T'au Crisis Suits!

These old Crisis Suits are part of the old T'au army that I got from my friend last fall and which I've been slowly (re)painting. In the current rules these would play as "Crisis Fireknife Battlesuits".

I’m planning on having color designations on my Crisis Suits to easily differentiate between the different loadouts from a distance but I’m not sure on which color should represent which build

This will be secondary colors to the ochre of the T’au sept I have as the main armor and the white Sept markings as seen on the armor below

Finally finally finished the Tau gundam models.

The accessories took a heck of a long time.

I used the high-mobility zaku for a ColdStar SunForge unit:

I used Char's zaku for the Enforcer commanders. Prototype weapons used to fill out missing cyclic ion blasters and high volume burst cannons.

The project was pretty cheap and I'm very happy with the results. Now I can focus on orks for the rest of the month.

They fixed the Puretide Engram Neurochip, which due to a rules update error had the text "A unit with this enhancement may be targeted with a strategem"

(Ie, a basic game feature)

Now, when a unit with it is targeted with a strategem you have a 50% chance to regain 1 command point. Notably, this synergizes with Commander Farsight, who can use one strategem a round for 1 less command point (Minimum 0.) Farsight himself also got a slight points drop to 95 (from 105...) So... Two units of battlesuits working in tandem should be more practical. Since you can't double up on strategems, you would probably want to pair unlike strategems. For example...

...Which is a 3 command point combo dropped to between two or 1, with Arrakon Protocol on Fireknife Crisis Suits fishing for 6s. Then your defensive strategems can be used with the excess...
