So the first month is not the time to expect  anything.. maybe a little more energy but it is more a time of letting the body get used to things. Some people noticed a HUGE DIFFERENCE and I'm happy for them 😀 But more it's just the beginning of a time of starting to slowly shift♡ 2nd month you start adjusting doses.
