Today marks 3 months of me getting back in shape! My fitness journey is far from over but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. Even though I barely eat when I’m working and having short layovers with not being able to workout or no rest at all. This month I worked 15 days in a row non-stop but I was still workout whenever I saw an opportunity! It takes dedication, motivation, patience and hard work! I’ve been extremely productive two days in a row & I think I’m hot shit lol

Last weekend my high school sweetheart came and visited me and all those feelings came back like blah blah blah. We got stupid drunk and I couldn’t stop telling him I wanted to “fuck the shit out of you” but that didn’t happen because we couldn’t manage to stop throwing up by the end of the night 💀 it was so much fun, but honestly it was all just the heat of the moment for me, it’s been a while (if you know what I mean) and I was mad drunk. Like he’s been texting me all week trying to meet again and I’m really just like EH cause yes we used to date, but I know he only wanna fuck and I’m sticking to my promise to myself‼️✊ like I’m really not out here for these niggas, I got my priorities in a straight line and as soon as I meet a nigga that don’t make me think ‘this nigga don’t give a fuck about me’ YALL will be the first to know lol

I’m glad I didn’t have sex with him and I’ll remain celibate until I feel comfortable enough to be with somebody else. I love me above anybody else 😄

Weigh In & Measurement Day!!

I'm 13 weeks into the new journey! I am .4 of a pound away from 20!!! Today was also measurement day - I lost an inch around my hips, which is awesome. The hang and love handles have gone down! It is the hardest area for me to lose weight. I lost another inch off my thigh. I can't imagine having toned legs - so it is amazing to see inches come off of them. Over all, I am incredibly proud of myself for the last month. I got through cravings. Finals. Christmas. New Years. All with only 1 binge. I fell off the wagon with my activity, but I can't wait to get started again. Starting Monday, I will be doing volunteer work which will see me going for long walks. I also have 2 amazing friends who are going to be joining me at the gym on Tuesdays & Thursdays. I fucking love the new healthy me!! I have so much more energy!! I'm buying smaller clothes - down from a 22/24 to 18/20 & 3X to 1X/2X (there are a few sweaters I refuse to get rid of!). I can see the different in my face - my chin is back!! Oh, and so are my cheek bones!! I look forward to my dimple turning back to a innie instead of being filled in. I don't know what it's like to only have 1 chin, so I can't wait until I have a smooth jaw line! It's been soooo long since I felt this confident. It's wonderful not to feel like I have to stay in the shadows. And narcissistically, I really look forward to people really noticing the weight loss. I've had a few comments, but for the most part, people have been pretty silent. I know their opinions don't matter, I just want the boost to the ego! Haha Oh, and it's been almost 3 months since I quit smoking too!!
