Well known for good music but loved for his award-winning culinary skills, chef Conrad Patterson a/k/a the rapper 318 Scorpion always listens to music when cooking. This method seemed to create an upbeat atmosphere in every kitchen & restaurant he has worked in & inspired him to make his own 'cooking music'! "I believe whenever you are creating something the energy that you are receiving whether good or bad, channels through you into the project you're working on." says Conrad.
