I’m just getting started, and I’m hungry for more. - Still working on getting posing down as you can see from my awkward pose in the picture. The shirt is feeling loose though which is good! Swipe to see my last 4x4 on deadlifts and then an awesome and fun bicep finisher to be done when you’ve got a workout partner. Finisher is alternating the exercise starting at 1 rep, then 2, then 3, etc up to 10 then back down to 1.
