Yep, it was conditioning day at #theoriginalmetroflex and I we didn't flip tires today but as many lunges as we did, and led pushing, I'm surprised that I can still feel my legs! 5 sets of Sumo squats with 35 lb dumbbells 5 sets of Walking lunges with and without barbells 4 sets of Power sled pushing w/ 45lbs all with my siSTARs, @desunkadawson111 and @mbodiedbym! I had a thought as I was shopping for our meal prep for the week.... 🍉🍋🍍🍎🥑🌶🍒🥕🥒🍄🍗🍳🥚🍠 If that food isn't a part of your #fatloss meal plan, don't even play yourself and DON'T put it in your 🛒! 🎂🍰🍦🍩🍬🥂🍻🍾🍮 Outta sight, off your hips and back...you thought I was gonna say "outta sight outta mind? I always keep it real, that sweet or savory treat may stay on your mind...but you'll save yourself so much more (excess carbs, sugar, fat and weight gain). If you get that craving and don't have it readily available in your pantry, fridge or freezer.....you are less likely to get off your plan cause you'd have to leave your house to get the "goods"!
