Finally feeling good enough to get up and practice some Yin Yoga on my new yoga mat. Almost half an hour and my back-bend actually resembled a back-bend! My knee is also feeling better, so looking forward to being able to move more after today. I am eager to get a daily practice, even if it's just a simple meditation in the morning to start of right.
