I flip tires only once a year at annual The Phoenix Gym Crawl nakia_chavez @mostrico @mostrofitness and Broden has never flipped a tire before, but I tell you he is naturally strong. We both need to work on our form, OBVIOUSLY, BUT...I was damn proud he did it. This tire was the biggest one there at the high school. So Jose, how much do you think it weighed? Felt way heavier than the one you (very evilly 👿) have us ladies flip (a freaking million times) annually at the #PhxGymCrawl.
