hiya !! im not very good at japanese but i believe the translation would be "(mamama) machi sans underworld society parody" i like to interpret it as "machicoasa's sans underworld au" !

"ままままち" refers to the artist's name ! they're an insanely good artist, i found them through pixiv but I haven't come across any english translations of the actual AU content (unfortunately TT)

i think "産" may refer to Sans ? (google translate romanized it as "San" so i am not sure, it could be the honorific ?)

"裏社会" or ura shakai usually means underground society or underworld

"パロ" is paro, short for parody ! I like to interpret it as AU !
