How do you make your gifs? I use a web that only allows one gif but no more </3

I use photopea ! There’s an option in “layers” that’s labeled as “animation” . Once you click on that, there’s an option called “merge” which will merge the gifs so you can have them both play at the same time ! If you want me to explain anything in further detail pls tell me, but I hope this helped at least a bit ^_^
