Interesting Things 4 / I did not know how to take a photo until I got my first iPhone (2013-2014?). Then I took really bad photos. Mitch helped me understand how to capture what I was seeing, then Makelight gave me more specific directions for photographing.  My skills are still limited, but I enjoy the photos I take. I'm completely okay with not getting the shot I thought I did. I just won't have a recorded memory. This is at Giverny last fall. Identity / Seven Ideas from Seven Designers. We started with two stitch patterns: an eyelet and a slip-stitch cable. We tasked ourselves to each create a design that reflected ourselves using either or both of the patterns. Whatever that was. We each chose our yarn to suit our design. The only other restriction or requirement was that it not be a garment. Find out what we each had to say.⠀ ⠀ The Identity KAL is ongoing through May 15.
