"Generazione Vulcano è un progetto fotografico a lungo termine che esplora il concetto di crescita nell'arcipelago vulcanico delle Eolie, un gruppo di isole situate nel sud dell'Italia, al largo delle coste siciliane. Facendo tesoro dell'importanza del silenzio, delle amicizie durature, dell'isolamento e di una diversa concezione del tempo, i ragazzi di Salina, Stromboli, Filicudi ecc. hanno imparato a creare un dialogo intimo con se stessi e con la natura che li circonda."

“Le Sette Sorelle baciate del Vento” queste sono le Isole Eolie. Caratterizzate da baie azzurre e da un “cuore infuocato” questo arcipelago patrimonio dell’UNESCO non solo è dotato di un fascino irresistibile ma sono anche un tesoro di miti e leggende ancestrali che ravvivano i suoi luoghi. Dai paradisi “incandescenti” di Vulcano e Stromboli si può tranquillamente scegliere il paradiso romantico di Panarea, ma anche la natura incontaminata di Alicudi e Filicudi. La verde Salina, invece, regala fondali da sogno ma ha anche ispirato grandi del cinema italiano come Massimo Troisi che la scelse per girare alcune scene de “Il Postino”.
