Breakfast - sweetened white coffee, serving of chocolate mudcake.
Dinner - 2/3 plate mixed steamed veggies, 200g lamb chop.
Dessert - 1.5 servings honey-toffee yoghurt with high iron cereal, sweetened black tea.
Water - 2L, excellent.
Exercise - 21 mins on the treadmill at 4.5km/h and incline of 4.5%; 30 Day Fit (day 13) (13 mins).
Challenge accepted @fitblrx ! 34 minutes of mild-moderate exercise.
I was surprised I made it through the 30 Day Fit session today. It's been almost two weeks since my last session, but I was able to complete the 50 second plank pretty easily! Feeling good. :)
I did cave a bit with dessert but at least it wasn't a sugary pastry.
