Talking to other partnering aros: Yeah so I've been reading original fics on AO3 to try and find some good queerplatonic stuff. Theres a steady stream if you filter by the queerplatonic tag which is nice. The problem is that most of it's either too short for me or just underdeveloped background characters but its something. Yeah it sucks to settle for that but you know how dire it is finding rep.
Talking about being aro to allos: No Im aroace. That means aromantic and asexual. They're different things. It- no asexual means a lack of sexual attraction. They can be different.

i haven't even tried to take a nap. i've just been staring at lists of hanzi radicals for hours, thinking to myself, wow, this would be a lot easier if you just memorized some hanzi radicals.
#i did manage to rewatch episode 1 but i was pausing every few minutes to look something up#and every time i look something up it takes at least five minutes.#damn you aphantasia. this is hard in the same way a jigsaw puzzle is hard but imagine instead of like six major types of puzzle pieces#(four tabs; three tabs one blank; two tabs on opposite sides and two blanks; two tabs on adjacent sides and two blanks; one blank#three tabs; all blanks) there were instead hundreds of different types of puzzle pieces#i am already so bad at jigsaw puzzles. i don't have a strategy for this lol#that's why i need to memorize some radicals. just a couple hundred should do the trick#DON'T ask me how i plan to memorize them if i can't even hold an image in my mind long enough to look it up in the dictionary#the drawbridge is up. there's no pedestrian traffic possible at the moment#this is funny though it's reminding me that i have a similar problem (to a lesser extent) in french even#i guess less so nowadays but still sometimes. where if i need to look up a word i will often spell it wrong trying to find it#because all i can remember is the sound not what it looks like or what visual components (letters) are in it#and in french (especially in my accent since i can't make or distinguish all the french sounds) the same sound can be spelled#multiple ways often

Okay I wanted to draw this a while ago, but then I gave up, and now I wanted to try again, but...
I drew BB, JJ, and DD!!
They kinda have my own twist (and are also kinda if they were in that version of SB that I was drawing & then just stopped talking about XD) but I like how they came out!!
BB (aka Balloon Boy) hands out regular balloons, and has a system in him specifically for blowing helium balloons!! That's why his voice sounds like that (not really, I just feel like it'd be funny if breathing helium somehow messed with his voice box)
JJ (aka Jay Jay) hands out balloon animals, and other things like that (Balloon flowers, balloon hats, etc etc), and has a regular air blowing system, since she doesn't blow helium balloons
DD (aka Dee Dee) sometimes helps blow balloons... but she mainly prefers to prank her siblings, and try and pop the balloons they're working on. DD sometimes also sews stuff (like if a kid's stuffed toy ripped, she just basically approaches them with that comically large sewing needle & fixes it). But she mainly uses it to prank her siblings.
BB, DD, and JJ are triplets (in my version), and they care for each other (even if DD does sometimes play too many pranks...)
These three mainly hang out around Kid's Cove & the Superstar Daycare, but sometimes they'll roam to other spots too.
