I desperate want my summer project to be one of those hyperfixation deep dive “heres everything that happens in xyz” but I don’t know where to start so

Watching the Fiona Sangster Harvey Analysis has made me realise both of my top stardew romanceables have some sort of existential dread and that absolutely says something about me. Harvey and I are twinning with our health anxiety awww 🥰🥰.

Anyway Fiona how does it feel to be right all of the time 🩷, I’m defo keeping her video in mind when characterising Harvey in my head and maybe if I ever do comics like ever (don’t count on it). Ya’ll should watch all of her videos she makes very good deep dives into Stardew characters and also talks about game/narrative design and theyre really good.

I do agree with one commenter though about when she talks about Harvey’s use of the pilot radio. She sees it as him reminding himself of what could have been and a sort of self harm? But I see it as more him using to come to terms with not being able to fulfil his dreams, as he still can in a way by interacting with pilots ya know? Even if he can’t be up in the plane he’s still scratching that itch by interacting with people who can, even if that isn’t often.

Love my anxious, weak, loyal, sickeningly sweet, death and height fearing doctor malewife who will make me dinner and tell me he loves me any chance he gets 🥰🥰🥰🥰.

finally feeling like bothering to post smthn .finished this a week or 2 ago ? idr but didnt get around to posting cuz of how self insert focused it is and it made me feel bad LMAO but anyways. been becoming a bit of an elliothead after watching that deep dive video on him from fiona sangster (her vids r rlly good !!)

also some scrappier stuff that i dont hate either but im not gunna work any more on. haleys winter outfit is sooo cutesy to me an absolute slay

I feel like every time I draw them after a While, I tend to forget how I used to draw Sebastian and Franco...

But what I remembered is how much i loved them while watching an essay about Sebastian on youtube ("The deepest dive into sebastian from stardew valley" by Fiona Sangster :3 if someone wants to see that video too)

They are so precious for me, I still love them deeply, sometimes I think about the happiness they brought me back in 2022, I wish I still have the motivation to draw them more

Stardew Valley Inktober 4: Ten Hearts

I had a hard time choosing which cutscene to draw, I like a lot of the 10 hearts ones. But Maru's won at the end. I like it more especially after the Fiona Sangster's deep dive, where it brought to the surface some themes that I missed with Maru's plotline the first time I saw it

Plus I had a really clear mental image for a fun composition!
