After outlining the entirety of the 3 game series, some details might differ in the Redux version than the free version. The Redux version will be considered the canon going forward!

Will there be a Fletcher route?

Nope! For many reasons, not the least of which is that he is gay.

With the new Golden Ending being canon, will Jay and Wren still get their own endings?

Yep! Those endings are staying in, they just won’t be the canon version of events when you see the trio again in the 3rd game of the series.

Will Robin/Jay/Wren end up in a poly relationship?

I’d like to keep some secrets to myself until they’re revealed in game… but if you follow me anywhere and have been paying attention, I think the answer to this is pretty clear.

The Scarecrow Knight (Dark Fantasy, Mystery)

A few hundred years before the events of Red-Handed Robin, a strange traveler, his adopted daughter, and a tag-along who considers himself the traveler’s apprentice unravel mysteries surrounding the ancient curse of witchcraft.

The Scarecrow Knight takes place over ten years, with each of the three acts focusing on a different mystery along the way.

Though events in both games are related, The Scarecrow Knight and Red-Handed Robin can be read in any order.

Are Robin/Jay/Wren going to be in The Scarecrow Knight? 

Nope! The Scarecrow Knight features Mac, Corbin, and Lark as its protagonists. You won’t see the RHR gang again until the 3rd game in the series.

Is The Scarecrow Knight an otome/dating sim/will it have romance?

Nope. While this game is still focused on relationships, the cast’s bonds are familial in nature.

Will The Scarecrow Knight have a ‘game’ in each act, like Red-Handed Robin?

Yep! In order to solve the mystery presented in each act, you’ll have to navigate that act’s ‘game’. 

What are Corbin’s pronouns?

Corbin uses she/her pronouns for the first two acts of The Scarecrow Knight. In act 3, however, he switches to he/him pronouns as part of a disguise... One that he suspiciously doesn’t want to come out of.

3rd Unnamed RHR Game (Dark Fantasy, Amare)

Directly after the events of RHR, Robin, Jay, and Wren find themselves in a foreign country, no safer than they were aboard the whirlwind.

Meanwhile, Corbin finds himself in a very strange predicament… Waking up in the apartment of Oliver Tangram and Merle Barrows, two young men entangled in Gales’ occult scene.

This game will wrap up the stories started in both RHR and SK.

Is 3rd Unnamed Game an otome/dating sim/will it have romance?

The answer is yes! Kind of! Both sides feature romance, and those relationship dynamics are integral to the plot.

On Robin/Jay/Wren’s side, the game will explore the trio’s dynamic more in depth. Corbin also has his own love interest (Oliver) on his side.

Who’s the protagonist?

The story is told from multiple perspectives, with Robin and Corbin being the most important characters.

Will 3rd Unnamed Game have a ‘game’ in each act like Red-Handed Robin?

Hopefully! That’s the plan anyway.

If you’ve been following me for otome, I’m sorry to say that The Maiden and the Magpie series will probably be my last one for the foreseeable future. As a queer man, writing queer stories is what gets me motivated.

A mining facility on the dusty, barren planet of Ikarus is the last place most people would expect to find their true love… But that won’t stop peppy mecha pilot Rosco from trying!

In fact, he’s positive he’s figured it out this time. Sure, his new partner seems bored and dismissive, but this has been Rosco’s longest relationship yet! That has to mean something, right?

Meanwhile, HR manager Rae has just transferred to the facility and is determined to keep any new acquaintances at an arm’s length. Convinced that he is cold, boring, and judgemental, Rae is certain that there is only one person who can accept him for who he really is… and he already screwed that up.

Just as both men feel like they’re at their lowest points, their evenings are brightened by a newfound friendship forged at a cozy bar…

Counter-Side is the result of a writing experiment gone wild– I wrote one character’s viewpoint, and my friend/co-writer @brii-nanas wrote the other! The result is a story seen from both Rosco and Rae’s perspective.

Choose to play through the entirety of one character’s side before starting the other, or pick from either character’s perspective chapter by chapter. Both options offer an interesting way of experiencing the story.

The script is almost completely done (over 100k words!), and we will be working on putting out a demo containing the first 1/3rd of the game soon.

If Rosco looks familiar, it’s probably because I did his sprite for @brii-nanas​ amare jam game, Under the Skies of Ikarus! This game is set in the same world/facility. 

Unlike Under the Skies of Ikarus, which is very wholesome, Counter-Side’s tone is... different, to say the least xD. Rae and Rosco’s relationship is extremely sweet, but they both go through some rough stuff before they get to that point. Which leads me to the...

Mallory La Daeyé; A wealthy girl attending Pluto’s Academy For Wealthy Children, she loves stars, mythology, poetry and you. Definitely an obsessive and protective type of yandere; Absolutely treasures her s/o and makes sure that they receive the treatment of a princess/ prince because that’s all she’ll allow

Zara Flora- another wealthy Pluto student; Zara Flora is thoroughly enamoured with you and literature, she’ll often quote Poe as she holds you in her arms. Very obsessive and also remarkably delusional, she believes that she is the love of your life and her yours, if you don’t conform to her belief then she isn’t above manipulation.

Alys King- Alys King, a rich lady obsessed with the idea of freedom and art. Is extremely hard-working and it shows, as she will put effort into making sure that you believe that only she cares for you and that you are terrified of the mere thought of anyone other than her and the ladies.

Jia Shen- Jia is already so used to the prospect of loss that when she meets her s/o she will do anything necessary. Very possessive and protective, would undoubtedly injure anyone that could possibly serve as a threat to you. Has a dream of living in her countryside manor with you and the ladies.

Evelyn O’Hara- Evelyn is the youngest of the Ladies Of The Moon, but she is undoubtedly the most cruel; Evelyn is impatient and brutal, not caring what needs to be done, what bones she has to break or whatever atrocities she needs to commit in order to obtain you.

Lucy Wintergreen- Lucy is quiet and calm, and she will never lash out but what she lacks in brutality she makes up for in manipulation. Will convince you that she is the only person you could ever love, that no one but her cares for you and she will succeed.

Suki Akiyama- An amazing photographer and stalker, knows everything about you, has picture albums of you and has definitely stolen something of yours; Perhaps a perfume or a cardigan.

Delilah Bell- Delilah is completely and hopelessly enamoured with you; she stalks you and takes pictures and has notebooks upon notebooks about you. Is incredibly protective, Will break someone’s ribs if they so much as breathe in your direction.

Catherine La Daeyé- Catherine is gentle and caring and loving, she loves the very air you breathe and writes poetry about you, writes music that makes her think about you and paints you; The protagonist of her novel is heavily based on you and she will make sure that you are the first to read the manuscript. Sibling Rights Second Quarter Round Results:

We had over 10 more people joining in this quarter, and the results have been fascinating! Let's see how everyone did!

Clover and Snake win over Akane and Sho at a whopping 87.5% of the votes!

The match between Lelouch and Nunnally and Seto and Mokuba was a fascinating thing to watch! Lelouch and Nunnally took the lead early with 100% even after several votes, but Seto and Mokuba clearly had a team of loyal fans on their side, spending the two days ever so slowly inching closer before reaching a 50/50 split... it wavered for a while after that, but in the end the winners were Seto and Mokuba, triumphing over Lelouch and Nunnally with a victory snatched from the jaws of defeat at 58.6%!

Our siblings from literature had a much more uneven match, with Violet, Klaus, and Sunny winning over Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy at a full 84.6%!

Velvet and Laphicet were another team that started out with a great advantage, but Flora and Felicia had a solid group of fans too! Unfortunately for them, it just wasn't enough this time--Velvet and Laphicet won at 55.9%!

Turns out complementary colors really do have the advantage--Mario and Luigi won over Yang and Ruby at 81.4%!

Beat and Rhyme win over Chikage, Hisoka, and August at 67.6%--the world may end with them, but the tournament clearly doesn't!

Our overwhelming victory this quarter goes to Phineas and Ferb, beating out Buffy and Dawn at a shocking 92.5%!

And finally, physical and mental prowess combine to win the day as action hero Raiden and kid genius Sunny triumph over Ramza and Alma at 67.9%!

Angel grew up on the outskirts of the Summer Court, son of a fallen warrior from Oberon's king's gaurd and a healer. he learned from his mother at a young age a small amount of healing magic, as well as what plants, roots, and other flora could be used for ailments. during a raid on the outer courts, he was taken, his mother killed for trying to stop them. taken by hunters to be used as they saw fit, often used as bait or as a Judas Horse for other fae or creatures they were hunting. when he was 14, he been drugged and cut enough to draw blood, snared in a trap as bait for a shifter who'd found a taste for human flesh.

He was out there for hours, until the shifter appeared, a giant Mountain lion. without warning it attacked him, claws digging into his sides and teeth piercing his neck. it would have eaten him alive if the creature hadn't been put down. they removed the binding collar off of him in order to let his healing abilities kick in and drug him back to his holding area, where he was allowed to mostly heal. however, the marks on the back of his neck never went away, leaving scars in its wake. come full moon, he found himself more violent, more animalistic... he was shifting. the attacking fae wasnt just a shifter, but a were, and that night of the first shift his 'handlers' had their hands full.

being now a more unstable force than before, more erradic and harder to control, he was stabbed by an iron blade and left to die, seeing as he was more collateral than a tool for them. he managed to get himself patched up and stable, before being found by park rangers, where he was questioned. he was homeless, without a family, and had obviously been abused. after his stay in the hospital, he was sent into foster care, his story being heard by a high class family. They took him in, and while they were loving for the press, they really had not much to do with him behind closed doors, as long as he boosted their standing within their social circle and within the media, they didnt care too much. His new 'family' sent him to Ravencrest, to finish out his schooling, hoping to get him into Blackwell College later on.

he became a part of the group that Axel Thomas, Mattheo Abbott and Fletcher Smith were apart of, but, due to his distrust of Johnathan, stayed mostly out of situations, enjoying the fringes of the group. it was also during his tenure there he met with Drake, and struck a deal with him once he got out of Ravencrest, though, he'd still provide information on any shifters or fae he could find while at the school.

Angel is 18-24, and is very, very gay.
