Rey is a Kenobi

Is it just me that kinda hopes Rey is a Kenobi and not a Skywalker? Then Star Wars would focus on the Kenobis and the Skywalkers. Also, it would bring Anakin and Obi-Wan back in to the picture. Obi-Wan had romances in the Clone Wars animated series so Rey could be Obi-Wan's child (or grandchild) and not Luke's. Also, it would mean that after Anakin and Obi-Wan had formed their brother like relationship and it broke apart, their Children/grandchildren (Rey and Kylo) could settle the dispute. Also, then it would mean there could be a chance of a Kylo-Rey romance because if that happens in Episode 8 and she turns out to be a Skywalker, that means she'll have a romance with her COUSIN. Like I still ship Finn and Rey but it would be nice to see them not go for the obvious thing. Also, a Poe-Finn thing would be nice to see in a main stream movie too. Just saying, idk it would be cool if they had a huge plot twist. Or, Rey could have a completely different family and we meet a whole new set of characters which is unlikely but would still be cool. And Rey could also end up with someone completely different. This is just a theory I heard and thought it would be cool to see and cool to see a huge plot twist of any kind that no one expected. Either way what ever happens in episode 8 I'm still gonna love it because it's Star Wars and I'm sure it'll be amazing.

Modern Star Wars Things

BB-8 is a corgi.

She will eat anything she can reach, and she can reach an impressive number of things when she puts her mind to it. 

Poe’s always yelling “BB-8 I SWEAR TO GOD!” and no one really blinks anymore because she’s eaten their shoelaces enough times that it’s unsurprising. 

She doesn’t like Kylo. At all. She doesn’t bite, but he has scars from her little teeth. 

R2 is a rather long-lived Australian Shepherd (I had to. I mean, have you seen them? They’re so fluffy!) who spends most of his time on people’s laps. 

He doesn’t eat as much random crap as BB-8, but he’s tried. 

Chewbacca is a giant cat. Giant. He affectionately bites everyone and everything. Except Kylo. Again, the animals are not too fond of this kid. Chewbacca puffs up and hisses whenever he sees him. 

He steals cereal milk, but usually leaves the cereal untouched. It’s really annoying. 

Rey can fit herself anywhere. Closet? Cupboard? Locker? She’s tall, but somehow she can fit herself in there without a problem. 

Rey is also on the girls’ hockey team. Don’t mess with Rey.

Poe and Rey met in 9th grade through Finn, who had known each of them since late elementary/early middle school but never thought to introduce them because Rey went to a different school. 

Uncle Luke is what everyone calls Luke, even if he’s not their uncle. 

Han doesn’t go by anything but Han. Even Kylo calls him Han. Mostly because Han insists on calling him Ben and that pisses him off. 

Leia is both the Cool Mom/Aunt and the Strict Mom/Aunt. Someone has to be. 

But everyone loves her. She’s amazing. Of course. 

Here’s the thing with Kylo Ren. His name is Ben Solo, but he doesn’t seem to think that’s cool enough. 

Honestly, it just doesn’t go with his new aesthetic, and it certainly doesn’t go with his new friend group and their names: Hux and Phasma. 

Those might be nicknames. Hux is a surname. No one argues, though. Have you ever had six feet of angry ginger fly at you? 

Rey and Kylo were childhood friends, but now that they’re in high school... they kind of don’t get along anymore. 

Rey thinks Hux and Phasma are mean (though Phasma is cute as hell) and Kylo thinks Finn and Poe are losers. 

Finn and Poe became FinnandPoe in 9th grade because Rey was tired of watching them pine after each other. 

She gave them two options: go on one date and see how it goes or get a bucket of paint over their heads. 

They picked the date. Rey made them play paintball. 

No one said she isn’t a little bit evil. 

Poe wants to be a musician when he gets out of school, but he also wants to be a pilot. 

He’s got a bad habit of speeding, but he tries not to when his dog is in the car. 

And he’s always blasting music. 

Finn wanted to be an astronaut as a kid, but now he wants to go into stage combat. 

He’s really damn good at it, too. 

You know how Rey thinks Phasma is pretty cute?

Phasma thinks Rey is cute, too. 

They’d never tell each other that, though. 

Just leave it. 

Really, just leave it. 

I don’t know where this is going, so that’s it for now. I’ll write more of these later... maybe. Who knows?
