Evaluating Genshin archery stances bc I’m bored

note: i’m bronze-olympian ranked in my archery system so i do have actual credibility this isn’t just me yapping lmao

most of the bow users use this stance

straight posture, shoulder properly elevated

holds the bow at a slight angle- that string is probably gonna snap back on her

overall: 8/10

i’m pretty sure just venti and gorou use this stance (and maybe tighnari?)

hunched back, shoulder a bit too low to maximize string tension

also i’m fairly certain that only crossbows can be fired horizontally, and all the bows in genshin are recurves

overall: 5/10

ok respectfully what the fuck

holds the bow at a ridiculous angle, string might not snap back onto him purely bc he isn’t holding the anchor point to his cheek like he is supposed to

fucking THROWS THE ARROW at the end of his animation???

overall: 0/10 get this man an archery instructor asap

posture is perfect. arm is extended the perfect amount and shoulder is at the perfect level and he even has the two-finger anchor

bow is perfectly vertical

Since I bring up electro… It's my favorite element and I LOVE many of the girls from there. Fischl is just beautiful and has not left my commands since I got her. I love her personality, story, design, gameplay, development… Amazing girl.
