It has been challenging but with dedication and support I aced every test, drills and comp checks. With that being said I thought I would never go to flight attendant training but I can officially say I’m a National Airlines Flight Attendant and I have earned my wings for a second time plus I’m based at home MCO! Today marks 3 months of me getting back in shape! My fitness journey is far from over but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. Even though I barely eat when I’m working and having short layovers with not being able to workout or no rest at all. This month I worked 15 days in a row non-stop but I was still workout whenever I saw an opportunity! It takes dedication, motivation, patience and hard work! I have definitely been struggling with my weight lately and not feeling happy in my own skin. I have gained 10 pounds and lost muscle mass but today I took my first step on getting back to the gym and cutting off carbs like before. Is time to get back at it and even though I have felt without motivation, no drive or desire. I know I need to push myself and get back it.
