, they more agressive so- JAJAJAJ can climb better bcuz of the black bear genes, but he's a bit smaller than a Grizzly. Choose to lean into Grizzly and North American more because those two habitate the forest together jejeje

what's your least favorite htf ships?

this one is such a tricky question because i don't think i could pick 5 specific favorites! as far as htf ships go, i either like them or i don't, and the ones i like tend to all hover around the same sort of warm fuzzies feeling. i don't know that there's any in particular that i would pick as "top 5"!

as far as least favorite, though, the only common ships i don't particularly care for are flippy/splendid and flippy/flaky, and even then, they aren't dealbreakers if the art/fic is good
