#Sadie by @summerscourtney is a great suspenful read and perfect as we creep into the last week of October. What's even better is there is a podcast to listen to to that takes the story on a whole new interactive level. . There are some trigger warnings in this book that you may want to see GR for if you have certain abuse sensitivities. . #FindSadie #Sadie #coyrtneysummers https://www.instagram.com/p/BpWiWzrHC0D/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=ia4szyoo0wap

Tell me a mystery that you read that completely hooked you until the last page! . Sadie by @summerscourtney was one of my absolutely favorite reads last year! This book hooked me from the first page and kept right on going until the very end. I love every second and the most of true crime podcast and present time layout of the chapters was phenomenal! I will continue to recommend this book over and over! Synopsis below for those who haven’t read it yet! . Thank you so much to @wednesdaybooks for gifting me with this free book and swag! #lilbookishfeb19 - #mysterylover . _______________________________________________________ Sadie hasn't had an easy life. Growing up on her own, she's been raising her sister Mattie in an isolated small town, trying her best to provide a normal life and keep their heads above water. . But when Mattie is found dead, Sadie's entire world crumbles. After a somewhat botched police investigation, Sadie is determined to bring her sister's killer to justice and hits the road following a few meager clues to find him. . When West McCray―a radio personality working on a segment about small, forgotten towns in America―overhears Sadie's story at a local gas station, he becomes obsessed with finding the missing girl. He starts his own podcast as he tracks Sadie's journey, trying to figure out what happened, hoping to find her before it's too late. . Courtney Summers has written the breakout book of her career. Sadie is propulsive and harrowing and will keep you riveted until the last page. #sadie #courtneysummers #wednesdaybooks #sadiepodcast #findsadie #findsadie #mystery #mysterybooks #mysterysuspense #bookrec #bookrecommendation #bibliophile #bookaddict #bookaesthetic #bookworm #igdaily #photooftheday #flatlay #bookflatlay #mustread #bookstagram #booksandcoffee #coffeetime #flatlayoftheday https://www.instagram.com/p/BuE-KEjFfcR/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=f9sdqgst55sf

I just finished this and I have got THE review. ∞ Growing up in a small town was not easy for 19-year-old Sadie. From losing her sister, whom she was very close to and someone she had loved and taken care of, she had no one. What was she to do? She sets out to look for the person who murdered her sister. She will do whatever it takes to find out who did it. ∞ Holy crap! This had me on the edge of my seat. I really could not stop reading this. If you want to help #FindSadie, you can pre-order this book right now. The book will be on sale 9/4/18 -- if I were you, I would pre-order this 😏 ∞ #readersofig #readersofinstagram #bookcommunity #bookstagramfeature #bookstagramfeatures #bookworms #vscoreads #vscobooks #igreads #bookstagrammers #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #booknerdigans #bibliophile #bookreview #bookreviewer

Sadie broke my heart
A way I can describe this book is simply.... heartbreaking that is the word I'm going to use for this review, from now on since this is my first review I going to use one word or so to describe the book overall. This book was heart breaking and if you read this book you would know why and will agree with me on it. when I read book reviews people usually give a short paragraph at the start and I personally I hate that, I already know what the story is about I just want to know what other people felt about the book and share the feels together. Now I decided to put the description of the book at the end for people can still read it if their little heart desires. Sadie was a winding road for me I had many emotions throughout he whole book. Like when we find out Sadie  wrote that post card and not her mother or when we find out that Keith or jack abused her growing up that broke my heart is a million pieces. This book made me despise the little sister and feel for her too. I had to put my self her shoes, I mean she was thirteen with her older sister raising her and then one day her mother disappears from her life's so she had a reason to be upset. Then she had to do something stupid and get into a car with a killer to find her mother, who she thought was in cali, when she was really three hours away. I was so invested in Sadie as a person that when she brought up how she lived for her sister and her sister didn't loved her back  with the same force and mad me hate the sister a little more and breaks my heart for Sadie even further. The ending is the reason I couldn't sleep after I read the book. we read that Sadie is knocked out and Keith dies from a stab wound then that is it, sure there is stuff in between but honestly I was so anxious and hoping that there were going to be another Sadie chapter that I kinda skimmed through it but there wasn't a chapter for her again, it just ends with the reporter telling us that Keith is dead and no one can find Sadie.  Now I can't find my heart because of this damn book took it.

Sadie is written by Courtney summer published in 2018. It is about a girl who ends up missing than dead. Her big sister Sadie  goes out and tries to find the killer for herself but many heartbreaking events happens and are discovered throughout the way. I rate Sadie 10/10 broken hearts.

Happy Monday! 🙌 What bookish names would you use for a pet? 📚😍🐾 . We named our cat Kaz Brekker because of KAZ BREKKER 😂 buttt we kinda wish we had named him Salem (from Sabrina the Teenage Witch, 90s version) because he totally has Salem's attitude. 😆🐾 And doesn't he look so at home besides our @goscribbler boxes? 😍😂 (He loved being in the spotlight) also, today is #nationalcatday so we had to have Kaz in here today! 🙈😍 . Anywhoo! We LOVED the September @goscribbler box!!! It included: Page flags, a JK Rowling magnet, TEA (so good, it's Golden Turmeric & Ginger! 🍵), a beautiful art quote, Polaroid photos of the book included (Sadie by Courtney Summers!!!! 😍), a signed bookplate, + all the publishing/writerly goodies curated around the book. This box is so good and perfect if you love writing! 📚🙌♥️ . #Allthebooksoct18 ~ ghosts 👻 (the books in the shelves have ghosts 🤔) #findsadie #GoScribbler #catsandbooks #booksandcats #bookpic #beautifulbooks #bookshelfie #bookshelves #prettybooks #bookpassion #booklion #bookdragon #amreading #booksandtea https://www.instagram.com/p/Bph_oLcF5gb/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1neisnd7d0b5q

Good morning and Happy September 1st! . That means #Sadie is out in just three more days! @macmillanusa & @wednesdaybooks were kind enough to send me this gritty, thrilling and heartbreaking arc. . Sadie is a YA thriller about two sisters. Sadie, the eldest, decides that the local sheriffs office isn't doing enough to find out who killed her little sister. She takes matters into her own hands. But now Sadie is missing too. . When a popular radio program about lost things picks up wind of whats going on we discover what happens when Sadie goes after the killer. . I really enjoyed this book. Summers gets you inside a characters head in a way I haven't seen in a long time. The subject matter may be hard for some people but I truly believe going into this knowing as little as possible is what makes this story have the impact that it does. . Something thats really cool is that you can listen to the podcast featured in the book called "The Girls" on itunes. . Are you planning to pick up Sadie this month? #courtneysummers #Sadie #findsadie https://www.instagram.com/p/BnL3k_gF54B/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=z9aapuxywtzw

Sadie comes out in a little over a week and I am so excited for the world to have this book. I still have a little more to read, but it is so good. I’ve been listening to the podcast and it’s bringing some major Serial/MFM vibes. My true crime friends, this one is for you. ⚜️ Pictured with Tom Ford’s Nubile and my favorite meal: grilled cheese sandwich. There are few things as comforting as a grilled cheese, and I always crave them as the weather turns cold. ⚜️ What’s your favorite meal? ⚜️ #findsadie #readsadie #wednesdaybooks #courtneysummers #bookstagram #bibliophile #bookish #beautycommunity #lipstick #discoverunder10k #literaturelipstick #fiercereads #ssdgm

SADIE, Courtney Summers, Review
SADIE, Courtney Summers, Review
Taken from the book: “I’m going to kill a man. I’m going to steal the light from his eyes. I want to watch it go out. You aren’t supposed to answer violence with more violence but sometimes I think violence is the only answer.”
Growing up alone in an isolated small town, life was not easy for nineteen-year-old Sadie and her younger sister, Mattie, but their bond was impenetrable. When the…
